Paid for top option car wash and vehicle was still dirty after the wash. Didn't even touch the hood or front windshield to clean.. If I could give zero stars I would. I will not use this service ever again. I don't know how they have any good reviews. Photos were taken just after the wash when I noticed after driving away.

I was there on Valentines day to get gift certificates for my work team and the manager was great. He was able to get me the buy 4 get 5 deal, which I thought was a great deal. And my team loved the car wash as a gift vs candy. Will definitely go back in the future for team gift ideas.

Searched for touch less car washes near me and this came up. This is definitely not a touch less car wash. After paying for the premium"wash", not only did it not clean worth a damn, it didn't even rinse off the soap well. I literally came home and hand washed it all over again. Total waste of money.

Such a great car wash experience here, especially thanks to Adam & Travis who gave my car some extra TLC with their high-pressure hoses! My car was in desperate need of a cleaning and was super grimy, but after they were spending a little extra time hosing it off, my car was spotless! Truly appreciated their extra-hard work and time to get my car looking like new :)

Adam did a fantastic job of getting my car clean. I had driven over 800 miles and it was a mess on the outside. He went above and beyond great customer service.

I got a wash for our work truck today (Feb. 8th, around 9:50AM). I came in with caked mud all over, truly a mess. But before I went inside the car wash, two guys (I believe one of their names were Adam? The other escapes me..) came up and gave me a pre-wash to break up the dried mud. Sides, tires, in and under and all over. They did a really good job; they busted their tails off on an extremely dirty work truck on a cold day, and sure enough it came out looking brand new! I made sure to tip them cash (like they deserve!!) but also had to give them their props on Google as well. It can be real tough to find kids these days who are hard workers like them.

I went yesterday (3/15) for a wash. I received great customer service when the machine was malfunctioning and wouldn't acknowledge my debit card even after a few tries. I was happy with the service and wash received. I will be back! Thank you!

The manager is super sweet, and is always very polite and quick to help. The other employees are also extremely helpful and nice regardless of weather! I would 100% recommend coming here for all your car wash needs!!

I hate a dirty car, but single washes always seem so expensive. We recently decided to invest in the monthly subscription because it pays for itself in only a couple of trips. It s great to be able to drive through anytime and get a quick wash I usually go at least once a week, often more when the leaves and muck build up on the rainy days. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

Emily did a fabulous job of pressure washing my truck. She made a point of getting all the pine needles stuck in the nocks and crannies. It was the best prewash I ve had done on my vehicle.Rod

Best clean I've ever gotten from an automatic wash. Adam and Luke did a great job getting the hard dirt off my car and work van(s). We take all our fleet vehicles here now.

Nice car wash .. the customer service is definitely good, friendly. Most employees at car washes refuse or don t want to take my car antenna off my car. This guy Adam was polite enough to ask and take off . I definitely recommend.

The young man who died the prewash prior to going in was very thorough on my truck. Been here many times and never got that much attention before with such care. Great job young man.

Purchased the monthly pass and it was an easy and friendly process at the car wash. Staff is friendly and do a good job prior to entering the automated car wash.

First and last time through this car wash. Had soap and dirt left on my vehicle, for $18 I was expecting a little better of a job. I was hoping for much better, was looking at their monthly plan. I don t ever expect a car wash to total clean my vehicle but I do expect it to to better than it did.

I m very picky about where I take my car to get washed and I ve gotta say maple valley elephant car wash is the best in town! The team on-site were very friendly Adam was very helpful! I ve found my go to spot now!
