Fast and affordable auto repair! Called on a Thursday for a problem I was having, was told they were available the following day and the price was half of other estimates I received. It has been almost 2 months since I came in and my car is still doing great with no concerns!

Tom's is great! My car started acting up and when I took it in it started working again but they didn't charge me anything for looking at it, I've since taken it back for some tune up work and they do a great job at a very reasonable price, highly recommend

The level of incompetence at this shop is baffling. I was recommended this shop as I was told this was a family owned business who does good work, but you can't get any work done because of the scheduling issues and lack of communication between their employees and the customer. My first appointment was scheduled for the wrong date so I showed up and was turned away. I insisted Steve at least check why my engine light was on, he did and we rescheduled. I paid for diagnostic testing and was told my muffler needs replacing, Steve told me they could order a part, weld it and fix the muffler. I agreed and told them please call me when part comes in. Two weeks later no response, I call, speak to Jayne, who admits no part was ordered. I kindly said that's okay and she said she would order the muffler part. I drop off the car today, see Steve, he shows me the muffler part and then says it will be a few hours. I walk out the door and then get a call 20 minutes later from Jayne saying they can't replace the muffler, that they never could. That I need to go to a muffler shop. She apologized, but seriously? What a waste of my time.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car to Tom's B&M Auto on recommendation. After giving me their opinion on the issue,I mentioned to them that I would like to get a 2nd opinion on whether or not I would have to replace a windshield wiper motor and that if it looked like I would, have to get a new one, I would potentially bring it back to them to get it fixed.Long story short, the woman at the front desk took offense to this and pretty much kicked me out of their shop.I cannot speak on their work, because I definitely will not be allowing them to work on my car, not ever.The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and unprofessional.I would rather spend a little extra money and take my car to a place that would show politeness and respect, to their customers.

They overcharged me 1 hour on a one-hour job. Entered at 8:15 a.m at 9:30 a m they tried charging me two hours of work. I explained I was only there for 1 hour, she called it an hour and a half. I will not do business here again. If you can't make money honestly at your shop rate then change your shop rate don't just lie about it. So blatant, Mom and Pop Shop, I think they're looking to get out of the business and scamming every dime possible. So sad, good mechanics, bad policy, bad office, bad management.

Took my 03 explorer here after taking it to another shop. Within 10 mins they had it figured out the new alternator the other shop installed wasn't connected correctly. They fixed it and fixed my battery cable connectors. Jane is amazing and so helpful and sweet. They are all very nice and helpful. They dont over charge and they are honest with you. Prices are great. They actually care about their customers. I will taking any of my vehicles here. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for getting my truck up and running.

Tom is a true master mechanic and a wizard at diagnosing car problems. I have found everyone at B&M Auto to be very efficient, extremely honest and they will go the extra mile to take care of you. Brought my camaro in for a power steering rack replacement. After getting the car back; my traction control system wouldn t turn on and had TCS lights on my dash. I was told the lights would go away after alignment, completely false as they didn t go away. I brought it back and they admitted they didn t reset my angle wheel sensor, which should ve been done. They reset it. I noticed the rack was extremely noisy, they claimed the rack was faulty, and installed a new one. Steve said he didn t notice the noise after replacing the rack initially, which is hard to believe as the alignment shop I took it to after the rack install said they noticed heavy internal noise . After installing the second rack the power steering pump broke; I let them replace it as the rack and pump are often hand and hand when repairing(understandable). I picked my car up and the airbag sensor light was now on, and I could barely turn my wheel left. I brought it back to them; they said they don t work on airbag problems and the power steering pump has a break in period. I brought it to a local Chevy dealership where they confirmed the clockspring was broken, where they confirmed it was likely due to neglect of locking the steering wheel during the rack and pinion install, as clocksprings rarely just go out . The dealership also noted the wheel wouldn t turn due to low power steering fluid, not a break in period like I was told. I paid toms for fluid and they didn t put it in my car. So in total I paid approximately 1500$ for a extremely frustrating experience. After taking my car back more than 6 times they still gave me the car back with a 500$ clockspring repair and low fluid. Not to mention the time, travel, coordinating rides,etc. i had to accommodate for to keep coming back to toms. They tried to blame my camaro for being unreliable; which in reality I haven t had a single issue with the car in the years I ve owned it. Even if it was unreliable, your job is to fix it? They offered to look at the car again for the clockspring issue which I refused for two reasons. The first being that Everytime I go, something else breaks. I was not willing to run that same risk again as I already did multiple times. The second reason being Steve already told me he dosent work on airbag related issues. So they refused to pay the 500$ to the dealership, and refused to fix the problem they created. I would really like to hear a owners response. I wanted to like this shop, they seemed nice, squeezed me in on a tight schedule, and I trusted them. I am very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.UPDATE: Toms and I were able to come to a friendly resolution. Thank you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have been trusting all 6 of my cars in the capable hands of Tom's B & M for well over 12yrs! They look out for all their customers and they are honest. More than once they've advised me to avoid spending a great deal of money on repairs as ot wasn't worth it. They've also inspected cars for me before I purchased. I HIGHLY recommend them, you'll find them to be like family!

