We just picked up our Winnebago travel trailer after having some repairs completed. I highly recommend working with Jack Burnside in the service department. He did an excellent job at addressing our concerns, answering our questions, and communicating often with us during the time it was in the shop. Jack is also very knowledgeable about Winnebago products. I would not hestiate working with him again. Thanks again Jack!

Can t get the service department to call back. They are holding my vehicle hostage (many many weeks), and won t provide any information on what repairs are needed, if they have even looked at it, etc.I will update this if I ever get any service from the service department.Update: after calling the corporate office help line (out of state), I finally got a response. Part of the repair was performed, and I was allowed to get my vehicle back. The remaining repairs will need to be done elsewhere because I ll do anything to avoid going back. I m happy to see someone else had better luck with a different person in service (Jack).

In late September, my husband and I purchased a Winnebago Solis Pocket from Camping World in Marysville. It comes with a one year bumper to bumper warranty. After our first big trip, there were a number of items that needed repair. We contacted our service advisor Janie to confirm the list of issues and make sure they were all addressed at one appointment. We also needed to know how long the appointment will take to arrange transportation if they need the vehicle for the day.Well we contacted Janie through email on November 29. We didn t hear back. We followed up with phone calls twice. No response. We didn t get a response until the third phone call and a request to speak with the manager on December 28.Janie finally emailed us back with the list of items to be repaired. I ve just written her back. I m waiting now to hear how long the appointment will take. I will update this review when I hear back. She has been responsive since requesting the manager and writing this review. I am changing from two stars to three.I still can t recommend Camping World for such a large investment when their customer service is non responsive. This was a very expensive purchase and our sales person was great but the follow experience is lacking in access to someone who can respond to our questions. Try a smaller company with better customer service.

It was Sunday, I went with an expectation where I will be greeted and helped well to the least when it's a slower day.I was welcome by receptionist just fine but the sales guy I got was horrible! No welcome words, no efforts to find out what am I really looking for. I told him I was looking for Class B. He barely made any efforts to even understand what options I want.Really poor service by sales representative I was. Big turn off - not willing to visit this place again.

I had an AAAAHMAZING experience at Camping World, formerly Roy Robinson!! I made 3 trips while I was making my decision. My salesman Jim Cudney was absolutely fantastic and made the experience memorable as a 1st time RV buyer. Camping World still holds true to the family owned Roy Robinson experience! I appreciated the honesty and no pressure from Jim and not once tried selling me something I didn't need. Also a shout out to Bev in finance and the front desk folks. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a new RV.

My wife and I went to the Monroe RV show with no intentions of buying an RV until we walked into one of the Winnebago's that Roy Robinson had at he show. We loved the floor plan and the size of the RV. We then met Kirby Hoskinson one of the sales representatives at the show, He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained many of the great features of the RV to us and helped us with our plans of purchasing the RV. Our experience with Roy Robinson RV and Kirby could not have been any better. We love our RV!

Just purchased a used Rv from Roy Robinson Rv and we had such a great experience. Ivar was our sales guy and he helped us find the perfect rv to fit our budget and our lifestyle. They went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape when it left their lot. Super detailed walk through. Would 100% recommend buying from Roy Robinson RV

Because they checked everything we asked them to check and fixed what needed to be done. Only issue was it took 3 weeks to get to us in though we had a appointment made 6 months in advance, other than that we will definitely be back next Nov 2024!

