Excellent service all around. Car was finished in two weeks from the time I took it in to be looked at. Amazing communication during the process of repairs. their work is top-notch, you can't even tell my car was ever damaged. I give their service a 10 out of 10 and will be back if I ever need work done again.

I have never been treated better or had better communication with a shop than I did with Caliber Collision. They process from start to finish was smooth. We had a repair from collison in where the other party was paying. The insurance company was familiar with collison and the rental place was right next store. Very convenient and easy for us to get our needs met.

My vehicle was in an accident and I took my car here to have it repaired. During the initial walk around I was told it would be fully inspected underneath and damages would be taken care of.During the last week my vehicle was at Caliber Collision I was told it was taking up until the originally quoted time frame because they were waiting for wheels to come back from being resurfaced and it had to go to Firestone to have an alignment done.When I arrived to pickup my vehicle I noticed the passenger side mirror had not been replaced as was the expectation after walking around the car during initial inspection. The part was ordered and I had to come back 10 days later to have it installed.I went to hitch up my vehicle to a trailer and noticed the electrical connector wasn't lining up with the hole in the bumper because it had bent in the accident, so I had to tug on the bumper to get the electrical connector to fit. While tugging on the bumper I then found all of the underside snap pins that hold the bumper to the vehicle were missing. I went back to Caliber and they installed the missing pins on the rear bumper though at first he said it was just how the bumper hangs but I inspected further and pointed out the missing pins which were then replaced. After arriving home I decided to check out the other parts that were replaced and found that the front bumper was also missing snap pins on the underside throughout the entire underside of the bumper. Since it was just some plastic pins that are inexpensive I went to the auto parts store and purchased my own and installed them myself.After a few days of driving I noticed the car still seemed like the alignment was off though I began preparing for a move across the state and didn't have time to go back to have it inspected for a 3rd time. After I moved I called Firestone in Smokey Point and they said they have no record of my car being in their shop. This got me worried so when I purchased new tires last week at a tire shop I had them do an alignment check. They found the alignment was out of whack and so I had them adjust it. Once the adjustment was completed they said they cannot get it perfectly aligned because there would need to be parts replaced in order to get it all the way out of the red. This prompted me to call my insurance company to investigate about the alignment on my vehicle from when it was supposed to have been done by Caliber Collision (via Firestone). The insurance agent got back to me and found that my car never went to firestone for an alignment.My main concern at this point is what else has not been done as well as how do I get the alignment completed properly so that they can replace the parts that need to be replaced that should have all been done while it was being worked on by Caliber Collision. Why was my insurance billed for work that had not been completed? Why was I told the alignment was done yet it had not been? Why were there missing snap pins on both front and back bumpers? Why was my passenger mirror forgotten after the initial inspection? Why was my car still throwing rocks for a month after I left Caliber Collision? How do I get the electrical connector for the hitch to line up with the bumper? This has been an extremely frustrating experience overall!

It took 72 days to get our Jeep repairded which exceed the RCW law for rental reimbursement which now costs us $800 out of our pocket that won't be reimbursed by insurance. Feedback on repairs was slow and infrequent unless I texted needing an update. And the suspension repair of our Jeep should have been completed in the first 45 days when our Jeep just sat parked waiting untouched. The suspension repair would have taken a week less if Caliber would have passed on to Firestone that the Jeep has a 2" lift which was communicated when car was dropped off. Lastly and simply Caliber should at least clean the windows inside and outside the vehicle before passing it back to the owner. Body work looks great but based on above issues we would rate our experience a D+.

Geico set my car up to be repaired by caliber collision. I took it in had the repairs done, upon returning the car my service engine light came on, a little while later I smelled burning coolant. I pulled over to check the coolant and there was none in there. I had to wait and add coolant, now the coolant won t stay in the car. I ve contacted geico I ve contacted caliber and I ve had a lawyer contact them as well. It was finally taken back in after much arguing and being told it isn t anyone s problem. Caliber called and the manager Jennifer says well it s way back in the engine so it s nothing we could have done and we won t repair it. I tried to ask her where the hose connected from the engine and she got short and rude with me and stated she didn t need to tell me that and she was done talking to me. It s my car and you do need to tell me what s going on. these people clearly have no respect for customers or customers property. I have maintenance records stating I never had a leak and never had a service engine light before this. I have pictures and videos with the service engine light coming on with the mileage in it so you can see I didn t even get but down the street from the shop when the problems started. Don t take your car here, credentials with the bbb have already been REVOKED at this location.

I strongly advise against using this auto body shop. They are a big scammer! I took my car to Caliber Collision for an inspection, and they determined it was a total loss. I decided to keep the car and went to pick it up from the shop. However, the repair customer service representative refused to give it back to me. He began asking a lot of questions, such as why I decided to keep the car, who would fix it, and if I knew the body shop. I told him that my friend owned a body shop and would be able to charge me less. I explained that it was my decision, and he had no right to question me. He then tried to scare me by saying that the mechanic had disassembled most of the parts and that I would be charged $400 for labor to reassemble the car. I believe that any extra charges should already be covered by the insurance. I tried to call my insurance company to check on something, but no one answered. I went to tell the customer service guy and his boss, but then he changed his story. He said that the mechanic only removed the bumper, so the cost would be around $104. However, I believe he is lying and trying to overcharge me. He also was pressuring me to get my car repaired at this shop, which was the main issue.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP "CALIBER COLLISION IN MARYSVILLE"!

Ben was quick and attentive. He took time to look at some damage I had on my vehicle to quickly get me a quote and did this on a last-minute appointment. He went above and beyond to review my options and even removed paint transfer from my garage to reveal the true damage underneath- which ended up being less than what meets the eye. Ben could have easily let me move forward thinking the damage was worse than it appeared, but he was honest and took the time to investigate. I so appreciate him; he represents the honesty and quality so many customers seek when needing auto repair.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I dropped in after a call the week prior and they knew exactly what I was talking about. They were quick and efficient in their work and really made me feel valued! I was on my way after just about 25min and they didn't charge for the "quick fix" I couldn't have figured out on my own! Had to take our car in after a collision with a deer. Repairs took longer than normal due to the current state of the world (supply chain & shipping issues) but the customer service was fantastic. They did their very best to keep us informed and up to date with regular communication, and even helped us out with a rental when service went longer than expected. For the most part everything was fixed! There were a couple problems still and they were able to figure all but one out. They at least got my car working again and most of the staff are really nice

Had a wonderful experience with them! They were very easy to work with and communicated very well. My car feels like it is brand new! I'm glad I went to them and hopefully I won't have to see them again, but if I do I will feel safe in their hands!

Caliber Collision took good care of me and my Subaru after a minor accident. I had to wait 6 weeks to get in, but once they had the car, things moved smoothly and I got it back the following week.
