I will never ever use this location again. Have brought my F150 in 5 times within the last couple months to fix reoccurring issues and only one time have they fixed one of the many issues. Twice they have told me they couldn't find the issue and twice have the issue came back soon after. The very last time they said they couldn't find a issue I couldn't even drive it off the lot because it was still broken. Once I had discovered it and brought the issue back. They said there was nothing to be done. The original issue still isn't fixed, and I'm in debt to this company. To top it all off the man at the desk started to raise his voice and start pointing fingers once I confronted him with my frustration. Truly unprofessional branch with awful service to the vehicle. I will never use this branch again nor will I recommend it to other.Edit: what makes this even worse is that I towed the f150 to a shop right down the road and the fixed it for cheap, and had it back in two business days. According to the shop it was an inexpensive and simple fix.

If I could do less then 1 star I would. I took my car for an alignment and break check...the car was the same after the fee. I asked for a print out and they gave me a different cars print out. Not only that but my tire was flat when I picked it up when they did a rotation and replaced 2 tires! Also I had them check my breaks, they said they were fine but after they were still squeaking I got a second opinion and need new pads and rotors....NEVER use firestone in smokey point....RUN AWAY

Took my car in for an oil change, I did make an appointment in advance. It cost about $100 for full synthetic oil change. The guys working were courteous and friendly. The oil change went well and took about 2 hours from the time I arrived until the time they cashiered me out. There were no issues with the techs work. I will definitely go back for future oil changes.

The workers were so nice & so patient. It snowed the weekend before our appointment & it was 9 degrees and icy & triple a wouldn't tow our car because of the weather so we had to cancel our Tuesday appointment & they were so incredibly understanding. Then we scheduled for Friday and triple a still wouldn't tow our car Wednesday. Thankfully USAA would tow it so we got the car there on Wednesday and they had put a new starter and a new battery in it by Thursday morning even though the appointment was Friday. They got it done early, plus they were so understanding and kind and helpful with everything and getting a quote for the work and touched base on all the information we needed. Our car crapping out was a bad unfortunate situation but the workers made the situation as good as it could have went under the circumstances. We appreciated their understanding, help and kindness

Great honest friendly fast service.Never have had any issues with this Firestone in Smokey Point.. We have gone here for 6 oil changes now and are going to continue to go here for many years.I am referring my entire family and Co workers to this place. ALSO WE LIVE MAYBE 2 BLOCKS AWAY.

Had an alignment here and their rock star technician KYLE left my left tie rod jam nut completely loose and the threads nearly pulled out, a serious safety issue. I told the team after I bought the car back in for an alignment after replacing the ball tie rod assembly and the manager said he wasn t here at the time and told me to pound sand. In the pictures attached you can see where there was no witness mark of where the jam nut was ever touching the tie rod end. Judging by the other reviews of them completely leaving things loose and forgetting to put oil in peoples car I wouldn t get so much as an oil change here. It s a shame I paid for lifetime alignments here.Service: Wheel alignment

I got my oil changed at Firestone the other day they were fast and reliable. I was a little disappointed it was about $30 over what they quoted me and I was only disappointed about that because my car has had its oil changed there previously so I figured they should be able to accurately gauge the cost, but I do highly recommend them

Marysville Firestone did a bunch of work on my wife s car, very fast turnaround for complete brake job, oil change, 4 struts and more. She said the car feels brand new now.

My vehicles are Firestone babies! Between this FS location and the Kirkland FS location would be a toss up for, excellent! customer friendly service. They work with you on every level possible. Even when I was a new customer, freaking out of covering the charge they worked with me.

This is your go to shop if you want your car done right!I have went to another Firestone location and I was not satisfied at all.I strongly suggest to take your car to the Firestone in smokey point 172nd if you want your car fixed right.thank you I will continue to do business with you again.

First time going to Firestone. Dropped my car off for an oil change, air filter, tire rotation/inspection, and alignment. They did an excellent job and got me a very reasonable quote for tires by told me I could probably wait til fall.They also went above and beyond to remove my faulty skid plate at no charge!Everybody was super professional, personable, and hard working.Definitely earned a client for life.

