I have used a few others in the past and have not been satisfied.Got referred to John at Rainer and I could not be happier. It is an old truck. Was not able to be there. Was able to check home security to view. I was overwhelmed with the care and protection they gave this old pick up. They treated it like it was a 100k rig. The tech was awesome, and did a superb job. This will be my forever place to go. I have already booked a second job for another and rock chip repair for a third. Look no further and entrust Rainer.Thanks John

When I needed my windshield replaced, I searched with Google to find the right shop. I noticed that Rainier Auto Glass was 5 star, so I decided to go with them.Now, after having two windshields replaced, I can say that the 5 star rating is well deserved. Their work is fast, clean, and priced appropriately. I will be using them again in the future!

Wow, I called John today about getting a small chip in my windshield fixed & he was able to squeeze me in on a busy day within a half hour of me calling. He not only fixed my windshield in about 15 minutes but he also helped with the insurance process and was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend John & Rainer auto glass!

I got a very quick appointment to get my windshield replaced. They worked on my van at the scheduled start time and completed it within the estimated time. The owner is friendly and has a high standard for quality work.

Rainier Auto Glass is an outstanding company. They have ran into some hiccups with shields that should match the VIN numbers of the vehicles but do not. John and crew always seem to pull though and get the job done and correctly. Great Job Guys!

We had one glass replaced and one chip repair in a second vehicle. The installer was very nice and vacuumed my car. They came to our house. John was great over the phone to deal with in the office. Great service all around. I'll use them again!

No better place. I had a terrible evening and got my window smashed and all my belongings taken from inside. Rainer Auto Glass got me in that morning and had my window fixed before I was done with work. They are incredible. Couldn't recommend more!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clearly very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing as they went. The repairs were completed quickly and well. Charged a very reasonable cash rate since I was repairing a friend's car windshield that I'm borrowing. 100% will return with my next chip.

John got me into his shop in only 2 days. He saved me $ by replacing rear view mirror with generic brand. Did a spectacular job replacing my windshield and recalibrating my camera and he walked me through insurance stuff. Thanks Rainier Auto Glass!
