Ulicis A. was such an excellent guide & helper! He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns carefully and thoroughly. My whole experience, being it was my first time there, felt and was exceptional! Will definitely be coming back as a regular for my car needs. Thanks guys

Came in today for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very timely service and even gave me a free car wash and air freshener. It was nice to have a good chat while waiting, this location is great. Thank you!

First time coming to Valvoline and now I think I'll be a lifetime customer. First off it was quick. You drive up, they do there thing and off you go. Never have to leave the car. Secondly, I like they they put your vehicle info into the system and it lets you know based on mileage what services need to be done. Third, the pricing was reasonable and fair. The staff was also very friendly.

Not only are the folks here professional but gave sound advice and had great attention to detail. They were also friendly and courteous. The price was reasonable and included a car wash.Very good experience.

This was hands down the best experience I ve had at any oil change spot. Ulysses Was professional, empathetic, and without a doubt, the best customer service I ve experienced in this field . He is everything you want a mechanic to be. It was easy, and fast and my car runs incredible. I will never get my car serviced anywhere else now. Thank you Ulysses!

The team at Valvoline Express Care are the best! They are very trustworthy (which isn't always easy to find at places like this). I have never felt they were trying to nickel and dime me or exaggerate "issues" that don't actually exist. The speedy service is the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Drove right in and was greeted by a young man name Riley. He was very friendly and was well knowledged at what he was doing. The tech that did the oil change did a great job, both very professional. Showed my air filter to me and asked me if I wanted it replaced. Showed me every step they took and was quick at getting me done. Great attitudes. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We love the Maple Valley Valvoline Express Care! We drove right up and were able to get an oil change without a wait, offered a free carwash, and even a yummy cookie! All the employees were friendly and kind, we have been going here for many years and will continue to come back. Thank you all for taking great care of your customers!

This is the best Valvoline I have ever been to! The manager is so friendly, knowledgeable, and hands on. Every employee that I ve had the pleasure of dealing with, has always been incredibly polite.I leave feeling confident and well taken care of. And it s always nice that, after my oil change, I can go right next-door and use the car wash that is managed by the same people.I found out today that each Valvoline is independently owned. While there are a few that I will never return to, I love it when I get a chance to come to this one!Support your small business owners!

I ve been using Valvoline for my oil changes for while. They always give quick and reliable service. This one in particular went above and beyond. There was a mishap with my transmission fluid getting drained instead of the oil because of a misunderstanding among the crew. Unfortunately they didn t have the right fluid onsite causing quite a wait. The manager not only comped a full transmission service, but gave us a free car wash AND bought us coffees while we waited. They also gave our dogs lots of treats which is always a bonus. Truly outstanding customer service every step of the way!

The first time I showed up at 8:00 when they opened and no one was there.... Waited around for 15 minutes and nothing.Came back a few days later after lunch and the staff was actually on site. They were friendly and got me through relatively quickly.Update hours to reflect when staff will actually be there and ready.

I had a break light out and corroded battery terminals. They replaced and cleaned them while the oil was changed. The whole experience was 30 minutes. Wonderful job!

Incredibly kind and professional staff! Ulises went out of his way to make sure he found me the best oil change for my car that also matched my budget. He offered valuable recommendations for future visits, and I did not feel pushed or pressured to get more done on the vehicle than I was prepared to. I received a generous discount for my first visit to this location, as well as a coupon for a free car wash!! Will definitely be returning in the future for further service. Pulled up when they first opened on a Saturday morning. Drove into the bay, I told the employee it was my first time there. He welcomed me and gathered some info. Oil was changed quickly. Price was what you d expect to pay. I ll be back.

Visit date & time: July 28th, 2023; @12:00pm. Vehicle: 2013 Ford Explorer Limited. This place was awesome! It was my first time here. I got a coupon in the mail for $13 off full service oil change. I researched a little and saw they had great reviews. They were fast and efficient. The service tech at the time (can t remember his name) even recommended some other engine cleaning I could have done to help my vehicle but was not forceful about it, which was really appreciated and insightful for next time. I mentioned it was may first time there and he gave me a free car wash for the adjoining car wash as appreciation for choosing them. They definitely got my future business!Service: Oil change

Service was great and it took only a short time to complete my oil change.They checked all the oils, and showed me what was good and what needed attention.No pressure and they were very kind and explained everything they did.Have no complaints.

They did a power steering flush & power steering service for me at my request. They were very informative, helpful, professional & honest. I had the same type of positive experience the last time I was there with my other vehicle. Very refreshing after having less than professional & honest experiences elsewhere. Thumbs up!
