The service was great as always! I've been going here for at least 30 years. Never had a problem with them. I've had major car repair and standard oil changes. Precision tune has exclusively changed the oil on two of my vehicles. Their records and maintenance for those vehicles has been impeccable. Services have been great. They're very fast and efficient and price wise they're very honest.

Precision went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Didn t try and sell me on a bunch of maintenance I didn t need. Got me back on the road same day. Thank you again!!!

Managed to get my daughter's car in without an appointment, and they were able to figure out our issue pretty quickly. I would ordinarily feel less than thrilled about the cost, but zero complaints since they eliminated the wait.

Looked at the reviews and I saw someone had an alignment done three times here. Took in my Tahoe to get an alignment and they were fast and had a very reasonable price. They will get more business from me for sure!

The estimate wasn t even close because they forgot about $500 of extra labor required. My car ran great until I brought it here and now a whole string of new issues. I would take it back but I m afraid they d make it worse. Since then I have heard horror stories about people coming back 5 times or more for follow up work because of bad repairs, wrong oil, etc. Wish I had heard about that before they butchered my car.

Best service I had in a while I brought my truck into ann to have the rear drums and wheel cylinder and shoes done she took care of me even called to say the rear shoes looked good when I explained I had a vibration they took it for a test drive and said shoes were bad recommend this place to anyone thank you ann for your help and keep up the good work

I recently had an experience with Precision Tune Auto Care that provided exceptional service that went above and beyond my expectations. I was travelling from Canada to Everett for my son's Baseball tournament when my car broke down on the I5 a few miles from this shop in Marysville. I had it towed to Precision where I was treated with nothing but kindness and empathy.Ann's commitment to customer satisfaction and dedication to finding a solution left a lasting impression on me. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Ann and her team took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, running diagnostic tests and conducted a detailed examination. Despite their efforts, it turned out that the issue was more complex than anticipated, and they were unable to resolve it. However, they found a solution for me and helped me with the process. What set them apart from other shops was their determination to help me despite the setback.They genuinely cared about my predicament and went above and beyond to explore alternative options and provide valuable advice. They took the time to explain the problem, its potential causes, and potential solutions, even though they were not able to implement them personally. Their expertise and willingness to share their knowledge were commendable.I am grateful for the efforts and dedication shown by them. Their honesty, integrity and exceptional service make them deserving of high praise. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others, and I am confident that they will continue to serve their customers with the same level of excellence in the future. Great shop to take your car! Easy to work with and communicative every step of the way. I called on a Friday and Larry got me in the following day and got the problem fixed and back on the road in no time. Highly recommend checking in with him on your vehicle needs.

Great experience! My dads been my mechanic for years, so trusting someone else on my vehicle is a little nerve wracking but it went smooth. Larry was up front and honest and has a good sense of humor. Will definitely recommend & plan to visit again when the need arises.

I don't know if they are the best and I don't know if they are the cheapest. What I know is that for over 10 years they have been good enough to keep me coming back and never had any sort of issue. And I like supporting local businesses and local workers. Only did a half tune up on my car when I asked for a tune up and didn't notice that there was something to cause a grinding sound which I thought was a bad wheel barren. They did an awesome job on my car, they ended up catching a mistake that a previous shop had just recently made before it caused serious problems, I am very thankful for that. Replaced my abs sensors that were for some reason missing along with hand making me some brackets for them to mount on which ate some of the cost and was very appreciated (also a previous mistake from the tire shop I went to apparently). Also got my car back a day earlier than expected and it runs like brand new again. I don t think I ll be taking my car to any other shop besides this one. 10/10 recommend.

Asked them to inspect my turbos for oil. They only checked one and called it good. They bragged about how experienced their lead tech was and yet this lead tech didn't know how to check my transmission fluid.She told me they didn't have the right tool to check the transmission fluid as well when it only requires an 8mm socket and a 19 mm wrench. Precision tune Auto Care saved my life. My car broke down on the highway after 2400 MI of travel from Fairbanks Alaska to just north of Seattle. They took me in and diagnosed the problem and got me going within an hour! I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and promptness. This is a great shop! You're lucky if you live in this area to have them as your mechanics!

Mechanic and Manager both helped me when I stopped in without an appointment while they were already busy. They were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about what was wrong with my car. Plus a thorough inspection was under $30. That is unbeatable.

I went to have service on my 2002 Ford Escape before a road trip involving 1400 miles. I asked them to recommend services based on highest priority, due to limited funds, I could only get three things done. Originally was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed, but they are an honest shop and when they checked my brake fluid they said it looked fine. Instead I had my power steering fluid flushed, which was definitely in need. Oil change and fuel filter changed. My gas mileage improved overall by about 3-4 mpg. I am extremely happy with their service and their honesty. I will continue to go here and support this shop and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for helping me have a safe road trip!

This is a very good business. They were very quick and efficient with my oil change. The other checks they do on my vehicles (we've taken at least 5 to them ) have been very helpful. Clean waiting room and very friendly staff. Keep up the good work! Cyndy

Big time false advertising...received a coupon in the mail for 21 dollar oil change. First time took my car there, guy at front desk told me car took an extra quart of oil, paid extra. Next my daughter took van with same coupon, said she had to pay more because it was a newer van. Ended up paying about $60.00. Never going there again...very dishonest person at front desk, who actually thinks he's some sort of Christian, by telling everyone have a blessed day. Definitely your modern version without morals.

Quoted $930 for rear DRUM brakes. I know they re in Marysville but the salesman is smoking crack if he thinks a domestic vehicle DRUM brake kit should be more than $400. Went to Les Schwab and spent $220 after they refused to let me leave in the vehicle as they deemed it unsafe. There was plenty of braking capacity left to travel the half mile down the road. They were just trying to force a sale. Hard to stay in business when you treat your customers poorly.Service: Brakes

I will never go there again. Got a tune up on an '05 Accord. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. Maybe tune-ups aren't as hard as they used to be, but the mechanic was done in 15 minutes....I have my doubts about the quality of the work, and how thorough he was.

I have had great success with this precision Tune Auto Team. They were all very honest and upfront with pricing . The care they take for each one of my vehicles is second to none.