I've been taking all my vehicles here and sending all my friends and family here since 1990. Tom is honest and very fair. I am lucky to have found him and his crew, probably avoided countless headaches and loss of money too. The job has been done right at a fair price, on time, every time. If you need it fixed I highly reccomend this place.

I have been going here for a long time and Tom has always been honest and upfront about what needs to be done with my car and truck. My wife can take her car in to them and feel confident that they will not take advantage of her. Fixed my brakes in Sept 2021. Put the fear of god in me by saying my wheels had an issue and MIGHT SNAP OFF, right before a 3-hour road trip. After that I endured one of the most white-knuckle rides of my life flinching on every bump in the road. Since then my wheels have not snapped off; I'm not sure if it was a scare tactic or what.

Tom and company are great! I was struggling to find a mechanic anywhere to check out the frame on a 4runner I was considering purchasing, and he checked it out for free, walked me through all the issues and why I shouldn't buy it. Brought in another 4runner hours later and he checked it again with no hassle. For any major automotive work, I'm going here. Thanks again Tom!

Not the cheapest but they warranty their work. They are always able to get your car done quickly, they're not booked 3 weeks out like some other shops I've tried to go to. They will even recommend other shops if they think another place can do it for cheaper. I had a catalytic converter go bad in my Astro van a while back. They said it would be ~$900 for them to replace it since it's a solid section of piping, no bolts, all the way from the start of the muffler to the exhaust manifold, so the flow restrictor and all the extra piping would be replaced too. They said another muffler shop down the street could cut out just the catalytic converter and weld a new universal one in for $300 - $400, much cheaper, and recommended that, saying they weren't willing to do custom welding like that in their shop for safety reasons. Probably something to do with being able to warranty it also I'm guessing. I decided to have them replace the whole thing anyway for the more expensive price since I like them so much. Dan even had me walk around the counter and look at his computer as he ordered the part so I knew exactly what was happening.Whoever reviewed saying they didn't allow him to go into the shop to see what was going on, he must have been aggressive or weird about it. They let me in the shop just fine and showed me how they were testing to determine what was wrong and everything. Great guys.

These people are the top in my book. They have provided quick, courteous and expert service to my family and our cars for the last decade. I cannot recommend them too highly. They have always been there for us when we needed them. My wife is very comfortable taking the car to them by herself because she knows she will be treated with respect and friendship.

Very good mechanic. I shopped around for prices to replace the spark plugs in my Sienna. The prices ranged from $410 to $720. They were $425. They are very close to were I live so I used them. They did not try to raise the price or up sell.

Was Sunday afternoon. My car didn't start in Value Village parking . I stayed in my car entire night in cold weather.Monday morning with no appointment, I went to Tom's B &M Auto Lynnwood and the lady was very nice and helped me to find a towing vehicle and towed my car at service and in two hours my car was fixed. I learned later the technician was her husband and the service owner. They are very nice people, very good specialists, so I thank them very much, I appreciate their gestures and recommend everybody to go there. Thank you again lady and gentleman.

I have had my motorhome repaired by Tom I've had my dump truck repaired by time I have had my 53 Mercury major work done on that I have nothing but the highest regards for Tom and his crew they are very honest and they bend over backwards to give you good service I love these guys
