One employee was nice and helpful and the other one was wearing pajama pants and a crop top. This took a casual dress code to a whole new level. She was very rude as well. Not a great outfit for a place with children coming in and outUpdated review as of 4/10We lasted visited last night and I believe that will be our last visit to cold stone. There was one employee there again who looked like she had just rolled out of bed. Her hair was somewhat pulled back but had more of it hanging down, which why I'm sure I found a piece of hair in my ice cream. She also was wearing a super baggy hoodie that the sleeve looked like it repeatedly was touching the ice cream. While we were in line both girls behind the counter kept complaining out loud about how busy the night was and complaining that people just kept coming. I get it I've worked real before but don't make a show of it in front of your customers.

Look I don t care enough about life to complain about ice cream but our experience tonight was ridiculous. We went in all happy to get ice cream but as soon as we walked in the blonde girl instantly goes we are only doing scoops right now no cones so whatever okay. We proceeded to order our ice cream and I ordered the chocolate devotion but apparently there was no brownie so I just decided to get it without the brownie whatever. My girlfriend ordered a vanilla ice cream with cookie dough and we thought everything would be fine. The blonde girl serving us just stuffs the ice cream into the cups and just sprinkles the toppings on top even though you are supposed to put the ice cream on the counter and crush up the cookie dough inside it. The cookie dough was so hard that we couldn t even mush it up with the plastic spoons. At that point I knew I wasn t going to be giving her a tip. Just save your time and go to a different cold stone because the workers here are lazy and just don t care about what they are doing.

This location is pretty awful on customer service and that seems to be a consistent issue over the years. It's mostly teenagers working here as far as my husband and I can tell, and while that's fine, they seem to lack training on how to be friendly and welcoming and how to address concerns. Yesterday I went in with my husband and it was the final experience we needed to decide not to go back. I had trouble using a BOGO and the person checking me out basically said they didn't know what to do about it so nothing could be done instead of trying to problem solve. Then I get home and find out my ice cream had no brownies in it, which was the main thing I wanted in my ice cream. Obviously it's all just ice cream so it isn't the end of the world, but I contacted Cold Stone customer service via email about my BOGO and they resolved my issue no problem. So, while I'm pleased with their online customer service for the company, this particular store leaves too much to be desired to return. If anyone does go, I recommend sampling the ice cream before you buy. The previous time before yesterday when I was there, I got home and the sweet cream tasted sour which has never happened before, so a warning just in case.

I would rather have Dairy Queen any day of the week. We ordered the new pumpkin whatever and it looked nothing like the picture and tasted way too sweet. There was really nothing happening in the cup, it was essentially pumpkin spice ice cream and that's it. Very disappointing. Luckily we still had pizza.

Me and my wife went there and apparently their store hours changed. When we entered the business one of the female workers amongst the 3 started shouting at us like we were dogs "we are closed", and had the worst attitude I have ever seen. The sign on the window has not been changed to reflect this, only their online site. She didn't bother to explain the store hours changed and treated us like we were trash. Worst experience and attitude I have seen. We even tried this location for a 2nd visit, and sure enough all 3 girls that were there prior were working at the location. When we arrived all them were in back just talking amongst themselves and we waited at the front for a while. Finally we got served and was treated to some of the worse teenage girl attitudes we have seen. Avoid this location, this business doesn't care about it's customers and the girls that work here don't want to work!

Took my 3 kiddos here for the first time and the staff was very friendly and helpful with ideas to make their experience enjoyable and my experience easier with them being kids. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience Parking: Lots of parking spacesKid-friendliness: The staff here was so kind and understanding of little kiddos not knowing what they want and how to help them make less of a mess.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and sidewalk entrance near the door for ease of wheelchair use.

I don t usually make complaints but i feel like this one was needed. I went into the store at around 8 and I was with my husband and daughter. The girls with dark hair serving were very sweet, and were having a good time till the tall girl with blond hair had told us around 8:20 that their lobby was gonna close soon, We continued to stay and at around 8:30 she basically kicked us out with the words that their lobby was closed. I understand that they were closing soon but she at least could ve been nicer about it.

My husband went in to get us ice cream and there were 2 girls working who were giving him attitude when he ordered and rolling their eyes, then he gets home with the tub of birthday cake remix and the literally just filled it with ice cream cake batter them slapped all the toppings on top so when we got home it wasn t mixed and they didn t add all the proper toppings.

