Went in and got a quote for new tires and a lift kit for my new 2022 Super Duty, got a great price and the work was done right and very timely. They worked on my car fixed the problem that it was in for plus found a couple other problems I didn't even know about and fixed them also!!!They do all the work on my dad's truck and they always do an amazing job.. no matter what the job is.. there is nothing to big or too small that they won't help you with!!The owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet!! He's all about helping his customers and making sure they leave happy!!!

Had a couple different issues with my Ford 7.3lt F-250, took it in and they got straight to business fixing my problems. Fast, friendly, with affordable solutions. I won't go anywhere else. Bought a clutch here. Truck Performance Northwest happened to be a South Bend Clutch dealer. They sold me the clutch with no extra add ons in price or anything ridiculous. Buying the clutch was simple and easy. Very easy to work with and the clutch I ordered came in only 3 days.

Called ahead for a quote for installation of Manual 5000 series suspension air bags for my 2010 Dodge 3500 Dually. I asked for the price out the door (this is including tax) and was told $649.95. Went to drop my truck off at the appointment and when he started adding it up it came to just over $700.00. I questioned it and was told that was MSRP and it would go down when I came back to pick it up and pay. This install was only going to take a few hrs. Well after dropping it off and going home I finally called to see what was going on after 6hrs. Was told the kit was incomplete and parts would get there by end of day (would have been nice to call and let me know) and my truck would be ready the next day. Not happy about it but is what it is. So go to pick it up next day and guess what? After installation it was $706.54I will NEVER RECOMMEND OR DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! Sure it s under a hundred bucks but it s the principle!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have been taking my vehicles to Truck Performance for almost 15 years. He works on my business trucks and my cars. He has never let me down. Have I had to wait longer than expected? Sometimes. Did it cost more than expected? Never. I have never had to complain about any of the work done. I would not go anywhere else.

Amazing place! Casey treats everyone like his first customer. He went above and beyond to order my hitch, then exchange it for a large cargo hitch rack. It's a tight lot but worth the trip there if your looking for hitch accessories, racks or trailers

I've never been more disappointed and angry at a service provider than Casey. I took my trailer in for a leak under the sink, running lights and to service the generator. Casey kept my trailer for well over 2 weeks with many excuses about parts. When I finally got it back the lights were fixed big but the generator wasn't working now and the leak was less obvious but still there. I got an endless run around about how Casey would come to my house and service it. He finally came out to look at the generator and told me he would have to order parts, very expressive. So I found a service guy to come to my house and take a look at my trailer. He fixed the generator by pushing the reset button, he discovered the sink had the wrong fitting on it and was cross threaded so he replaced it. Total fix time was less than 30 minutes. Casey is a hack and the guys that work there are as bad.

Casey has taken care of our horse trailer and all of our towing vehicle add-ons for years. He was originally recommended by my horse trainer, who had large, 8-12 horse rigs. Casey just repaired my 2 horse Sundowner that had a weld failure inside the ramp. Great work, went through all of the lights for me, too. My trailer was in and out of the shop in the same week. The ramp needed to be taken apart and reassembled. It looks perfect! Reasonable cost and they worked on Saturday to get it done for me.

Highly recommend. They regeared my Jeep changed the front axle and added hydro assist steering. Also they put on roller bearing ball joints and 1 ton steering linkage and a long arm suspension kit and a larger breaking system. The Jeep. drives perfect even at 80 mph. with 37 inch tires. The final bill was about half the costs of many quotes. Thanks Casey.

So, I found a bumper I just had to have online (fab fours vengeance) and went down to 4wheel parts in Lynnwood (closer to where I live in Bothell) to get a quote. They quoted me $2,400 to install the bumper (w/out led lights). Further, If I wanted the LED lights, it would cost me another $2,400 for a total of $4,800 in their written quote. I decided to stop by Truck Performance NW (while I was down south) and have them give me a quote. The owner Casey quoted me $2,400 for everything installed. At first, I thought it was too good to be true, so I asked him to clarify the quote in detail; since I didn't think the LED installation was included at that price. Sure enough, he stood by his quote and had the job done in one day - along with a T-Rex LED bumper (properly wired with the interior dash switch installed) - $500 cheaper than anywhere else I went. I also purchased a BIG TEX 7x14 dump trailer here over a year ago and am more than satisfied with price, quality of equipment and service. Great quality and excellent service. Too much good stuff in one place, it's no wonder they are always busy.

I have always been treated fairly and decently here The shop and yard a little crowded. But they are always willing to help me by turning my truck and trailer around for me . my trailer had problems with the light took it someplace else to have it checked. I was told nothing was wrong with it continue having the same problem took the truck to the dealership and nothing was wrong with it. Took it here they took one look at it and fix the problem.

Great selection of trailers, but nobody was willing to help me. Waited for over an hour, saw several employees. None of them were talking to customers. I finally cornered an employee and asked him who I could talk to about trailers; he frowned at me and said that he was helping 2 other customers. Probably a good place to shop if you can spend an entire afternoon waiting for the privilege to talk to one of them.

Took my truck here twice in a past. First time 10 years ago. I bought an used trailer and it fried the new wirring they have just put in. They did the extra work afterwords free of charge.Then 2 years ago I was in urgent need to buy and is install the Superhitch. They did it for killer price and I had a truck back before my trip.

The owner is the biggest liar I've dealt with, he'll tell you whatever you want to hear but doesn't deliver. You don't have to get on his bad side to have shoddy work done, he does that for the other folks I've talked to. Run, don't walk somewhere else!

The Owner is dishonest and incompetent. Do Not Do business here. It took me five months to get box that I prepaid for. Read other reviews they say the same thing...
