I had a very positive experience in purchasing a 2010 Lexus RX350 at Inline Motors recently and would recommend them to anyone looking for a no-pressure shopping experience.Salesman Trevor Miller answered all my questions in a timely manner, and I appreciate that I was able to do a test drive by myself.There were a few minor fixes that needed to be made to the driver's seat and back fender, and Trevor brought them up even before I asked about them and scheduled the work to be done, which was done very well.The finance person explained everything well and I felt no pressure to 'upsell' on options.I think being a smaller dealership works to their advantage and I felt like they worked hard to provide good service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or truck.As an older woman buying a used car can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, so I did my homework on deciding just what car I wanted and recommend watching Scotty Kilmer's and The Care Care Nut mechanic review videos on YouTube, plus using the FIXD car care sensor before buying any used car.I am very much enjoying the Lexus and feel it was well worth the drive to Smokey Point to buy from Inline Motors.

I had a great experience yesterday at this dealership!My husband and I have been trying to get a truck for his business, and Inline Motors came through and helped us! Their customer service is amazing, and no matter how long we waited, everyone was very polite!Thank you so much to those who helped us yesterday! I will definitely get my vehicles from here!

I came here as a first time buyer and they made my experience so enjoyable. Trevor had the car pulled up for me as soon as an arrived for a test drive. He was super accommodating with my late schedule and answered all of questions thoroughly. They also made financing through them a breeze. If I ever need to purchase a another vehicle

Drove up here from down south to look at a Lexus. Cam and Alex were super helpful and gave my boyfriend a really good deal and we ended up leaving with it! We're both super excited to have a new family car and very thankful for the people at Inline for helping us get a great vehicle!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They made sure I knew what i was purchasing and made every effort to make my experience stress free and as easy as possible. And no they aren't paying me to give them a fantastic review! A genuinely nice and easy experience with them and I will reccomend them to all my friends and family

Went in to trade my car for a truck I was looking at. The crew and owner were very nice to talk to and gave me an awesome trade in price for my car. Deffinately will be recommending here to my friends and family and anyone else looking to get a nice car or truck!

Went here with my girlfriend to get her a new vehicle after her last on broke down just outside of Idaho. We had a very stressful time getting back home and new she'd need a new car soon. However between the crew at Inline and BECU we had one of the quickest and best car purchasing experience's imaginable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for a newer vehicle. Never again will I shop here, went to go look at a truck the sales person was nice and helpful took the truck for a test drive, it had many mechanical issues for me not a big deal I'll keep looking at other trucks but then I can only assume was the owner did not like me telling him there was problems with the truck, he started telling me my trade was basically worth nothing and started with the personal attacks I have never had a bad experience with a dealership before but I won't soon forget this experience.

I purchase a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Truck. Bill was Awesome ,I appreciate his time to work with me even I was over 65 miles away that never matter too Bill he made feel very comfortable the entire time no pressure what so ever , and was going to ends of the Earth for me which in the end of the purchased I was very satisfied . Thank you Bill so very much .

They were willing to work with me to get the car I need to get to and from work. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or tricked. I believe his name was Cam? He helped me out alot and so did the other employees.

One star is too many. Any dealer who gets agitated when you want an independent mechanic to look over the car before you sign is a no-go.

The customer service provided by this dealership was amazing. Special shout out to the whole team. They were professional, personable, and fast to resolved our concerns. Went to multiple dealerships from marysville to Seattle and Inline hands down was the best, felt welcome from the start to end, very likable team. They can really help you with any financial situation which is rare. We are super glad that we got our car from this dealership.

As a young woman car shopping by myself I m not going to lie I was nervous! I went to so many dealerships that were just down right grimy and then FINALLY I found Inline Motors! Kameron and Dave with Inline are just incredible people. I unfortunately had something happen with my car which is to be expected with used cars and I called them up to see if they could help and sure enough they did. I highly recommend getting a vehicle from here! Great salesmen, relaxed buying experience and you will leave a satisfied customer. Thanks again Dave and Kameron for all your help and kindness. You re the best!

I was in-search for a minivan in July 2023. Working with Inline Motors of Marysville was great in the beginning. Once I made the online inquiry about a van that I was interested in, Luis contacted me two hours later to arrange a viewing & test drive. Luis was excited, energetic, friendly and I was drawn-in like a moth to a flame!When I arrived at the lot the van was already parked and ready for a look. This is when things took a turn. The van was definitely attractive but about 60% road worthy I ll explain.I got behind the wheel for a test drive on the Boulevard and interstate, I immediately noticed that the AC was not functioning properly, there was something odd with either the brakes or the transmission during the downshift. My wife noticed missing parts on the interior of the van.Once we returned to the lot, I opened the hood and immediately noticed an active leak of dirty engine oil directly onto the valve cover with no point of reference on where the leak was coming from.After pointing out the faults to Luis and his co-workers, we all learned that the vehicle had not yet been safety checked or serviced prior to it being posted as For Sale. This is a little alarming since the vehicle looked ready for the road from the outside, and therein lies the problem Anyone who is less knowledgeable in auto-mechanics may have purchased the van as it was without question, later on they could have been potentially screwed and left with a few grand in repairs.I believe this is kind of a big deal and a major public safety violation. Because while the dealership was pleasant to interact with, this was a possible red flag about the way the dealership operates.A leading staffer placed a safety check/servicing rush on the van with a $500 deposit and initiated financing inquiries like any dealership would.After days of waiting, we were turned onto another minivan at another dealership which we ended up purchasing.When finally making contact with Luis about how to recoup my hold deposit, I was transparent with him as to how things went down. And while Luis was disappointed, he was still very friendly, gracious and accepting. I look forward to possibly doing business with Luis in the future.The lead staffer was not as gracious. After weeks of awaiting a response about getting my deposit, no one from the dealership was getting back so I made the drive to see them in-person. Understandably, from losing the sale he was marginally-welcoming and immediately stated his disappointment on how I handled the situation. It was a conversation he was barely willing to have, and the discussion was left unfinished. I mentioned my concerns as listed above in this review, his response was it was safety checked! I had to remind him that I was the one who found those safety faults and that it was not safety checked before being posted for sale.He mentioned that he got the paperwork started in getting my deposit mailed to me in an unconvincing tone, and that it would be sent to me as soon as possible.I won t say there is something wrong with the dealership, but this was an enlightening interaction as I have dealt with several dealerships in different capacities. If you go to Inline Motors of Marysville, please do your own under-the-hood check or bring someone along who knows about auto-mechanics.There is always a silver lining to a gray cloud... their prices are decent, and their staff are easy to interact with.Overall, if you go to Inline Motors, I recommend conducting your business with Luis. I believe he is as transparent as his employer rules allow him to be, and without working with him so closely that day at their lot, I don t know if I would have known the status or condition of the vehicle before making that major commitment.

Lewis and aj were the best! They stayed past closing time to help me get the 2009 Nissan Versa, and they managed to get me a finance deal even though it was pretty hard. They also made sure I knew about as much as they knew about the car and told me to contact them if anything unexpected about the car came up. They're also pretty chill and relatable people. I had a great experience with them.

I am a first time car buyer. I shopped around for a couple of weeks. When I found Inline Motors all the staff were very friendly. They answered all my questions and then some. They worked with me to get me the car I wanted. I was able to drive off the lot with a Jeep Renagade . I strongly recommend Inline Motors for your next vehicle.

Wonderful place to get a car. My transmission went out only two months after I got my car and they were very gracious to help me get it fixed. It was way less than it would be at any other place. Best place to get a used car. And will definitely be getting my next car from them.