I am not a leave a bad review person but felt the need to share my experience. My bride and I went down to their big grand opening to show support and we are in the market. Met a nice salesman (I will leave his name out because it doesn't really matter). He showed us around and we found a brand new fifth wheel that we fell in love with. Here is where the issue started. The big "grand opening special deal of the day" price we were given was $1k over what it was listed for on their website already. Fine, no big deal people misspeak. Any number of things can explain that. Then I find the exact same camper (model, options, everything) for less than 50% of that price just an hour away (and everywhere else across the country). Still not a big deal, price it however you want and I will make my decision as a consumer but weird they are not competitive at all. So I show them the others and ask if there is any price matching or flexibility or if I need to drive an hour away. I am someone who prefers to spend my money as close to home as humanly possible and support local. I also really like who Marcus Lemonis is as a human being and very much wanted to support his business but not for 50% more of course. We are talking about a $26k difference on a $40k item. They offered to bring it down a bit to be only 40% higher than all the others and still not even close. Then they wanted to add in a bunch of bogus fees for pre-inspection, cleaning etc. that some other dealers do but not all and totaled thousands of more dollars. I asked to see the build sheet which shows the options in case I was missing anything (I know what options are available and wasn't missing anything but wanted to check). They would not show me the build sheet. Poulsbo, Fife and Bish's were all willing to do so. Then they told me the reason theirs was higher is that because their MSRP is $83k and the other MSRP is only $68k. Problem with that is that the MSRP listed right on their website was $77k which is still not accurate and why they would not show me the build sheet. They were just straight up making things up. It was shameful dishonest sales tactics from both the salesperson and the manager. Super disappointing experience and not what I expected. I hope this is some kind of a one-off experience and everyone else is happy but I suspect it is not. I am still a huge fan of Marcus Lemonis and am driving either to Fife or Idaho (not a Camping world, but haven't finalized yet) to make my purchase. If you are still with me, congrats and sorry for the long rant, it just felt necessary.

We bought a used RV just prior to the change over to Camping World. Our sales person, Kirby, was great! When we went in for the final walk through your of the RV, Nick, was very patient. We did have to go back a week later thinking there was either something wrong with the electrical part of our water heater or it was user error. Jack in the Service Dept was very helpful, got us in same day and had a tech look at it and turned out to be user misunderstanding! Great team to work with!

Highly recommend Rick Nelson! It was our first time purchasing a camper van and it was a terrific experience. Rick let us take our time, answered about 1000 of our questions, and was overall a really pleasant person. The whole transaction was really easy, camper was ready when promised and everyone we met there was really helpful and friendly!! The person who did the walk-through with us when we picked it was also amazing- really knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The person doing our financing was also really friendly - we spent almost an extra hr just chatting about our families, WA, and hawaii life. If we spent any more time with him we probably would have cancelled the deal and move to hawaii cause he made it sound so wonderful! After about a week we noticed a problem with the van, called them up and was able to take it in right away. Overall, had a great experience here and would def recommend to anyone. Thanks Roy Robinson RV Center! We'll def be back in a few years for our inevitable upgrade

Maceo and the techs that worked on our rv are the greatest, they explained all the repairs to us and after setting our fiat up to flat tow Bert walked us through hooking it up and taking it apart. What not to do when towing, we will be using Camping world Marysville for all our needs or repairs. Thanks guysRob Herndon

Had a great experience buying our Winnebago Paseo from Roy Robinson. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Dominic Palmieri was great. He listened to our needs, let us spend hours imagining ourselves traveling and camping in the different RVs we were interested in, and went to bat to get us a good deal when we decided on what we wanted. Also we were very impressed with what a great job they did prepping the vehicle for delivery and how thoroughly they walked us through all of the systems. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are delighted with our purchasing experience at Roy Robinson RV Center. We acquired a used 2014 Forest River Solera, working primarily with Dave Madsen during the statewide COVID lockdown throughout April, and then closing with Dominic Palmieri once the dealership reopened. Both Dave and Dominic were extremely helpful, even when we could only see the listing online and couldn't visit the coach in person. Dave sent videos and pictures and answered all of our questions via email, and Dominic arranged paperwork that was smooth sailing. Finally, our delivery experience was exceptional - Mark fixed some of the smaller items (awning lights, replaced the carbon monoxide detector, etc.) and took us through everything, answering all of our questions patiently. We had considered acquiring this unit through a private seller, but we are glad that we went with Roy Robinson, instead. Based on the sales process, we will absolutely utilize their service department, as well.

I LOVE Roy Robinson RV Center. I was visiting family in Washington, when my 1995 Telstar decided to run hot going up hills. Then it started to run hot just driving around a parking lot looking for a place to park. I had not purchased my coach from them but they went way out of their way to get it fixed. While I was there I asked them to fix and check on other things, which they did with no problems. One such thing they fixed was my driveshaft. It has dropped out about a year ago in SC, the garage there had re-installed it ( but I guess never balanced or aligned it ) I asked Roy Robinson to chk it or the front end do to a shimmy. Roy's fixed it.Got it aligned, balanced and installed, with a great price. Thank you Roy . In AZ I had my brakes done. The shop there never bled them. ( I had too do it . Roy's bled them some more and changed the fluid. See picture attached LOL ( I thought the tech was offering me some coca cola or a little wine). The Technicians at Roy's are fantastic. They take the time to talk to you, show you and explain everything to your understanding. Another trouble I had been having was the extension valve on the inside dule kept falling off ( flat tire ). Roy Robinson. correct this problem also with the correct extenders ( that I had been wanting ) and installed the braided metal ones. Great job looks nice see picture also. Over all I will be back when I ever get out this way again. ( I might just make it a priority ) to come to Washington just to have any - all my repairs or maintenance done at Roy Robinson RV Center. Technicians Paul, & Dave are great. In the office ask for either Jack or Amy. Both / all will go out of there way to make sure you are happy.