We've been taking our cars to this Firestone shop for 3 years now. The service is amazing, they're quick and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They're always fair and their estimates are detailed. Never pushy, always honest when it comes to diagnosing issues with used cars.

Steven and the crew are the best service providers I've ever had for my vehicles. They are super helpful and prompt. Not only did they have all the parts (rotors, calipers, breaks, etc..), they also stayed late to ensure the repairs were done and I was able to get my vehicle back the same day. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else and you shouldn't eitherService: Brake service & repair

Fire stone ruined my car!! I I got an oil change and the guy forgot to put oil back in my car after draining it and returned my car to me! Completely destroyed my engine! Still waiting on them to make things right but so far customer service has been terrible. I demanded a rental car, but tomorrow is my last day. It has been three weeks and they have done nothing with my car. It is still sitting there. This is very sad after my family has been a loyal customer for over 17 years!!

Steve and Kyle are the only reason my grocery gladiator is still road worthy! Great work and always I mean ALWAYS has my back when it comes to my vehicle needs! Will continue to use this location as long as it s still standing!

Refused alignment on lifted vehicle. I bought the Firestone lifetime alignment with the same lifted vehicle. I moved up north from Seattle and they refused to align after setting an appointment. Told me to go back to original location for alignment. Told me not all firestones are the same and they don t have to honor what the other said. Very poor customer experience. I will avoid Firestone with my personal and work vehicles going forward.

Never....never have done the jib right. I never should got a credit card back up threw them. From breaking the hub caps to not putting in the light bulb the proper way on my daughter car. (This was 2 trips of a normal oil change) pretty bad when a single mother has to look over her daughters car once it's finished with a normal oil change. Oh wait....now I have to wait for a scheduled appt. Because the didn't do it right. 5 days later????? BTW, the cat is a Honda Civic- super simple right?

They didn't replace the oil the last time I got an oil change. They literally just drained it. It's ridiculous how many reviews there are that say this. What a horrible way to SCAM people. You save oil, we pay for it anyway AND nearly break our cars. Absolutely ridiculous. Go elsewhere. This place has no quality control.

Rip off con artists at Marysville Firestone. Will never do business with them again. I took in my Toyota had a front wheel that was wobbly. Had a friend look at it told me was suspension issue. Firestone told me it was the tires and alignment so I had them do the work. It fixed nothing the issue is still there and now I m out more money for tires I didn t need. It is completely fraudulent to sell people services they don t need.Service: Wheel alignment

It's hit or miss, they crank out so many cars I can't blame them for leaving every fluid reservoir cap off in the engine bay. No exaggeration, every single cap lol oil fill, power steering, brake, washer fluid, coolant and radiator cap. I got an alignment done.

Do not bring your car to this shop- rip off artists!We brought our car in because it was making a rubbing noise on the front tire and wanted it fixed.The tech said it was the brakes, and they all needed to be replaced- for around $900. Well, it's an older car, so we said ok replace the brakes. The mechanic calls us back a little later- uh oh, looks like the calipers are bad too! Now the bill is going to be $1900. What choice do we have but to say ok and repair it?The mechanic gave us "a bunch of discounts because he felt bad" and the final bill was around $1800. Ouch.A couple of days later while driving the now repaired car, AND THE SOUND WE TOOK IT IN TO BE REPAIRED FOR IS STILL THERE!! The mechanics told us they would do another diagnostic for free (wow-thanks). After that diagnostic they said they didn't know what the sound was, there was nothing else to repair, goodbye.The car didn't need to be driven for about 5 days, but when we do drive it, now the sound is LOUD. We took it to Les Schwab in Marysville and they told us it was the wheel barings. $400 for that repair, and no more sound. So why were our brakes replaced for $1800?!I attempted to call the "mechanic" who worked on our car, but he was "at lunch" and would call me back. No surprise that I never got that call back.I called the corporate number and again, no call back. Honestly, I'm not even sure they did the work they claimed. Avoid Firestone altogether, and avoid putting your car through a fishing expedition by dishonest mechanics who don't stand behind their work. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE.Scott and Amber Schwab
