Teresa was SO amazing and helpful! I absolutely recommend seeing her if you re interested in getting a vehicle! She made sure I got a good amount for the vehicle I was trading in and made sure I was getting the car I absolutely wanted. It s such a smooth experience here, last time I was here, my partner purchased his Tacoma.So grateful for her helping me get into a brand new car!!

Appreciate that the price is the price. No back and forth haggling over price. No pressure. You take it or leave it. Makes buying a car much more relaxing. Gina our sale person was easy to work with and got us a good trade-in value.

Dave Koshak at this dealership is the nicest person to work with. He was honest, looked out for us and made sure we drove out of the dealership with the exact car we had in mind.He also stayed well after closing to walk us through everything we needed to know. Everyone was so nice and they got me in and out very fast. The waiting room is the nicest one I've been in and they have coffee or water and every thing was so clean . I am very impressed with everyone there and how fast they were. They also gave me a list of things that need to be done in the near future and prices , which seemed to be very reasonable. Dwayne Lane's , they were such a rip off and over priced so I am very impressed with the Toyota dealership services so far.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave! He explained everything to us very thoroughly and was patient with us while we took our time to make a purchase decision. We never felt pressured or like there was any dishonesty at all (unlike every other dealership we went to). The actual buying process was enjoyable and efficient. We couldn t be happier and will definitely be back to see him when we re ready for our next vehicle!

I was very happy with the beautiful woman that helped me at her desk, she was kind and patient with all my crazy questions. You had my truck for a lot longer than I expected but she also let me know she had just lost a loved one. I think she deserves a raise or at least a boss to take her out to some delicious lunch. I look forward to working with her in the future as I have a couple Toyota trucks.

Teresa is amazing and I am so happy with my RAV4 XLE ! This was my first time buying a car and we had a few negative experiences at other dealerships. I was referred by my sister who had said that Teresa will never pressure you and always find you the best deal , which she sure did. The financing team and Teresa did an amazing job in not only getting me an exceptional price for my vehicle, but executing a quick and smooth experience. Also, I got approved for 5.99% whereas other dealerships told me I could never approve for that amount since I m a first time car buyer. Toyota of Marysville is amazing and I will continue to buy from them. Thank you Teresa and the team at Toyota of Marysville!

Went to Toyota Marysville to look at a Highlander and Grand Highlander to see which would be a great fit for our family of 5. We met with Jeff Long. He was so helpful and kind to work with, I love that we didn t feel pressured into anything. Made our purchase very easy and explained everything well. It was the best decision we ever made, we love our new Toyota Grand Highlander!!

The place was busy when we walked in on a Saturday. Was able to get assistance not too long after. Mr Dominic Leach did a great job assisting us despite having another client to take care of, so kudos for the flexibility!. Very helpful service staff. The service tech (I think her name was Kemra) was very nice and did a great job helping me understand what was going on. While I waited inside I received a video showing what my air filters looked like so I could determine if they needed to be replaced. Definitely will return for my next service!

I used to dread buying a car. High pressure sales people made me leave feeling like I was totally taken advantage of. My experience at Marysville Toyota today was the complete opposite!! Victoria was so friendly and respectful! There was no stressful back and forth negotiation .the discounted price was the price you paid and no pressure to buy any extras . Victoria was the only person we worked with. It was such an easy process!! We live just 2 miles from a different Toyota dealership, but we made the drive to Marysville Toyota and I m so glad we did!! I now have a different attitude about buying a new car. It felt like we spent the afternoon visiting with a friend and left with a new car! Thank you, Victoria for a great experience! I love my new Camry!!

By far the best experience I ve ever had with any dealer. I originally purchased the car with some paint damage to the rear fender with the agreement that they would fix it for free when I was available to drop it off for a few days. Not only did they fix it and make it look brand new, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by also fixing another spot where someone had recently rubbed up against my front end and they did it at no extra charge even though it wasn t part of the deal. They also filled my tank (I dropped it off below 1/4 tank) and put brand new floor mats in for free without me having to ask. I am speechless. I will be recommending this Toyota dealer to everyone I know.

MT provided me with a detailed service invoice & inspection summary. They even attached a video of found issues. To top it off, they washed my truck. Excellent customer service from check in to check out. Thank you MT for caring!