Just bought a travel trailer from Roy Robinson and we could not have been more impressed. Ivar, our salesman, listened to what we were looking for and took the time to help us find just the right fit. Every person we worked with, from accessories to our very thorough walkthrough, was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Next level incompetence in the shop and broken promises by Maceo in Service, who promises the world but never delivers, and is disrespectful and accusatory to the customer that just wants the work done AS PROMISED. He apparently has a reputation that follows him from TX. A total embarrassment.

Steve Donley went above and beyond to help my family purchase a fifth wheel. We are extremely pleased with him. He was readily available anytime we had questions, and provided service beyond what we thought was possible.I appreciated the very informative walkthrough from the gentleman who did the PDI. The gentleman who delivered the fifth wheel was also very capable. All in all, Super Impressed. My wife and I recommend checking out Roy Robinson RV. Please ask for Steve!

Ray Arsvold and Dave his sales manager were awesome to work with. We purchased a brand new 2023 Winnebago Spirit that my wife and I absolutely love! No pressure and very delightful experience working with these guys to get the very best deal. Bev in the finance department was also very easy to work with and the fact that there was no pressure at all during the whole process. If your looking for a great deal on a RV this is the place!

I had a wonderful experience at Roy Robinson. Our family had dipped our toes into the RV world with a used truck camper on my old work truck, decided we were into it, and I contacted a few RV dealers to see what we could do to upgrade. I had a budget in mind, Ivar was fantastic, walked me through everything, and helped me find an RV that I absolutely love at the price I was looking for. We purchased an Itasca Sunstar and it has everything we wanted and more. We also got a great interest rate and were able to add on the extended warranty... I had a heck of a time trying to get anyone to fix my camper, parts were always on backorder, and appointments were months out... which is a big reason I was trading it in, so I'm very happy to be working with a large dealer that has a top of the line service center. They took my truck and camper on trade and gave me a good price for them. Customer service was awesome, everyone is super friendly, and I had a great experience. Hoping to run into Ivar at the Crystal Mountain B Lot!

We were ready to upgrade our trailer and started our online search. After locating a used trailer we wanted through RV Trader, we contacted Roy Robinson online. Ivar Mejlaender responded by email and was most helpful answering questions and setting up a time to show the trailer. We journeyed from Eastern WA and the trailer was as advertised. Ivar and Roy Robinson's staff helped us in many ways, providing expertise or finding answers to our many questions. We added a repair to our deal and this repair was completed effectively before final delivery. After some negotiation, we settled on a fair price. Communication with Ivar and staff was consistent and helpful. We took delivery several weeks later and worked with staff member Mark for several hours to learn all the systems and feel comfortable. We left Roy Robinson and enjoyed our maiden voyage east over the mountain pass, spending our first night in comfort after all the time in preparation. Our experience at Roy Robinson was positive and we recommend them with enthusiasm.

We purchased a 2022 Pocket Solis Van at Roy Robinson and had a very good experience. Prior to our purchase, we had several communications with Kirby and he was very responsive, helpful, and we were very happy with the deal he helped us to make. The entire process was pleasant and smooth, one of our best experiences purchasing an RV. We highly recommend Roy Robinson RV Center!

They say they'll fix your motorhome, if you buy it. Not true, roof has many bubbles, my 7 year granddaughter burnt her hand on the hot water. They never told me its only set at 140 degrees!!! Shower leaks from where it hooks up to faucet. Stove works, oven does not. Listen, I'm being honest.

We had an overall great experience. Kirby Hoskinson is friendly and knowledgeable about the products he's selling. He definitely helped us find the travel trailer that best suited our needs. He never pushed more expensive models or tried to influence our decision. He simply explained features and allowed us to come to our own decision. We are happy to give business to Roy Robinson and will likely continue to in the future.
