This place is absolutely amazing, I d give them more stars if I could.My car was backed into on a Friday, I called them and they were able to get me in the following Monday for an estimate.I dropped my car off two weeks later and was able to get it back a month later (only due to parts being on back order).Ron and Shannon were extremely helpful and kind, they helped me with insurance, getting a rental and gave me updates on my car every other day.Hopefully nothing like this happens again but if it does I will definitely be going back to Carstar. Thank you so much!!

Went above and beyond thank you!! Would recommend to friends and family. Car fixed in timely manner and kept me updated on progress and things that came up (as they do with repairs).

I had a great experience here, Ron and Shannon are very helpful, courteous, and provided timely updates on the whole process. They got me scheduled quickly and my vehicle is in perfect condition again - their painter did a fantastic job. I also had work done on another vehicle here last year and it was great too.

Awesome customer service with great communication. Text updates throughout the process letting us know step by step what was happening. They got us in and out really quick and did top quality work. If the need arises we will definitely use them again!

These people are AMAZING! I've never dealt with being in an accident on my own before. But everyone at CARSTAR North were very informative and helpful. Especially scheduling my car repair during a short vacation from work. I highly recommend them. Thank you for making this process painless. Thank you. I can't say that enough. :)

I can only review the lady that answered the phone she was rude and condescending, and borderline threatening with well I have your information too just remember that .Back story my car was hit the other day and I spoke with my claims person this morning who told me everything was lined up with CarStar and to contact them to arrange to have it towed in. When I called I spoke with the absolute peach of a woman they have working there who told me that isn t how things work and they didn t have room, but obviously I don t understand how insurance works because they would never tell me (exactly what my claims adjuster told me).Thanks for trying to say I m stupid and attempting to intimidate me someone must have had a rough weekend, hasn t had their Monday coffee, and probably long term shouldn t be in a position that deals with customer service!

Had such a wonderful experience with Ara Carstar!!! Shannon and Ron were absolutely amazing and very personable while maintaining honesty. They made sure I knew what was happening to my car each and every step. If you need body repair these are your people as they will treat you like family.

Shannon and Ron met you with a warm smile and a hello. Very friendly, shop is very clean (which means a lot to me). They kept me informed every fey days of the progress on my truck. The team back in the shop do great work and they got the work finished on time as quoted. Truck looks great. If every I need body and paint done again, I will return to ARA CARSTAR North in Marysville, Wa. The body and paint shop for me!

Very friendly, communication is great. It was taking longer than than estimated due to shortage of employees due to illness, surgery, etc. When I told them my insurance only pays for 30 days rental, they got on it and finished my car even a day early! This is second time I ve needed to take my car to them and both times, my experience was top notch. The work done was great, and my car was cleaned after the work was done (which is an added bonus!)

Deaf guy David here! I really appreciate the effort by Carstar North to communicate with me since I can't hear.They did an outstanding job on fixing my truck up, took a little over 5 weeks but it was worth the wait.First time I ever needed repair work but was easy smooth going with Carstar North! Keep up the good service!Well, it's been 6 months now! Everything is still intact & good!Thanks again ARA CARSTAR North for the Supreme work performed :)

Wonderful work, replaced rear bumper and sensors. Kept in communication and worked to get my car back asap. Bonus: they cleaned it! That was a nice surprise. Plus they re really nice.

Very Professional and soft spoken people.Ron is a very nice guy. He helped me in getting my car fixed and answered all my questions.Got my car on Time. There were few delays for one of the parts but it's not their fault.Shoutout to Shannon as well for sending the updates thorugh text for each and every thing.I totally recommend these guys.

Ron and the team at CarStar were extremely helpful and empathetic. The finished product looks like a million bucks! My only qualm was that it took them a little bit to get me in but after seeing the service, I imagine that they re a bit backlogged with people wanting their quality and care. Thankfully The damage being repaired on mine, impair me using the car so they may have also prioritized some who needed more urgent service. Would definitely recommend them.

This is was the second time my truck was side swiped on the trestle from everett to lake stevens and carstar has fixed my truck both times. They are very responsive and give you updates every step of the way. I wont use any other bodyshop. Carstar is awesome!

The staff communicates each step of the process from beginning to end, down to helping you schedule a rental car. They did an amazing job with the repairs and my car looks like it was never damaged. I recently had a hit and run to my new car which left me so angry and upset. ARA CARSTAR was on the list of places from my insurance company.They not only had the best customer service with friendly staff, they kept us up to date with texts on the repairs, and did an absolute excellent job on my car. Gets all your info, schedules you a week out, and then refuses service at the last second because the insurance is the one they don't like. Would have saved everyone some time if they were just upfront and honest.

They are dedicated to excellence from the time we took our car in for an estimate.They provided realistic expectations of when the repair job would be completed.And they communicated well and regularly.I can say I would like to do business with them again since I don t want to have my car damaged However, they will be number one in my list if I have to get my vehicle repaired again.
