I recently took my 2020 6.7 Power Stroke to this shop to have an aftermarket fuel filter installed, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were incredibly responsive and did an amazing job. It's such a relief to finally find a shop I can trust with my diesel pickup. I won't hesitate to bring my truck back here in the future knowing I won't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend

I had a check engine light related to air pressure come on in my Mercedes Diesel Sprinter Van, and took it to the dealership to get it fixed. After the huge bill to have my van 'fixed', it left me stranded on the side of the highway in Yakima, and when I brought the van back to them they only had more bills for me, and no answers. I was told to go to NW Power and performance, and the owner was able to get my van in way faster than the dealership was able to. He was able to get the check engine light turned off, as well as something with a mass air flow sensor. Long story incredibly short, the bill from NW Power & Performance was much lower than the dealership, and the van has been running great for the last 8 months. The only time I need to bring it to them now is for regular services and oil changes.This is my new mechanic.

Jeff and Jared do great work! I took my 7.3 Powerstroke to NWPP for a noisy fan belt and an EGT sensor install. They did a thorough check over my entire truck and found my tie rod ends needed replacement. Now my truck drives laser straight down the road. I highly recommend these guys for any work you need done on your vehicle.

NWPP is awesome to work with! Was very impressed with their transparency in pricing & high skill level to work on our diesel engine! Very personable staff, I recommend this place to all of my friends!Best part about them? Turn around times are just SUPERB!

Northwest Power and Performance mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem with my car as well as presenting different options for the repair.The service was great. They are timely and friendly to work with.I highly recommend Northwest Power and Performance. I will definitely use them for any future car needs/repairs.

NWPP has done top notch work on both of my vehicles, they did amazing at getting me in quickly and getting the work done at the highest quality. The guys there a super personable and treat my vehicles like they were their own. No other place I ll take my trucks, and highly recommend them to anyone for their mechanical needs!

NWP&P has great customer service, it is a small company that specializes in trucks. They are fair and honest and really care about the customer. I am more that excited that I finally found a shop that cares.

I took my FordF350 into Northwest Power & Performance to change my engine coolant. Geoff and Jarod not only did a quick turnaround to change the coolant, but they diagnosed my Advance Trac Light and repaired the problem free of charge. Prior to using their services, I had always taken my truck to Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent and I had paid to diagnose the Advance Trac Light and their technicians couldn't figure out why it kept signaling on and off intermittently. Northwest Power & Performance fixed the issue on the first try. They were communicative, efficient and honest. I couldn't ask for better service and will continue utilizing them. Completely recommend!Thanks Again Team!Shane

NWPP is a very reputable shop. Gerrad and Geoff are not just knowledgeable but professionals at their craft. I was experiencing brake issues / calipers seizing with my 2000 7.3. they didn't just fix the problem, they exceeded expectations by doing a complete diagnosis of the brake system. They also troubleshot and fixed some other electrical issues I was experiencing. NWPP's customer service is exceptional and reasonable. If you are looking for a top notch shop that will take the time and dig into the details I'd recommend making a call to NWPP!

I will only take my vehicles to Northwest Power & Performance. A few years I stupidly took my car to a dealership for repair. The dealership told me I needed a new engine. I took my truck to NWPP for a second opinion, they figured out the actual issue(which was a $10 part) and saved me from being swindled by a dealership. They are thorough with troubleshooting, timely and communicative about repairs/repair options, and they are honest. I definitely recommend NWPP to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest repair shop.

This shop is the best, I ve taken multiple vehicles to these guys and they never fail to impress me. They went above and beyond with my last build, and at a great price point compared to any of the other shops around! Great timely service is something you just can t find anymore, I normally don t write reviews but for this I had to.

After many bad experiences with other shops, I landed at northwest power & performance. My 6.7 powerstroke won't be going anywhere else. High quality work and very knowledgeable. Turns out that they also build custom engines. I will be having them build me a bbc this coming spring!

I made a last minute appointment and NWPP was able to accommodate and fit me right in. They delivered on what they said they could do for me. The price they quoted was accurate to what I paid. I was please with the turn around time and the service provided. I ll be back in the future to do business again.

Our family has used Northwest Power and Performance for years and the service they provide never disappoints! We had a ton of issues with our truck that even the Ford mechanics couldn't figure out. After taking it to Ford 5 times with no luck we decided to give Northwest Power and Performance a try and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue at a very fair price.We have also had them service our boat for the last 2 years, from winterizing/de-winterizing to some other random issues that needed fixing and true to form they got everything taken care of and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Northwest Power and Performance!!!

The guys at nwpp were absolutely amazing in getting my mustang back up and running. They kept me updated on what was going on and provided great advice along the way. I know it says that the specialize in diesel but they can do it all. They got me up and running within a week of getting the parts that were required. I will be definitely reaching out to them with any project that I need done. They ensured that when I got into my car again it was like I never left. They went as far as resetting the clock in the car which to me is an extremely personal touch that you won't get at most other shops. I will be definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Keep up the great work guys. You have been amazing.

This is single handedly the best diesel/mechanic shop around. The customer service and quality of work is next to none.The amount of knowledge the owners Geoff and Gerrad have is incredible. They do not over charge or replace parts that do not need replacing, and that is hard to find with other shops. They put customers before profits. Love these guys!!You simply can not find a better place to bring your rig!I cannot recommend NWPP enough!

Poor customer service all the way around dropped off my vehicle to these people told me the rear main seal was leaking, which is very very uncommon on a 7.3 when it was my turbo pedestal that was leaking they want to charge me examine amount of money for something that didn t even need to be done. They are a shop that will take a vantage of you. If you don t know anything about diesels, I would suggest another place other than them I would highly warn people to stay away from these people, as I ve talk to other shops, and the other shops know about this place as the shop that I was talking to you one of the mechanics used to work there, and stopped working there because of their lack of integrity from my personal experience they are over priced and they they are not honest and reference to what is needed. They like the bait and switch you and I would not recommend this place as I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau warning stay away from them.

They did a great job on my Ford 6.0 head gasket replacement. Very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend them for diesel repairs!

Great service! Solved the problem (that the dealership didn't find) for a fraction of the price quoted (for things I didn't need)!Excellent communication! Terrific quality of work! My new diesel mechanic for sure!I will be bringing my other rigs here for future work.Best kept secret in Maple Valley/Hobart.