Ordered and paid for a ice cream cake online but when I went to pick it up they said the freezer wasn t working and they didn t have any cakes. No call or email to let me know ahead of time. Still have no received a refund for my cake.

We came in super happy because we were about to eat ice cream. But the experience soon turned sour when the manager, who was dressed in what looked like pajamas, with long dark unbrushed hair (not in a hair net) and would not give her name, made me the wrong thing and then told me that if I wanted something different, like WHAT I ORDERED, I would have to pay for it after paying close to $10 AND TIPPING $2 for something I did not order. I would have noticed that she was making the wrong thing had they not have rushed me to pay before I saw what I was getting and then refused to make me what I wanted or to reimburse me. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and will not return back again. If I could give it a ZERO, I would.

I went tonight and while I was waiting on line, I saw a young lady touching her face, hair and leg so when was my turn I asked nicely to change her gloves . Her reaction was so rude and she did no gave me my order right and basically shoved my ice cream towards me so I left with out ice cream . Also She actually was giving free ice cream for her friends . I did not her name but she was wearing glasses .

I ordered a shake, an ice cream, a 6 pack cup cake and 1 single serve peanut butter cup..they sent me 12 peanut butter cups and 1 I cream...didn't reach out to me. I went there to return them and they said they can't reach me. They asked for my phone number. I said it's written on my receipt..they said they called but they didn't. They then said, they run out of shakes and cupcakes..so they thought they'll just change my order to 12 peanut butter cups and charge me for it without telling me. I said the delivery guy even dropped the ice cream onto a water puddle and which I saw myself and even in my camera. And he left it on my doorstep. Wrong order with ice cream that was wet and dirty. I asked for a refund and they said they'll just call me once they talked with the store owner..so I said ill wait at the store til they get hold of the owner and refund me right away...which they eventually did. But with all the hassles they should be the one offering something for a resolution!

Orderd chocolate devotion pint and a Berry Berry delicious. The chocolate devotion was not even in the bag. The Berry Berry was supposed to have strawberries, blueberries and peach. Instead it just had a bunch of freezer burned strawberries. No blueberries or peaches. They want almost $20.00 for each tiny container of ice cream but they can't get anything right. Coldstone used to be really good. Not anymore.

Stopped by cold stone January 3rd around 5pm. The experience I had was two young females unprofessionally dressed who did not bother to make us feel like we were being taken care of. It was as if we were taking up their time and they couldn t be bothered. The milkshake they made us was way too thick and overly covered in sugar as if they were attempting to make it as bad as possible

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. All the employees here and just so rude and have zero customer service skills. Came in at 8:20 and got told all fruit is put away for the night because they close soon? You close at 9 . They need new leadership or employees who can at least fake a smile.I got my ice cream with ice cream smeared all down the side also I asked her to wipe it and she gave me attitude. Good ice cream but your employees are AWFUL.

I'm going to start this by saying I NEVER leave reviews about places. But I couldn't NOT write one after the experience we had at this Cold Stone location.If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Extremely terrible customer service, they shut things down with 30 minutes until closing time and literally yelled at us as we sat in the lobby. Read on for more delightful details...We walked in at 9:30pm tonight (a hot summer Friday night), and at the door was met with an employee yelling out "We are doing scoops ONLY, no mix-ins". As we walk over to look at the ice cream, there is a girl cleaning the cold stone. It's 30 minutes until closing, on a busy Friday night, and you're turning the cold stone off? The whole reason you exist as a business is because you have an ice cold stone to mix all the toppings into your ice cream... this makes no sense.So we say ok fine, we're here, let's just grab some ice cream for our kids. The experience of just getting ice cream was terrible -- the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and wouldn't even communicate back with me. We finally check out, and literally pay $15 for two small scoops of ice cream. Not super thrilled about that, but at this point I just want to sit down, eat the ice cream and leave.We're sitting in the lobby eating and 2-3 minutes later the girl behind the desk yells over to us "THE LOBBY IS NOW CLOSED, GET OUT", and does a hand motion at her throat like she's saying "you're done, get out". It's 9:45pm. 15 minutes until closing.We just bought ice cream from your store, and you're going to tell us the lobby is closed before we even get a chance to eat it? Your front door sign clearly says you close at 10pm.I really can't find any good things to stay about this store, the employees, the experience, or the ice cream. If you are the manager or owner of this store and are reading this, your employees need some serious customer service training and mentorship.Do not give your hard earned money to this Cold Stone.

the air conditioning was out in store. this made it impossible to sit in and I felt worse for staff. It was a humid 80-85 today easily in afternoon and it felt that way in store. aside from that fairly large one to address at the business level, the staff was awesome, ice cream always great.

