Okay this place is absolutely awful not to mention greedy. Someone I know who has children and needed this way of income, applied here GOT the job was offered a good wage then told that he had to wait for the boss to be in. No big deal right?... WEEKS go by and he still hasn't heard anything, he calls every 2-3 days asking for an update in desperate need of this job. He has worked for shops his whole life and they still put him on the back burner. Finally my friend gets ahold of Yogi and with no suprise he has no idea who has called him. So he refreshes his memory, tells Yogi he was offered a certain wage and Yogi low balls him to $17 hour. Knowing he has kids and family to support. This company's management is a Joke and Yogi specifically doesn't care about his employees or his customers unless they are paying overpriced and happy about it. I cannot believe a company could be so greedy and terrible. I really hope your "employees" and "happy customers" see this company for what it is. After all Yogi changing the name of the company doesn't take care of the terrible reputation you built as Marysville Best Tires.SIGNED SOMEONE

Out with my wife and kids Saturday, and the car failed to start. Thankfully, we were just a couple stores away from Big O Tires. Christina came over to attempt a jump, and determined it was a bad starter. They pushed the car over and had us back on the road in a couple hours. Top rate service!

The initial impression was good...they were extremely polite and professional on the phone. I need to coordinate schedules due to a corresponding commitment and they are very accommodating. When I mentioned I had a coupon; they were equally interested in making sure I used it to the fullest. My experience once I arrived was equally great...they were honest, professional, and very transparent on things that were critical versus beneficial. My TPS was dead on one rim, and weak on two others. I opted to leave it as is and I did not feel overly pressured. Simply put, I really feel I received excellent value...a rarity in the auto service industry it seems in today's day and age. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely try and return. I live in Bothell but was in Marysville for another reason. I am glad I took it to Big O and compliments to the CSR and manager I engaged with. The detailed analysis on the pre-post alignment values was a nice addition too. Five Stars from me.

Just left the shop. Let me just say, these guys were awesome. Start to finish it was nothing but quality customer service. For starters they were able to locate a very rare tire for my car, when nobody else could. I had my pup with me and these guys were so good with her. Very accommodating in in every way. Professional and courteous yet made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. To be honest, with the way things have become in the retail and service industry these days, lazy, unmotivated, unfriendly and an all around I just dont care attitude, my expectations have become very low. These guys are crushing the competition with positive vibes and attitude alone. Add the motivated knowledgeable staff, the warm welcoming feeling of the place, and top notch, extra mile, customer focused service, and you got nothing but wins.Hands down the best consumer experience I've had in a very very long time. I'd give em 6 stars if I could.

I recently purchased a full set of tires for my truck and a full set of tires for my double axle trailer. The trailer tires I just got a month ago. One of my trailer tires shredded going down the freeway at 70 mph. I had to limp it in to get fixed. Upon inspection of the tire, nothing could be found wrong with the rim or the tire bead which implies a defective tire .The general manager refused to cover under a warranty or discount the new tire or anything. Again, this tire was less than a month old. I got far better service from this shop when it was best tire company. I won't be coming here again and you shouldn't either

Excellent tire shop! They quickly aligned my lifted truck at a surprisingly low price. They even fixed an issue with my track bar / pan hard bar for free. Highly recommend them! Best in town!

Great prices on wheel and tire packages! Customer service is amazing. Will recommend over all other area tire and wheel shops. 22 s sit perfect in the fender. Best tire brand tires are pretty stick, smoke well and have a great value.

These guys got my rally tires beaded up(hard to do for most shops) in less than 15min from me walking in the door! Gorgeous/clean shop, with very cool folks working there! I'll definitely be back!I'm impressed!- CBKB Rally Team

4000 miles new Range Rover, got a flat on Left Rear. came to the store Best Tire Center Marysville and a young man greeted me and checked all four tires. offered me a FREE flat repaire, and FREE alghment check, guess what, found the car need alignment. WOW. got the flat repaired and happily got alignment done. otherwise, i may need to come one year earlier to get 4 tires replaced if the alignment is not done. also was offered to come back in 6 month with FREE tire rotation. good service, good value, good people and good feeling being treated with my safety as #1 priority. the young guy's name is Jake. his manager on duty was Erik. thank you guys.

I would not recommend. I went in to have breaks checked due to front shimmy on passenger side. Had rear breaks done two years prior. Quoted me the price and I said that was a lot higher than expected! But because needed rotors thought well ya and the way things have gone up. So needed to be done ..lesson learned to ask more questions or have someone that knows cars go with! The Jeff guy never once told me this was for front and back! Just that rotors and labor was expensive. Not very personable or helpful. I should have gone somewhere else. After all said and done I felt really stupid for not asking more questions but in the customer service side of it I think it should have been explained! So no I will never use these guys again!

I had my tire blow out and was on a spare. No one around could get a tire ordered for my vehicle except Big O. I called in and John helped me and was there the next morning when I came in to assist with ordering the tire and getting me scheduled for when it came in and could be replaced. John was efficient and friendly through the entire process. I really appreciate the fact that he was able to get it in before he anticipated and the team was so fast and kind when I came in to get it replaced. What was a stressful situation was made a whole lot easier because of John and the team at the Marysville store. I would definitely recommend

Trash! Wanted alignment and they said it ll be hard so it ll take labor hours aswell Went to Firestone and got it done same-day.Go to Firestone!

