My wife and I were over visiting from the East side of the state. After arriving we noticed one of our lug nuts were missing. We stopped in and talked with Aaron and he had us fixed up right then and there. The service here was fantastic.

My son's car needed his snow tires removed. I stopped in an they were a week out. So I pre-paid for the service. After they changed the tires out, they told him he owed .09 cents because thier computer didn't add the tax properly. So they wouldn't give him his car keys until he paid the .09 cents. He didn't have cash so he had to use his debit card so he could get the car back. That location has lost all my business.

We ve been taking our everyday vehicles here for a few years, so decided to order new wheels and tires for our 69 Camaro. Aaron was great to work with and made sure everything ordered would be the right fit. The technicians double checked the clearance all the way around and we couldn t be happier.It s very possible that a small burn out of appreciation may have been given while leaving Thanks guys

Have been a customer of MV Les Schwab since they opened, so lots of experiences with them. I took my car in for a nail in the tread and while fixing that they recommended repairing leaking struts. They did a good job of that, but while fixing that the ABS sensor wires were disturbed. But to their credit, Les Schwab replaced the sensor wires and got my Honda back on the road. Big shout out to asst Mgr Hunter and his team!

My first time at Les Schwab, at first, they did a really good job of getting me scheduled and getting me in quickly which I appreciated, however, the day of the appointment I had scheduled a time for me to come and drop off my vehicle, I had assumed my vehicle would be worked on around the time I made the appointment, I even ask how long it would take, and I was told a couple of hours, I then received a phone call a couple hours later assuming my vehicle maintenance was complete but to my surprise, they was just getting started 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time.I then had to wait another two hours for them to complete the work on my vehicle.Very frustrated for lack of communication and for having to waste most of my day, waiting to get my car worked on.I know businesses are vital for our community to thrive, and I hope Les Schwab can make adjustments to communicate better with customers to avoid people being frustrated, and no longer wanting to do business with them.

Add 50% to your price quote. It will be inaccurate and significant costs will be left out. I scheduled for 2 tires and alignment. Quoted ~$400 out the door. I paid $596. If I did this at work I would not get paid and the BBB would fry my credentials.Add 3 hours to your wait time and expect every time quote to be wrong. No one will update you unless you ask directly and the updated time will be a lie.It feels like a joke. They lie to your face and pretend to feel your frustration. Then buy another Rockstar and work on someone else's vehicle.I'm disgusted by my experience here and the technician left his dirty gloves on my seat.

Had a screw in my tire and was leaving the next morning to get on the road. Aaron I think his name was so helpful. Got me on a text system to let me know when to bring my vehicle in. Got the vehicle in and did the tire up for me. They were so professional and friendly. Just want to extend my gratitude for their efficient and friendly service.

I went to have my shocks and struts replaced. I dropped off at 8 am for a noon appointment, they were not done until 5:45, after I picked up the car everyone had left the facility.Driving home was the scariest ride of my life with the whole car rattling and bouncing. Something is obviously wrong with the shocks they installed as it drives significantly worse than when my old "damaged" shocks performed.I will never go to this les schwab again after I use the warranty to fix my car. With the warrenty, they never even filled out the paperwork to verify the warrenty so I am hoping they will even uphold it the next time I come in.

This last visit was the worst in a while. I had an appointment for tires, and when arriving about ten minutes early was told it would be a little over an hour - that was okay. Despite having an appointment though, I was there almost three hours! I'm not sure what the point of an appointment is vs just walking in, I truly don't believe they differentiate between the two.Second item, there were obvious grease stains on the white drivers seat when I went out to get the car - it's not a small detail guys, and a little effort would prevent it.

FAILED TO INSTALL LUG NUTS....at a TIRE CENTERIn July Les Schwab installed 2 new tires on my 16 year old son's car. After install I was told, "you should have your alignment serviced". No worries, I will schedule an appointment. After a couple trips my son (brand new driver) told me, "the car has a shake and is making a noise". I replied, "I need to get the alignment serviced, I will schedule". Later that week he told me, "it's really bad", I said, "let's go for a ride". We were about a block into the trip and I said, "PULL OVER". I got out to inspect what I was hearing/feeling to discover the issue. THE LUG NUTS ON THE TIRES THEY INSTALLED WERE LOOSE. Not a little loose, he literally was missing 1 lug nut and the others were between 1/4 and 1/2 off. My 16 year old son COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED because LES SCHWAB FAILED to tighten the lug nuts? That is the most basic part of a tire service. I refuse to think of what could have happened because of LES SCHWAB INCOMPETENCE. I emailed their CORP office about my concern (I believe it is forward to the store to provide support) and have been completely ignored.FAILED TO INSTALL LUG NUTS.... at a TIRE CENTER.