The staff is great, the ice cream is great. If I rated those it would be 5 stars. The way mobile orders are done is why this is 3 stars. I ordered on their website and I didn t change the time because habit. Most places will auto pick a time that works. So I was happily waiting for my order to arrive only to be notified that it was cancled because the time their website picked doesn t work with online orders so I called because that s what the instructions where. And was told I can come pick my order up or wait 3-5 business days for a refund if I could get my order I wouldn t have asked for delivery. Just frustrating. But that s not the staffs fault. That s the companies fault.

Asked for a smaller size in a larger bowl but they still filled the bowl letting it leak all over and then slid it towards me dripping ice cream and leaving a large mess.

Giving only one star.Used to love this place but after the lack of service recieved tonight i was highly displeased.Ice cream was subpar per usual as well as pricey for what you get (side note my strawberries had a VERY bitter/rotten taste to them)My fiance and i had just come from an amazing dinner date wanting a sweet treat before we headed home. The store had an hour left before they closed the staff was there already getting ready to closed as we walked in we got a very cold "hello" from the lady at the register they then rushed us to make an order although we were the only people in there at the time. I specifically asked for a cone for my ice cream and they proceeded to make me pick a paper bowl size... after telling them what we wanted the lady back at the register very very rudly continued to say "i will help you down here! I will help you down here!!" Although we werent finished adding things to our order. I felt disgusted with the way we were treated so i looked at my fiance and he gave up the order and let them scoop up and serve what they already had. The ice cream was already melting by the time it hit the counter at the check out. Needless to say none of the employees recieved a tip nor will we be returning!!Do not waste your time or money here as there are many reviews with the same issues dating back MONTHS!!

WORST COLD STONE LOCATION EVER!!! Been to different location in different states but this one right here is shockingly the worst customer service ever. I m still surprise the owner/manager accept these kind of people working for them specially after all the bad reviews. Went there and the ladies were all RUDE for no reason! Being busy is not an excuse to be rude to your customers, you wouldn t even have a job without a customer! Have some manners ladies! You ll never get far in your life with an attitude like that so good luck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You need also have a very serious conversation with your leadership. You're employees literally yell at customers and act like the customer is an inconvenience. I asked for a waffle bowl and they put it in a cone. When I told them I got a huge sigh with an eye roll. I work retail and I can tell you the customer isn't always right but they are also the reason the doors can stay open. I really think your leadership at this location don't understand this.

July 13, 2020I just got off work and wasn t feeling very good. My blood sugar was dropping, I swung by there really quick as they were closing and they let me get a quick scoop of ice cream. As I sat in the parking lot, they came out with extra ice cream for accidentally charging the wrong size and made sure I was okay. The girls were super sweet and I appreciate their kindness.

What a great place to get a great treat. They seem to go through employees frequently but that doesn t have an effect on the quality of service or how great your ice cream dessert is made. During Christmas time, they have a dark chocolate version. It is amazing! If you re looking for just a small size of ice cream, get the kid size . It s equal to one scoop. That s plenty. The like it size has a bit more and if you re craving ice cream then this is your size. They have a love it size which has like three scoops. I never could eat that amount and neither could any of my friends. They have quart size pre packed ice cream that s great for on the go and for parties. Check this place out! Very clean and professional.

The staff at this ice cream chain are pathetic. Cold personalities, slowest service I've ever seen, and they were rude. What happened to the fun singing spirit that cold stone used to have. Embarrassing. Save your money for a company that actually cares about their customers.

Although I like the ice cream as a fun treat for the kids I can no longer justify paying what coldstone charges and won t be back. $10 for a cone (dipped and smallest size) is extreme. Especially when you get several. Surprise! $45 for 4 cones
