It is SO difficult to find a good mechanic who s knowledgeable about the vast range of vehicle mechanics and even more so to find an honest one. Look no further, they do actually exist! Ron is very good at what he does. He knows what he s doing, he s honest and he s not going to try and over charge you for things you don t need and the things you do need he s not going to take advantage of you there either. He s fair, dependable and convenient! He came highly recommended by several people and I now know why and will be referring anyone I know who is in need of help with their vehicle to Ron. HE REALLY IS THE BEST

After a long time found best shop for my cars now. Took my wife BMW he fixed in no time all the electrical issues because of mouse chewed the wires. Needed my 2014 sonic repaired. had check engine light on. i really expected to not have my car for a week as thats what im used to from other repair shops. not the case ron had this done so fast it was blinding. this location is also nice as unlike some of the other repair shops around you dont really have to fear that someone will come along as you have to intentionally find this place. fair priced and came with a smile. will be back for my auto repair needsServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have taken our trucks and SUV's to Ron's now for a few years and should have written this review sooner, but there is seriously not a better mechanic in my opinion than Ron. He is honest, very knowledgeable, well priced and his turn around time has been great. His diagnostics are very detailed and will only sell you what you need. I highly recommend Ron's Auto Pro if you need a mechanic in the Maple Valley area.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Jon is AMAZING!! I took my car to the dealership and got a $1200 estimate for repairs. Took it to Jon and he found that a couple of the expensive items from the dealership did not even need to be fixed! So he did the oil leak repairs, fixed the brakes and the AC for $300 less than the dealership (who was only going to fix the oil leaks).In addition, he is super easy to get a hold of and he always explains everything in detail (and in writing via email so I can really get a handle on it).I have the utmost confidence in his skills,his professionalism and his integrity and I HIGHLY recommend him.

Just want to say how awesome Ron's shop is. My daughter lives up in Washington near Ron's Auto pro. Her brake line broke late Friday afternoon. I called Ron from Oregon, and he scheduled the work to be done on the weekend. He had it all fixed by Sunday afternoon. Honest pricing and even better customer service. If your looking for an Honest and for priced automotive shop, I'd give Ron a call first. Thank you Ron

I can't say enough good things about Jon at Auto Pro Maple Valley. I've been going to him for all my repairs & maintenance for several years. I have never had a problem with the quality of his work and his prices are the best in town. Best of all he has the honesty to tell you what repairs your car does or does not need.

Ron the owner is helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to car issues, fair pricing and quick service. Ron is honest about any issues he comes cross when investigating concerns about a vichale. Would recommend his services to anyone who needs a honest mechanic to get the job done right the first time.

9 months ago.. My car died on hwy 18 and after I delt with getting it off the freeway. It was vandalized, in the time it took me to run my granddaughter back to her house. After returning to the car. I searched and found Ron's. He referred me to a towing company and within a hour my car was being dropped off at Ron's. I live on the east side and have ABSOLUTELY no cash. Ron parked my car and did an assessment. All without payment. It was as I thought. A Blown egine and a shattered window from the vandalism. I had no money to purchase a window or a new ingine. I also had no money to get the lemon towed back to the east side. I had told Ron NOT to do anything until I figured out what I was gonna do. 4 months later I FINALLY was able to work out transportation of the car back to the east side. Ron said I didn't need to be there and he'd see my car onto the carrier. And he did sent me pictures and kept in constant contact. RON NEVER charged me for my car sitting at his place for 4 months or the window he replaced. Outta the kindness of his heart. To quote him."I couldn't just leave it exposed in the weather."I HAVE NEVER MET A MORE KIND, CARING, AND PATIENT PERSON, LET ALONE A BUSINESS PERSON. THANK YOU RON FOR ALL YOUR HELP

I've been to a few shops in the Maple Valley area and this one is by far the best! I came in the first time when another shop in the area told me my water pump was leaking and was trying to charge me a little over $500 to replace it, Jon quoted me $280. But, when I took the car in he put it in the air to inspect it and told me the water pump wasn't even leaking! Anyways, it's for some reason hard to find honesty in this field, but this place has it and it's the only place I go now. Thanks Jon.

Ron did a great job replacing the knock sensor, wiring harness, and valve cover gaskets on my 4Runner. He quoted a fair price, and I appreciated his quick response time and willingness to accommodate my schedule.

I never had personal vehicles worked on by Jon and Autopro but judging by the way he treated me when I was a parts delivery specialist, I can tell you that he is a honest, hard-working, genuine mechanic. He always greeted me with an enthusiastic "hello" and smile. His demeanor and attitude is worthy of a higher star rating than google provides because it reveals how much he cares about his customers and those who help him help his customers. There are many mechanics in the Maple-Valley area that may have a friendly facade and fake smile but if you saw the way they treated delivery drivers whether from auto stores or postal services, you would be downright shocked by some of their nastiness. Not many people think of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into getting vehicle repaired, one of them being delivering parts in a fast, reliable manner. Jon is a genuine guy who recognised everyone's worth and effort- and I would without a doubt recommend anyone to his shop. - Big Red

After moving to maple valley our clutch began to slip and not knowing anybody here we had to gamble on a new mechanic, so i saw the reviews on here and felt good about giving Autopro a chance and we were soo impressed by their work, attitude, informative manner and competitive price. It cost exactly what we anticipated no extra up charges etc. Totally recommend using them. Easily the best mechanic we've ever used

My name is Steve Jackson and my vehicles that Jon has serviced are a 2001 Toyota Camry and 2001 Kia SpectraServices performed: Timing belt, water pump, fuel injection service, transmission service, cooling system service, front and rear brakes, ozone odor removal, interior detail, spark plugs, spark plug wires, valve cover gasket, serpentine belts....Jon has been servicing all my vehicles for about 7 years. I want you all to know that Jon is completely qualified, in fact I remember when he came back from school many years ago. Since then he has been building a clientele of repeat customers that appreciate his integrity and qualifications.

No good. Our vehicle leaks oil like a sieve after he worked on our vehicle. Never leaked oil before. We couldn't believe it. He claims it's not his fault. Also charged us for random stuff that I never approved. I'm so bummed...**UPDATE**We just spend close to $900.00 total to have this oil leak fixed. My suspicions were right that it was the rear main seal . My mechanic told me that the seal that Autopro put on was installed incorrectly and also that when the tranny was bolted back to the motor that half the bolts were sheared and 2 other bolts were missing. My trusty mechanic who has over 40 years of experience said to me that " the work was sloppy". This was right out of his mouth. I will include pictures shortly of the bolts , ect.

My M5 BMW, Saab 9-5, Honda Accord......nothing is a problem for John. The value of the service is fantastic and I highly recommend Autopro to anyone. It's nice doing business with someone who takes pride in doing the job right.

Ron has the best prices when I have called around area mechanics. He has been honest when cars are beyond repair, and gone above and beyond to keep my older cars on the road.
