Superior craftmenship, superior customer service - that is the central tenant of Fix Auto Maple Valley.We brought our 2023 Highlander to repair a crunch from a pole when making a hard left-hand turn. The rear passenger door and rear quarter panel were damaged along with losing the rear door edge guard.We chose Fix Auto Maple Valley based upon a recommendations from others and looking up what insurance companies recommend. Plus it is local and that means a lot.Megan/team were AWESOME from the very first encounter. Once we decided to have them perform the work, we received multiple text updates which were great in understanding how the estimate was tracking to reality.We collected the car today and one would never, never, never ever know that there was some damage. It looks as if it came right off the showroom floor. My wife and I cannot thank them enough for the high-quality work!!!!!!!!!IF you need car body repair work, Fix Auto Maple Valley is your place without a doubt.

Well, I brought the car and got estimate. dropped off 2 weeks later and then got a call it's totaled, ok, no problem, I'll keep it well they disassembled it and found out there was extra damage. It was hit in taillight in the parking lot, not that bad. 10k to fix.ok well I come to pick it up and they didn't put it back together at all and let me drive away with no screws in bumper turn signal not working license lights in trunk hand full of screws if wasn't a car guy I'd need to take it to a shop and miss work its friday afternoon so possibly tuesday i xould find someone. now I get to stay up all night putting my car back the way it was .I'm just glad I saw the bumper flapping in the wind they could have killed someone. Didn't even warn me like( O hay, it's barely slapped on there, so you might might want to be careful or bring a trailer and duck tape) . Broke my shifter knob and a cup holder that goes between the seat and console ,rain guard on oposite side. I don't know if they broke it on purpose, which makes no sense . thanks fix u can see in photo totaled because of corner hit at 10 mph the trunk was assembled inside, not anymore glad I didn't get on freeway bumper would have flown off this isn't right just glad thay didn't end up fixing it. Kinda odd all great reviews well see if this one stays most recent

My truck was stolen. The thief punched out the door lick and the ignition switch.Fix auto replaced the door lock and ignition switch,as well as washing my truck and detailing the interior. They went above and beyond my expectations. Everything works great. Thank you so much.

Fix Auto is absolutely the best auto repair shop within King County. The staff are extremely friendly, approachable and kind. I received a more than fair quote and while waiting for the work to be done, I found the waiting room to be peaceful. The staff interacted with one another with professionalism and respect. Everyone was wonderful at the front desk and helpful. The communication was fantastic. The phone messaging to keep us up to date on the progress was the best. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Workmanship looks good. I would recommend this shop to all who needs repairs.

I have so much appreciation for the Fix Auto team. After my vehicle was hit, there was a lot of difficulty and lack of communication from the third party s insurance, but Fix Auto was always responsive and kept me in the loop with the repair process. When I received my car back; it not only was fully repaired of the accident damages, but also the interior of my car was thoroughly cleaned! Would definitely recommend Fix Auto Maple Valley to my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience with fix auto maple valley! I was able to call and get scheduled the next business day with my estimate. It took a little longer than expected but they texted weekly check-ins with updates and only took longer to ensure high quality parts! If I ever have to get repairs again, which I hope I don t, I would 100% return!Additionally, I was able to leave my rental car at the shop to be picked up by enterprise which was a great bonus

Fix is a place I will absolutely recommend a friend. Their communication on how things are going with the car is super great and helpful to me. They finished way before thr estimated set they first gave me. Thank you Mandy and Meagan.! The repairs to my suv were so well done, like it was never damaged! They even took the time to clean it inside and out.I was always kept informed of the progress they were making and when I could expect to have it back.The receptionist and Megan were always friendly and kind willing to help when I had a question or concern.Thank you to everyone at Fix for a great experience!Debbie

I really appreciated working with the folks at Fix Auto. They were responsive, timely and a pleasure to work with after I was rear-ended. I had some difficulties dealing with insurance and the team at Fix tried to make things as easy as possible for me. Ultimately, my vehicle ended up being a total loss, but I would absolutely work with fix auto again in the future.

Very friendly staff and an excellent job repairing my wife's brand new (8000 miles) Kia. They even forgave me for not giving my wife directions to the shop. The insurance had a rental car waiting at the shop and we were able to drop off the rental car there when the repair was completed.

By far the best auto body shop I have ever been a customer for. They are so kind, prompt and accommodating. My bumper needed to be completely replaced and they not only did an amazing job, but it was done in just 2 days! This is the second time I have used Fix Auto and there is no other body shop I will use from now on.Thank you, Fix Auto!!

I had a phenomenal experience with Fix Auto Maple Valley! I was involved in an accident and needed repairs to the rear end of my vehicle. Fix was able to get me in so quickly for an estimate and then for repairs as well! The communication is STELLAR! They reached out to me multiple times to give updates on the progress of the repairs. I didn t need to call them for that information! They worked directly with insurance. I definitely recommend their services!

Great communication. I received a texted anytime my car went through a process. Ie. bumper arrived, it is painted, getting assembled, etc. The only complaint was it took a long time. 4 weeks but other places are taking just as long I hear. I would recommend and bring another car here if needed. Meagan was my point of contact and she was great.

I'm so very happy I chose Fix Auto to repair the accident damage to my car! They did an outstanding job, can't even tell my baby was hurt! I was told that my car would be ready in 2-3 weeks and the estimate was about $4k initially and then, 12 weeks and $16K later my car was finally ready. There was little communication the whole time and no sense that they were trying to finish the job in a timely manner.

I have a had 2 vehicles reparied at Fix Auto in Maple Valley. They were great! They quickly got us in for our estimate and to get the process started and then were able to get the vehicles prompley repaired. They handled all paperwork with insurance and are very good at letting you know how the repair is progressing and providing and estimate on when the vehicle will be ready. They delivered on time and the repair work was excellent. They even gave the vehicles a thorough interior cleaning. Highly recommend contacting them if you need to get your vehicle repaired.

Fix Auto was so great to work with! I was rear ended, and Fix Auto worked with PEMCO to get my car fixed. I didn t have to worry about dealing with insurance or payments or anything - they handled it on their end. They kept me updated through text throughout the process, and were extremely kind and communicative. My car looks brand new, and I am so happy with the repairs! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be back if I ever need anything fixed on my car!Service: Body & Trim

I picked this place based on so many great reviews. However, my experience wasn t the most timely. Communication was sparse and the sense of urgency was slow. Tried to say my specific part wasn t in production and it would be weeks before I could get it all repaired. I was able to find the part myself and then magically they got the part the next day from the same exact dealership told me that the part was all the sudden released two weeks early you can t release a part that has been in production since 2018.

Great place to repair your vehicle. My truck was involved in a wreck. They got me right in for estimate and repairs were done In a good time frame. Didn't take to long. Trucks looks good again. Will definitely be back if needed.

It's impossible to give these guys money.Originally, I had a car needing front end repair working through Liberty mutual insurance. They said they did not work with Liberty and would not be able to bring the car in. Seemed odd, but maybe they're busy with other insurance companies they were authorized with. I later called and asked to pay out of pocket for a repair, no insurance, just a customer paid job. They declined, said they won't touch it as insurance was involved in the original estimate... I then called back for a 3rd time asking if they would paint a brand new bumper I had purchased, and I was once again turned away, stating they will not paint parts they did not purchase for warranty reasons. I said I don't need a warranty, and was again told no.
