These guys have been fantastic at every step. I've mostly dealt with Chad and he's been extremely helpful to me. I'm a man without much money to go around and trying to make it work with what I got and they've been helpful and understanding at every step of the way. They were even able to tow my vehicle there at no cost to myself. I can't think these guys enough and I will definitely bring anything and everything I can to them in the future.

Great guys for an auto shop. Nick and Chad did everything possible to keep the price down. It took longer than we anticipated but they did find and fix the unknown problem. I would suggest using these guys to anyone , there great . Just give them a little extra time to confirm your problem and then a reasonable time to repair it.

The customer service in the shop is awesome! The mechanics I have spoken with are super friendly, informative, and understanding. Their turn around time is great and their dedication to finding the problem and fixing it is really wonderful. I highly recommend this shop for your car maintenance.

I called and from the beginning I knew it was going to be a great experience. I spoke with Chad who was very knowledgeable and helped me with getting my vehicle towed into them so that they could diagnose what was going on. They towed it in diagnosed my car and no I wasn t able to get the work done right away as it was a bit pricey but Chad was honest and explained everything to me without making me feel stupid or incompetent. I will definitely be bringing my cars back to Dalton Midway. Thank you Chad so much for all your help and everything you did for us. Great service 10 out of 10!!!!Service: Transmission

Called Daltons I referral from a friend. The technicians were straight forward, caught an issue we were not aware of and would have been an issue soon. They didn t dance around what was needed and what could wait, and gave me the price so I could make the right decision, not that salesy oddball stuff. I have driven almost 3000 miles in the three weeks since getting it back, and the car is humming along. Highly recommend them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My car would not start one morning and I figured it was my battery or alternator. After getting the run around and poor customer service from my dealership, I called around to several other mechanics. Some were rude, some were nice, but no one had availability to even look at my car. I called this placed after reading some reviews. They were professional, kind, and got me in quickly. They were patient with me despite my panicked and frustrated tone. They were able to look at it quickly and gave me a quote within 30 minutes of me dropping it off. They had the repairs done quickly and at a much lower cost than I expected. I would highly recommend them. Very courteous, quick, affordable, and patient.Service: Battery

Very happy with the service! They called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on. Plus a free towing for costumers. they were very helpful and nice, very affordable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Beyond satisfied with the communication,service,and pricing. Usually do most of my own work before we moved to a HOA ran neighborhood. They took amazing car of my son's old accord, ironed out any issues we had. 2nd visit with same car and they handled his brake upgrade amazingly. Couldn't be happier that I found a trustworthy and fair priced shop nearby.

They did a fantastic job! Towed my truck in and drove my truck back home. They tuned up my carburetor and fixed my major brake problems. Called on a Friday and had an appointment that next Monday. Super friendly people. They even installed my wipers and connected the hose for free! I would definitely recommend this shop! Thank you so much.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Brakes

I recently had my brakes serviced at Daltons Midway Service. They turned my vehicle around the next day all in working order. A few days later I smelled a "hot metal" or "slight burning" smell and asked if I could bring it back in. No problem was Nick's response!I came back in later that day. They immediately took a look, removed the wheels to make sure the brakes were seating correctly, did a full inspection of the undercarriage, and made some minor modifications to the routing of an existing electrical wire.I am so impressed with the friendliness, expedient work, and customer-first focus. It's hard to find businesses, let alone, garages, which provide great service.Daltons Midway Service definitely has my business moving forward!

Repairs took a week longer than expected. They were friendly and did a great job. My car came back smelling like cigarette smoke, which I do not like.

This shop was able to replace my alternator on my 06 Chrysler 300C for a good price! This was my first time taking my personal car here , but the company I work for brings all of the vehicles here and they always do great! They even secured my belly pan, which I never told them about! Definitely recommend.

From the moment I called, I was given a thoughtful response to the list of repairs I needed, including my taillight assembly and my emergency brake, with flexibility. We, together with Nick, set a plan that takesinto account my personal schedule (which Is chaotic at the best of times). Came in for a check engine light check and had some information reaffirmed as well as information on something new that was also related to my issue. They were great on all accounts as far as the diagnostic went. They also replaced my passenger window regulator and the window works great now, fast turn around too considering they were getting ready to take a long weekend for their new locations opening and had a limited window to get the parts delivered and installed. Very happy with my experience here, and I hate taking my vehicles to mechanics typically! I would bring my vehicles here again though and suggest them to anyone who could use their help and expertiseService: General repairs & maintenance

