Went in after 3 shops say they couldn t change my headlights. Mychelle the manager not only refunded for my bulbs she came out and changed them, Hunter the other worker came to help no questions asked.Great customer service from them!

If I could give this location 10 stars, I would! Michelle, the manager, along with every other employee went above and beyond! I went in to get some coolant. I wasn't sure which color, so they looked through my car manual with me to cross-check their system, came out and listened to my car, suggested a few reasons why my car had a tick, and narrowed it down until we came across the problem, and spent time fixing it. By far the only people who have given me a straight answer, no upselling, or guilt/pressure to buy anything, no lying about what was wrong.Hands down my go-to Autozone!Superior customer service!

Terek was fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He installed my wipers and got my darn key fob open ( I tried and was unsuccessful) and replaced my battery. Top notch way to represent Auto Zone and get my truck into the zone

Visited the store and received the best customer service ever with Michelle and Poly, they went above and beyond my expectations. Michelle called out of state stores to help with a battery issue, she handled the situation great, wonderful manager and teamwork. Ask them when visiting, if you want to best customer service.

Mychelle, the store manager, was great at helping me return an item purchased online. There was a discrepancy in the price, the store price was cheaper than online. But she made sure I was refunded the correct amount! Thank you for the great customer service, Mychelle!

If I could give 100 stars to the store manager Michelle, I would, most definitely !!!! SHE, hands down ... has the best customer service I have ever experienced ( that's rare in these day's ) . She was knowledgeable and , honestly , .... Sheput the guys to shame ( sorry guy's) . She went above and beyond to help us . I am so glad , I trusted her judgement and knowledge in regards to my car.She, truly has a gift with cars & knew what she was talking about ! THANK YOU soooo, much! Her pay should be raised . REAL TALK.

I work at a local jiffy lube and have been dealing with AutoZone for a little while now if you are calling them to ask about parts and or stock they cannot give you an accurate description even if you ask them to check they will lie to you and then charge you when you show up in the store very displeased it is now the third AutoZone that has done this in this area I will not be returning

I really liked the guy who helped me. His name is Bret. He s Hard worker and very knowledgeable. He helped me find white lithium grease, spark plugs, and some prop wash. I would recommend this store and Bret.Jahames?

I had some issues with my battery & one of the workers- I believe his name was Zachary, went above and beyond and helped me to replace the battery. He remained kind and professional throughout the interaction. We are very appreciative of the service. We will be coming back!

Mychelle from Auto Zone turned my stressful into a comforting experience. She went over and above with customer service by helping me diagnose the problem with my F-150 and resolve it using the most efficient and cost effective method possible. I have never experienced such great customer service at an auto zone before. You can tell that is the vibe at the Maple Valley auto zone because the employees Mychelle manages act the same way. Thank you Mychelle.

We decided to give this store one more chance and boy am I glad we did! Mychelle is the current manager and she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and a great personality ! We moved and will come back here from now on!!!

The woman who answered the phone May 22, 2023 at 10:15 was extremely rude! My son gave her the exact part name for the make/model/year of his car and she said I ve never heard of that part! We don t have it! and immediately hung up the phone! She shouldn t be working in customer service. Maybe she should find employment flushing out sewer lines. O Reilly s had the part and were very friendly.

Mychelle took about 10 mins to help me find the right brake pads for my car. The part numbers online weren t fitting correctly and she took the time to pull several different parts and keep checking them against my previous pads until we found the ones that matched. Also, it s so nice to be helped by other women at auto parts stores. I ll be back!!

Best experience with an auto shop I ve ever had. The customer service from the store manager, Mychelle and her coworker Daniel was amazing. I went here not knowing much about how to put on a knew exhaust and trying to find a pipe so I could fit everything together but Mychelle was very helpful, she was asking me exactly what I was trying to do and put together this amazing exhaust piece that fit perfectly on my car. I can t remember the last time I met someone with customer service skills as amazing as hers. This is definitely where I m going from now on to get anything car related. I Highly recommend!!!

It wasn t so much that they didn t have my part because that s understandable. But the person who answered my call on 5/22/23 at around 10:20 am was really rude and had no idea what an idler pulley was. She said I don t what that is I ve never heard it called that before. Then she promptly hung up after they said they didn t have it for my car. Very rude and very unprofessional. I never treat people in customer service badly, so it wasn t for my end, not to mention I didn t have a chance to do so, not that I would have anyway.

Best experience from product availability to going above and beyond in customer experience. The Manager Mychelle provided a thorough explanation of my different options in car batteries, pulled the old one, replaced with the new one. She was so respectful and professional. I will come back to this specific location for all of our auto needs. Highly recommend!

Ordered a cargo cover for my truck and received the wrong size. Brought it back to the store and worked with the GM "Dakota" to resolve the issue. She was knowledgeable, more than happy to help take measurements to insure that the replacement was correct, and thorough in providing a date, credit info and everything I needed to move forward. She should be commended for bringing "customer service" back into the retail environment.

Stopped in yesterday to the Maple Valley AutoZone and the customer service from the manager, Mychelle, was amazing. She went above and beyond in order to help us with what we thought would be a simple matter, changing a headlight, but was in fact quite complicated involving several choices, and we left with working and matching lights. I cannot recall a time when I have received better service from a store. Many thanks Mychelle!

The manager Mychelle is absolutely the best ever. AMAZING, if not better than amazing, customer service! Above and beyond the best experience I have ever had at any autozone! I ve had to go into this location about 4 times the last month and each time the staff has been exceptionally helpful and nice to me. I knew what I was looking for but didn t really lol they were patient with me and shared a few laughs while we figured it out and ultimately got me what I needed. I was having a particularly rough day earlier this week and the lady with long hair in the ponytail was so nice and so funny that she really turned my day around. I wish I d have gotten her name to leave it here. Thank you so much for your help!!

For the past several months I have visited this location for my auto part needs. Mychelle has always given me the time and attention I need to address all my questions and concerns for my vehicles. She has become my 'go to ' person because of the outgoing attitude and professional service she provides. You're not a customer , but THE customer. A valuable asset to the organization. She possesses all the attributes of a true leader. Management material IMO.

Rented a tool this morning when I got home to use the tool found that it was damaged and could not work no big deal I brought it back to the store and let them know it was not working and they should mark it so nobody else rents it. When the employee turned and asked the manager Stephanie about marking it damaged she said he damaged it so yes mark it damaged. I said I did not damage it, it was damaged when I got it she said it was brand new and I said it was not then she opened the container to look at it and when she saw it was not brand new she then said we test everything before it goes out on rental and I said this wasn't tested. I took offense to being accused of damaging the tool more than once and when I said something about blaming the customer she took offense because she said she did not say directly and pointed at me that I broke it that it was ok to insinuate I broke it by saying it was new when I rented it and that they check everything before it goes on rental that that is not accusing me. I then told her just stop talking and trying to defend herself so I could finish my transaction and get out of there she said to finish my transaction and get out and never come back. She told me to have a blessed day so I guess to make her feel good about herself. Been to this store many times and never had a problem. I have no problem going elsewhere. She also told me she would make note of my name so I guess now I am on the list.