First called to see if could bring a tire in for repair. The said sure bring it in. We get there 20 minutes later with wheel and they Said it will be about 2 hours and we are lucky they are not that busy for a Saturday. We came back 5 hours later and they were just starting the repair. Told us 15 mins so ok that was fine. Then when we picked up the tire and they wouldn t swap the donut tire currently on car with the fixed tire. It wa about 11:15 am when we dropped the tire off and picked up at 4:15.2 Customers lost from this.

Quick, fast, reasonably priced, I've been here a few times and they're very friendly and professional. Not to mention there's seating with distance if you want to enjoy a beautiful day like today.

After two other shops performed an alignment on my car and were not able to completely center the steering wheel, this Les Schwab got it perfect and also finally identified and explained the root cause of the issue, caused by caster, which neither of the 2 other mechanics that looked at my car spotted. Jorge was very helpful and patient and took care of me right away when I presented the issue. Cameron also gave me a very detailed explanation confirming what I thought was going on and gave me peace of mind there were no other unknown problems. Geo/Geoff was also very helpful on a past visit regarding suspension options. Overall very competent and professional staff.

Horrible customer service and communication. staff is extremely rude and act like you're supposed to be a tire expert.Wasted a ton of my time, didn't communicate, and ultimately didn't even service my car.Atrocious service and customer attention.

I noticed the skid plate on my truck was still loose and the bolt was only a few threads deep and when I tightened it myself it was cross threaded on my 2023

I am so grateful!! I came in 5 minutes AFTER closing time on a Friday. I was in a pickle and really needed a tire mounted on a rim. They stayed late to get me back on the road. Thank you SO MUCH to Aaron and the team at the Maple Valley Les Schwab for staying late and getting me back on the road. Forever Grateful

I had few appointments with Les Schwab and every time the same issue : delays and more delays. If you choose to use their services , should be ready to burn a full day. No matter if you get an appointment or not. They tell you 2 hours and 4 hrs later " your is "next" in line!!!If time is what you have from abundance, they do a good service, "being on time" is a not their moto!! I got couple sets of tires from them, but i seriously debate if is time to move on a different outlet.

After spending close to $5,000.00 for new tires on my class A RV. The wheels were reassembled in the rear with the valve stems un-accessable on the inner tire and the outer tire had its valve stem pointed to the inner tire where you couldn't get to the cap. This was not how it was when I brought it inThey also claim on the right rear tire, last one installed at the end of the day, that the lug nut caps and center hub cap were installed, but magically they all fell off. A little hard to believe. They claim everything was done correctly.We'll see if they make it right.

Had to do an emergency walk-in due to a busted tire. They were able to squeeze me in near the end of the day, and got me on the road within a couple of hours during a busy period. The service was free, and not even a single employee tried to be pushy with selling me new tires. Truly saved my bacon in a pinch, and will definitely return once I need new ones.

Curbed my BBS rim, and they refused to pay to have it fixed. I even took photos of all 4 wheels on their parking lot before the car was driven into the bay. Showing the date and time the photos were taken. Still refused to have it fixed.

Had to get over the pass for Christmas. Scheduled an appointment and at my appointment I had grabbed the wrong tires. They held my paperwork and got me right back in 30 mins later. As they are extremely busy this time of year I thought that I may have to reschedule my appointment or brave the pass with tires that weren't up to snuff. They not only still got my tires done extremely fast but treated me very well throughout the whole process. Les schwab continues to make me happy with where I spend money and I'll happily continue to support this business. Thanks guys!

Recently had new brakes installed at a different Les Schwab location - they were not installed properly. I managed to limp into this Les Schwab center in Maple Valley. The crew took excellent care of me - staying well after closing time to make sure I could get home safely.I am a life long customer of Les Schwab and thanks to the crew at Les Schwab in Maple Valley I will remain one.

They rock! They were able to align the wheels of our car perfectly that other shop (in Covington) couldn't do. This other "shop" claimed that there's an issue with the suspension of our car that's why they couldn't align the wheels properly. Well guess what, Le Schwab did it!They provide a 30 day warranty for the wheel alignment as well.Thank you, Le Schwab for making my day.

Amazing service! I highly recommend this les schwab. Another shop did my tire rotation and left my tires loose. I was in a dangerous situation and the team members here got everything fixed (for cheap!) and helped me navigate the process with the other shop. They provided all the documentation I needed to get reimbursed and everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. I was in a bad situation and they were sensitive and caring. I am so grateful for the team here!

3rd time was absolutely not the charm.This location has serious issues. I've been there 3 times in 3 weeks begging them to just replace my roaters. The first time my appointment was with the regular shop, not the "brake shop", so they wouldn't work on my car. I made another appointment for a few days later, with the other department. They had my car all day and still didn't do the repairs because apparently they ordered the wrong parts. But then assured me they'd get them in and finish up the repairs the next day. Of course that didn't happen so I picked up my car that following evening and asked when would they be ready to do the work? So I made another appointment for the following week...I arrive, they can't locate my appointment, but said they would "fit me in" and then tell me they can't find the parts so can't do the work anyway.I really can't speak to how well they actually fix vehicles, but I can tell you I will never step foot in their shop again.