My battery light came on while I was driving down the highway and I pulled over and googled mechanics in Marysville. I called Dalton s, totally expecting to have to make an appointment for my car to be looked at later, but Chad told me to come right in. It turned out to be a broken belt, which was diagnosed by Glen almost immediately upon opening the hood. I mean, I know it s what these guys do for a living but they were super-friendly, super-helpful, super-knowledgeable. The belt was replaced and I was on my way in a very short time. I m new to the area and Dalton s have a new customer for life. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was a little stressed and they made me feel like everything was going to be okay from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend their shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had an issue with a squealing sound in my car, every other car dealership was weeks/month out. I was able to get into Dalton's within an hour and the issue was resolved shortly after. Great service as well, highly recommend.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been going to Daltons for 20 years and my son is now using them on his own. He brought his vehicle in they charged him $100 to install a battery that should be about $25. This location just opened so I was a bit nervous. I was very happy with the service and price. They kept in contact with me. I wi recommend Dalton's to my family and friends.I have continued to use Daltons for both of our cars. My son has his truck there now for an engine rebuild. I will keep using Dalton's and recommending them.

This is an honest business that is rare find in the modern days!My dealership recommended to replace the break pads on my 2- year-old car. I decided not to do it at my dealership because they usually charge me arm and leg for any services.So, I am glad that I came to Daltons, instead of falling for dealership scam.I can't thank GM Dana enough for his honest answer that my car doesn't need breaks replacement. They didn't charge me anything for the breaks inspection. From now on, I will service my vehicles at Daltons Midway!We need more business like this

We took our car for service and Bruce and staff took good care of us and helped us decide whether our car needed the service or not. Our car is 21 years old and we need to decide now whether a fix is worth it to us or not. Dalton's diagnosed the problem and did not pressure us to have the work done. It is so nice knowing that they are honest, hard-working and eager to genuinely help people.Review from another client who does not use the internet:We were having persistent trouble with the power steering on our SUV and had several mechanics, including the Chevy dealer, not be able to properly diagnose it. I had forgotten to mention it to Dalton's Midway when I dropped the car off but they called me right away and mentioned that the rack was shot. They called the insurance and determined it was under warranty and had a new rack installed within 24 hours. I ended up taking both other cars in for 120k service and oil change. The cars all run great now and prices were very reasonable. Couldn't recommend more highly. A.B.

I was previously bringing my car here for regular oil changes, but not for quite some time as my boyfriend is a mechanic with 25 years experience. (My bf kept putting off my oil change so I brought it in to just get it done) This last time, I was told my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, the pads were down to 2mm, for a cost of about $900. I politely declined. After saying not at this time twice, he replied so you re going to chance it huh? My pads are at 4mm, just saw them measured with my own eyes. Sadly, I ve lost all faith in this business. Disappointing, as I trusted this local mechanic. I don t doubt the great reviews they have received as I would have given them 5 stars prior to this. I could ve continually been an unknowing happy customer for years had I not had someone trustworthy and knowledgeable to be honest with me.Response to owner:This is precisely why I posted my review as I was appalled and told (I don t know the law) that it is possibly illegal to use such tactics, and most important to me, very unsettling. I was paranoid about my brakes every time I drove after that, even knowing they were ok for a bit. I would never publicly lie about this and even thought long about posting a review at all. I do not recall who I spoke to, I thought it was the owner, but they for sure said those words, in my opinion, to take advantage of a woman who knows little about cars in a slower time of year for this business. I have no desire to bring my car in. Training on measurements aside (I know I was close to needing them fixed regardless), the poor choice of words used to try and take $900 from me was enough to lose my trust in this shop.

Dana & the team at Daltons Midway North were absolutely the best! My car was overheating and had a punctured radiator hose. They were able to take my car in right away, order the part quickly, and had my car fixed in reasonable time. I appreciate Dana and his professionalism and understanding my emergency so i could get back on the road. I highly recommend Daltons.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been here a few times now and I ll only be using them in the future. They are thorough with their work and take the time to explain everything they are seeing, and provide recommendations that feel truly necessary not just something they re trying to sell you on to make more money. They offer a tremendous value! I was also impressed how the mechanic took time to explain the work they recommended. I would go here over Firestone any day of the week. I will be bringing my other vehicle in Friday. Thank you to everyone who works there for your fantastic service.

Highly recommend! We take both our Honda Pilot and Toyota Tundra to Daltons and have always been impressed. They clearly explain the issues and all options. They do quality work at a very price, and everyone I've dealt with is extremely nice! Give em' a try!
