This location is absolutely fantastic. The techs are sincere, incredibly kind and honest as you can get. They are excellent with their communication and do everything they can to help you out. I ve had oil changes, brakes and tires done at this location and will continue coking back for everything they are able to take care of on my car. Very highly recommended.

Superb service, Very knowledgeable staff, and the time goes by in a flash with this Excellent group of guys. Ash and the team have been my favorite team of Jiffy Lube techs ever since the first time I stopped by. 11/10 will be back again and again.

This is my first oil change I've ever gotten and they have been so nice and accommodating and clearly they value teamwork and good communication amongst each other and the customers. These young guys are definitely sharp and know what they're doing and do so with Care. They were also nice but the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone Was Chris and he helped me understand and walk me through the process excellent customer service thank you guys so much

Top notch service. 15 minutes is a lie though. Should say more like 25-30. No buggy though lol Was not pushy on additional things needed done. Just did what was asked. Very team oriented. Was yelling everywhere giving updates constantly. My favorite was this guy below in the picture. Funny and appreciated at the same time.This red car was done and needed to be pulled out of the station. Homeboy stood in front of the car and I quote said, I ve been wearing the same pair of pants for 3 weeks, I know you re not talking about me getting in no car. I about fell over laughing. lol free entertainment while I waited. Definitely worth coming back. Stellar job guys !!! Thank you !

Been coming here for 3yrs and every single time they have been awesome. Not only do they do great work but they help keep my maintenance on track. Sometimes that means letting me know when it's time to get something done but sometimes that means telling me when it's too soon.

I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Marysville. I recently took my car there for breaks and a week later for a new battery and spark plugs. They went above and beyond to help me save money. They were friendly and professional. The best part is I didn't need to make an appointment and the service was excellent. Thank you guys

Paul and John did an amazing job on my Tesla. I know what you all are thinking Teslas don t require oil lol. But these guys also do tires and they did an amazing job. Decent priced and fast friendly service.

My mom and I separately took our cars for oil changes a couple months ago and had great experiences. The manager (I'm so sorry I don't know their name, but they are from Texas!) was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend visiting this location!

Great service, very kind and respectful. Everything was explained to me, The manager John, Paul and Callan made sure my car was safe to drive. I got new front breaks and rotors plus my radiator was replaced. Am grateful for the great work and kindness. It's been a tough time and being able to have this done is a huge blessing.

Nothing short of great service, Callan and Rhain took time at the end of a busy day to help swap out a tough light bulb. Would have been easy to ask us to come another day as the doors were closing when we stopped by.Thanks again guys!

I stopped in and got the oil and trany flush. Service was on point and above par than the Everett location. As soon as I pulled up, someone came over to me and told me how long it would be and then came back in 5 minutes and started getting my air pressure and such. No extras besides th transition flush and it was over $500? I took off a star because I got charged for an oil flush 229 or so and then labor for the granny flush at 129.. hmmm.. feels like a double charge.. 229 is the service including the labor? Right? No body explained the bill, just asked if I wanted a receipt. (Fleet service)All in all, I got what needed done, done. It was easy and convenient and the people were mostly smiles and had good attitudes.

I came in for my usual high mileage oil change for my truck and was pleased to see how fast and accurate the techs are. Ashton had a great sense of humor and made sure I was well taken care of during my visit. The gentleman who helped me, he said he was the new general service tech, made me laugh and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation while my truck was getting serviced.As always, I will continue getting my truck serviced at the Marysville location.2582 is the best!

Showed up early morning Friday. Staff is nice to talk to, seem very knowledgeable and offer services you DO need yet don't push. Respect the staff they work hard and try to get you out quick to not inconvenience you.

Every time I roll through Jiffy Lube, the experience gets better and better! This time at the Marysville WA Jiffy, Brit, Justin, and team did an amazing job letting me know what I needed, got everything done super quick and efficiently, and made me feel comfortable and taken care of.
