I ve known Jason since 2015 when I worked at Mercedes in Seattle. The day finally came when I had to replace the windshield on my old 2011 BMW 335I, year later on my 335D, Subaru Impreza, and now currently just got an estimate on my new 2001 Honda CRV. Whatever vehicle make, or model, rock chip, or windshield replacement, they take care of it like it s their own and offer mobile replacement too. Over the years I ve also done business with Bianca, Barry, and Jennifer; all terrific people. Go local, you will not be disappointed!

Called in and got in for a rock chip repair half an hour later, I came in and it was done in about 15 minutes and looks great! Wayne was great and made the process easy and simple. Would use again when needed

The Land Rover dealership referred me here for a broken windshield a couple of years ago. They did a great job, super detailed trying to figure out why my rear view mirror was different than expected for the OEM windshield replacement based on the VIN (turns out, someone upgraded the mirror at a later date). Worked well with my insurance, and the windshield is perfect, with zero leaks or issues a couple of years later.When my Subaru windshield crack got too large recently, I returned here because of my last experience. Once again, seamless with insurance, and replaced quickly and with a smile.

Great experience from making an appointment till getting the front windshield replaced. They were able to locate and order the right glass the first time for my S Class. Dropped of the car in the morning and picked it up 2 hours later. Only matter was that i had to re-adjust and reset my driver side wiper arm a bit higher as it was hitting the passenger side wiper arm in park mode. Not a big deal but something to consider in your final inspection.

This company is great. Got one of my car windows broken, called to make an appointment to get it replaced, which was two days out, but they got me a very affordable temporary vinyl window for my car in the meantime that day.Great customer service and took great care of my car. And even cleaned up the broken glass. Thank you!

Was told our cracked sunroof Glass wouldn't leak & to drive it like normal until they could replace it do to the fact it was double glass. Got back from vacation to completely wet head liner. I hope range rover stops recommending this business. I will never use them!!!

I know that it s only rock chip repair that I got done at this place, but couldn t be more happier with the customer service. Outstanding! I will only use them for any of my auto glass needs from now on.

This business deserves 10 stars, sorry I could only give them 5 stars. There was a glitch at the dealership which would have caused an untenable delay in getting our windshield replaced and recalibrated. West Coast Auto, unbeknownst to us, stepped in and creatively solved the issue. What they did for us was over and above anything we would ever even hoped for... They kindly removed that pesky rear view mirror metal tab on my windshield in just a couple of minutes at no charge. After I spent lots of time trying to remove it myself with no luck at all. Save the hassle and headache and have a professional do it! Thanks again WCAG!

I called several places for estimates. the staff here were very professional and knew their stuff. I got an appointment quickly and my windshield replaced under the approximated time. I had a glitch with one of my sensors and the owner himself made it right. highly recommend the shop and their staff-kudos for doing such a great job and standing behind their services.

West Coast auto Glass are rock Stars. They did an awesome job. I had a chip repair on my other vehicle so i went back to them for a windshield replacement on my truck. I was very pleased. They are so nice and friendly. The best. Great customer service and great job. Keep up the awesome job. I would give them 10 stars. Ever since I bought my 2017 mini van, I have had issues with the driver's side window. I received a recommendation for West Coast Auto Glass from a friend and I am so glad I called them.I called first thing in the morning and the front desk staff was so nice and fit me in right away.Barry fixed my window quickly and was knowledgeable and personable. He didn't even charge me! He noticed that my back windshield wiper was loud and ordered a new one for me. I just came back and had it put on and it is so quiet now!I also told him about the driver's side window rattling and he took the door panel off and checked it. He said because he didn't find anything wrong, he wasn't going to charge me for it. Even though he didn't find anything wrong, the window isn't rattling anymore! I I only paid $24 total for a wiper blade (someplace else was trying to charge me $80 for it!).I'm very happy with my experience here and I genuinely trust them. I would definitely recommend them. And I will be sure to be back in the future, if and when needed.

They did a great job replacing several windows of my audi. Despite newer cars having a lot of sensors and electronics, there have been no issues post-installation. I can tell the team was very detailed. Amazing job!

Had my windshield replaced just short of 2 years ago, got great service, great price. Noticed a leak on my driver's side floor the other day and dropped off car to have assessed. Picked up car at the end of day and the owner walked me through the situation which was that the drain for my sun roof had clogged. He had the issue fixed, gotten the floor dry and charged nothing. This shop is by far the best service you will ever get for auto glass. They will be getting all of my business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The folks at WCAG replaced the windshield in my MB Sprinter and they did a great job. They made sure to order a new windshield that matched the specs of my OEM windshield, including all of the appropriate features and sensors. After the replacement was completed, I discovered that my alarm system no longer worked. Took it back to WCAG and they went the extra mile to fix the problem. Very happy with the quality of work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I won't hesitate to use WCAG again in the future.

Had an 18-inch crack requiring total windshield replacement. WCAG worked in conjunction with Audi Seattle to have this fixed, by their mobile team, within 48 hours. Jennifer at the head office was so great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I came in with a window seal issue, and Barry explained the best way for me to get it fixed without spending a fortune on this 99 car. I am incredibly satisfied and highly recommend the shop.

I originally took my vehicle to a chain glass repair/replace shop to have a chip sealed with resin. Surprise, the bum technician cracked my windshield and it needed to be replaced.I turned to West Coast for the replacement and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The helpful receptionist did all the legwork with my insurance, and even hopped on a conference call with me and my insurance company to make sure everything was in order.When my appointment time came, technicians were ready to start the repair as soon as I arrived (it was late in the day, so this was especially impressive). The whole process took about an hour and a half (really fast for a replacement), and I enjoyed the complementary coffee while I waited. The final product looks excellent and is indistinguishable from factory new.West Coast clearly still knows how business should be done. My advice: skip the "somewhat repair, somewhat replace" chain shop and go to West Coast to get the job done RIGHT.Service: Auto windshield replacement