Nick and Mike are simply amazing. They got me hooked up. And this is no joke. They found wheels that I loved but didnt come in my lug pattern. They called the wheel company and had them custom drill the wheels to fit my car!!! Who does that??? These guys!!! A 2 week wait but I got what I wanted and they look great. I have been back for other stuff for my suburban and treat like family!!!

Accommodated my very short notice request and was able to swap tires in an hour. Facility is in a corner with plenty of parking and although small, is quite clean. Price was reasonable.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great break room & coffee to relax while Best Tire replaced my tires. They went out of their way to help me replace the wheel lock key on my rims that I lost last year. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to BEST TIRE CENTER in the near future for all my tire needs. Most IMPORTANTLY, they have a quick turnaround time for replacing tires.

Friendly and helpful, quick and efficient. I came in to get 4 new shoes for my new to me Pontiac Vibe. My appointment was for 2pm..I was early. I was promptly assisted, my key handed over, and I went to Value Village for some resale therapy. Before I was even done perusing the bargains, I was called back to pick up my car!I'll be back in a couple of miles for a lug check, but I'm totally impressed with Best Tire in Marysville Washington

Wonderful friendly staff. They came and picked me up to fix my tire after I waited 3+ hours for roadside assistance. They were very quick and helped to get me back to my kids. Only place I'm coming to for tires from now on...

Friendly and prompt, were able to set me up with new tires after I blew a tire the night before. The tires were near end of life so I replaced all four.The wheels were not balanced correctly after install. I noticed half an hour later miles away on the highway when I reached 70 mph and experienced a very abnormal vibration. Got my wheels rebalanced at a Costco later for $20 that fixed the problem.Big O also got grime and dirt all over my wheel rims during the install and didn't clean them off.All in all they were able to get me fixed up and on my way, but could have done a better job of it.

My family have bought tires through best tire for years and I came down recently to get my last two tires swapped out and I was quoted 6 hour waits both times. I was there at 9am and they said they were short staffed. This was two weeks apart, I've just called and asked if they had staff and the guy answered with a question mark whether they were hiring or not. I can't tell if Big O has messed this place up but the shy guy (not Mike) at the front desk has lost 4+ cars worth of customers... If you can't do the work, give people a straight answer.

I brought my car here for an alignment and to have some (new) tires mounted and balanced. I was told on the phone mount and balance was $19, but when it was rung up it was $20 per tire plus $15 for dismount (I'm assuming because I supplied the tires). $185 for just mount and balance is a lot and much higher than the competitors. When I asked about this the employee at the counter said "I don't make the prices". I figured I was already there so whatever.When I got the car back my steering wheel was sideways, and the tires were not close to balanced. Brought it back and they did the alignment again and re-balanced the tires. The alignment was ok after that, but the tires were still so bad I couldn't go above 60.Once again brought the tires back, spoke with the manager, he heard me out, but I never got an apology or anything. They re-balanced again. When I picked them up for the THIRD time, I asked the employee at the desk how they balanced and he said "I don't know, I wasn't back there"... The tires still shake on the freeway.I understand sometimes you can have a bent wheel, or a bad tire that can make it hard to balance, but nothing was ever communicated to me.Their alignments come with a 1 year warranty, but I'd rather pay again somewhere else than bring my vehicle back there. It is clear they don't care about their customers.

The staff is incredibly friendly, super fast, straight forward and very knowledgeable in every aspect in the field from what I could tell. From my 1st visit they got me all my options on rims and tires so I could make a informed decision within the first 5 minutes. Then they ran me through the ACTUAL price, unlike other places that are trying to sell you up and hit you with a massive bill at the end promising deals and never delivering. They gave me all my payment options including very easy credit options and got decisions quicker then any other business I've been too in the past. After I chose my path they got me 4 new rims and tires, got them all mounted and showed me what they actually would look like before proceeding which I really appreciated, took my 4 rims and tires off, got the new set on, did and alignment and balance within what seemed like an hour. Couldn't be happier with my experience

I used to be an employee here, and I can attest that they conduct their business with integrity. For example, they'll never try to tell you your tire is not repairable if it actually is in order to try to sell you a tire. They do good work here, and they've got high standards, so I strongly encourage anybody looking for a new set of tires to consider these guys.

The customer service is great, they worked with my budget, felt that they listened to my wants and needs. I truly felt that they sincerely cared for me. I highly recommend this tire shop as I know you will receive the great service that I did.

My experience with this location was absolutely excellent and I want to send a special shout out to Eric who is the manager of the Marysville best tire center. He went above and beyond to find me the best deal. It even beat out 2 of your competitors to sell me a set of 4 tires when I caught a nail and one of my tires while at work. One of the other competitors has completely lost my business I will spread the word about the best tire center in Marysville and that it is a great place to take your vehicle to.

They never have time to treat simple repairs with the whole workday in form of them.Warranty work is tough to get from them.Once they get paid...next day...for hours....to balance or fix 1 tire.We had a blowout and it was ugly getting a full replacement tire.We also had the salesman sell us tries for a dually that rubbed.So...I've had only 2 employees trest my wife or myself with courtesy.If it weren't for the warranty, my wife wants to find a new source for tires.

Excellent customer service! Tech was able to realign our classic car to within factory specs! Our battery had died while getting diagnosed and they tried to help jump it with a personal jump box. Ended up having to get a new battery, but that's on me.I would highly recommend!
