Right now, collision shops are backed up for months on end. Parts are difficult to come by and insurance companies are increasingly difficult to work with. Truck trails did a good job for us. They got us in sooner than any other collision shop could. We can t recommend them enough, if we ever needed to use them again, I wouldn t hesitate.

Went there for a bid to fix my box truck overhead door. They told me they needed to order parts and they would call me and let me know. I left the van there for a couple of days and after not hearing from them I went and picked up the box truck. I called back a couple weeks later and they didn t remember who I was or anything about the box truck and did not order any parts. They also insisted that I needed new bottom panels On the door even though the bottom panel was only chipped out for an inch and a half or so in several spots. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the second panel up. When I had time about a month later I took it back again so that they could order the parts because they had not done it the first time. Again they told me they would call me in a day or two after the guy that ordered the parts got a chance to look at it. A week later still no call. These guys are terrible. Their follow-through is one of the worst I ve seen for service related businesses.

Excellent 5 Star customer service! Keith was my contact at Truck Trails, Keith's customer service was outstanding. Keith was always available when I called. Keith is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to fix the damaged body on the 36' class A coach. He also had a few suggestions on how it could be fixed. Keith understood we were planning a trip and he had the coach in and out of the shop very quickly. When we picked up the coach we were extremely happy with the work the body shop preformed, the color matched perfect and there was no sign of body damaged ever occurring in fact I think it looked better coming out then when we bought it used. The pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Truck Trails for all your body work needs. I will be using Truck Trails for all future work. Thank you Keith and everyone at Truck Trails that made the coach look amazing.Dianne EcholsService: Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about Truck Trails. They have come through for my business every time I've had an urgent issue with one of my trucks. Do not hesitate to contact them. They're amazing people.

Micah and Keith have been great with my fleet of 30 vehicles. We have been using Truck Trails for 15 years now and their quality of service is A+. I would recommend anyone that has a fleet to use them.

Excellent price and quality work! Thanks, Keith! A smidge slow after a miscommunication, however I can't complain as they got me in and out in under 2 weeks for an upcoming vacation. I hopefully won't have another need for RV repair, yet will definitely go here if I do!

Wonderful job on jaspers diesel reman with full warranty in company 06 w4500 gmc reefer truck. Addressed any issues on first 500 mile oil change like leaky fuel line, 2 clamps on the hoses for intercooler needed replaced they switched in 2 new, truck worked an ran as good if not better then new. They received the rig with blown engine half tooken apart.