My experience with Marysville Toyota had its ups and downs. Initially, the sales team seemed personable, but their responsiveness fell short of expectations. Despite being assured that paperwork had been sent to the signing company, nearly 12 hours passed with no response to my inquiry about the paperwork. Disappointingly, it turned out that the documents hadn't been sent at all. Frustrated by the lack of communication and progress, I decided to explore alternative options. While the sales team's friendliness was appreciated, the prolonged process and communication lapses ultimately led me to seek other avenues for my purchase.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Victoria was extremely helpful in helping me get a new camry, as well as, explaining the whole process smoothly! She was super kind, friendly, and patient. She also speaks Spanish very fluently which is a plus! Especially, for Spanish speaker's looking to buy a car and seek better assistance. My dad and I were very satisfied with her customer service. Could not recommend her enough!

Gina @ Toyota Marysville was such a dream to work with as a first time car buyer/owner. She was so patient, informative and really helped to educate me on all the important pieces of purchasing a car, financing, insurance/warranty options, etc. She didn t try and sell me on anything, and even helped me work a budget to see what I could realistically afford. She was warm and inviting and just a joy to work with. She stayed past her working hour to sit and help me set up my car features, and taught me all about the important features of my car after purchasing it! Paul Herrera was a champ! I appreciate his help a lot! We were able to get the exact car we wanted and couldn't be happier.I was taken aback how transparent the dealership was and presented the numbers straight forward. Watching a ton of YouTube videos for the topic of a new car buying beforehand, I was prepared for negotiation war and waisted so much time, because I was afraid to share too much information too early. Paul, I'm sorry, please blame my lack of experience and knowledge.I was referred to the dealership by a few colleagues of mine who purchased a vehicle from Marysville Toyota and were extremely happy with it. It worth a drive no matter where in WA state you are located.Again, thanks a lot for your genuine kindness and transparency!

My headlights both went out in quick succession. I called Marysville Toyota because they are near my work and they were able to get me in before I had to drive home that day! I was so thankful. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and the work was done quickly once I arrived. Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish! No pressures, no underhanded tactics, no problems! Thanks to their One Person One Price approach, we worked with a friendly non-commissioned employee (Cassie) who helped us with everything: test drives, questions, paperwork, and delivery. I wish we had started at this dealer instead of ended there! Will definitely be recommending to friends and likely buying from them again in the future!

Have gone here several times for oil changes. I would say the staff are very nice except I recently found out that they try to milk their customers for money. They will tell you that you need certain services done when your car is completely fine. On my last oil change I was told that I urgently need a transmission flush which I held out on thankfully because I would ve wasted hundreds of dollars. Went to Rodland Toyota in Everett today for an oil change only because they have more availability and I was told that my car was completely fine. I mentioned the transmission flush and my service advisor said that I definitely do not need it and have not even reached the recommended mileage for a transmission flush. Will be going to the Everett location from now on. Very disappointed in Marysville Toyota since I have gone here so many times and even bought my car from them. Being honest with your customers will go a long way. Please get a second opinion from somewhere else if they say you need something done on your car.

I talked with them for a couple of weeks about a vehicle that they had. We decided to drive up and check them out as they were very helpful. They are a no haggle dealership that have a set price. The salespeople are not paid by commission, but by the hour. So they are easy to work with. We had a great experience with them.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS. WORST TOYOTA DEALER EVER. I came for a simple warranty exchange and they kept me for hours and at the end they rejected the exchange because I didn't by originally from them and had to go to the dealer I made the original purchase from. They could have told me from the beginning and not waste my time. GO TO TOYOTA OF KIRKLAND IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Took my 2016 Toyota Tacoma in for a recall on the 3rd break light leak and was happy that they found another recall on the heater and took care of it as well. I wasn't happy about the miscommunication that the mold in my truck needed to be taken care of as well and has to come back but thankfully they felt bad and it was taken care of. They did "detail clean" lol my truck as an apology but I'm really happy I didn't have to pay for that because it wasn't "detailed" at all. Maybe they give better service to paying customers?! I'd probably give them another shot because stuff happens, they are fast and friendly but the experience left me a little meh.
