I would recommend checking this place out before going somewhere else. This place was extremely kind and good at what they do. I went in to get an oil change, but they also noticed a break light and a couple other small lights went out so they fixed that too. They were fast, and didn t charge a crazy price! I will definitely be going back for future car troubles.

Issac and his crew are really good at what they do. There prices are reasonable . They are honest and tell you exactly what you need. They don t rip you off like the other auto shops I have been to.

I've been bringing my cars for service and repairs to Sunny's for 20 years now. They've earned my trust in that they don't try to sell me repairs that I don't need. Always provide excellent prompt service and they stand behind their work. Thank you Issac!

This place towed my work vehicle to repair and they broke the window (they claim homeless person did) took lots of my tools. (Claimed homeless person did) they didn t want to be responsible for any of it so now we are in the middle of a civil case court. They are not trustworthy. I went there for oil change. After they are done my car seat was wet and I asked them nicely if they spilled something? They just lied that I did it things happen but denying was very disappointed!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We visited to repair a simple oil leak but they did all of the other repairs that wasn't asked for and charged absurd amount of money and didn't even fix the oil leak proble. Taking advantage of asian lady that doesn't know about cars, nice.

Overall great serviceHad my 2000 Chevy Express 1500 inspected before purchase, and then after purchasing the vehicle I went back to have the service they had recommended (front brakes and serpentine belt replacement) and they did a great job with the service and even came up a little bit under the originally estimated cost.The only negative is that I called a few days ahead and they said to drop my van off on Friday morning, which I did. By closing that day they hadn't gotten to my van yet, so I had to be without my van for a day without reason.So if you drop a vehicle off for service, they absolutely will do a great job, but it might take them a day or two to get to it.

I was looking for a new mechanic for routine maintenance on my Kia and 2 of my friends recommended Sunny's to me. Before I could do that, my radiator broke so I had it towed there. They were busy but had it fixed by the next day at a reasonable rate - about $100 less than what others would have charged me. When I asked what routine maintenance he'd suggest, he didn't give me a long list, but recommended replacing 3 belts for sure. I really appreciate the honesty and hard work. Thank you!

I love taking my car here for any auto work I need. Such a trust worthy place to go to, they don't try to weasel you to doing more work then necessary. They are honest about what needs to get done. I get that some people are taken back by their accent but we live in Washington, that isn't going to change. They are super nice and very respectful. When they tell you they are going to call, they do. They keep you updated on what is going on and they give you options if money may be a little tight.

I m a long time Sunny s customer, I ve taken at least 3 of my vehicles there.My truck wouldn t run so I brought it to them, being we had a smooth relationship prior.They diagnosed it as a fuel pump and said that would be ~$500. I gave them the go ahead. They called back later that day or the next and said it needed new spark plugs and that was ~$450. I said OK. They had it for 4 or so days, I got it back, paid $1100 and then it died 2 miles away on Highway 99, rush hour, after dark, left turn lane blocking at main intersection $212 tow later back to Sunny s.They say it s the fuel pump again, want to try different brand. Need to send out, gonna be a week - ok. I show up today and they tell me it s the wiring to the fuel pump and they want $365.14 for the labor. I said I didn t think that was fair, and when asked what I suggested (like it s me who should be bargaining) offered to split that bill. She went in the back, came back out looking as dour as every time I ve seen her and wasn t going to give me a break. I said ok, I think that s terrible service, been coming her for years, run my card and I ll never see you again. I m not going back.They lost me as a customer. They replaced the fuel pump twice and the spark plugs, cost me $212 in towing all for approximately $1500 in bills to them ($1700 total, including towing) to fix what was\is ultimately a wiring fault at the fuel pump. Was the original fuel pump ever bad? Did he create the wiring problem himself while working on the vehicle? We ll never know, as� es la vida, adios.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down the best mechanic I ve ever brought a vehicle to. They were very professional and friendly! Amazing customer service and quality work. My Chevy HHR needed a lot of work with my wheels and everything supporting them to the frame. Sunny s was able to do the best job with an affordable price I couldn t say no too. Extremely happy with the service. Highly recommended!

I was referred to the shop by the auto body that just repaired my vehicle. As soon as I entered the front counter person had an attitude. Told me I needed an appointment. I understood and asked when I can make an appointment. Then she continued the attitude and flipped through the notebook. As the conversation went on it was apparent that she did not want to book my appointment. It would have been better if she just said they are too busy to take on new jobs. I don t know what her issues are but I know I will never come here. All I am looking for is a trusted mechanic shop that can repair my car. This one clearly isn t it....

I recently moved to lynnwood and was looking for a honest auto service shop where I can be long term client to get my car serviced. I went to this Sunny automotive after seeing their decent reviews online. But after my first experience with them I decided I would never give my car to them. Below r the reasons1. Front desk lady is super rude. She literally gets angry.2. I was told that they ordered parts for my car repair costing $324. See the attachment. I asked to show me the receipt or order they made to get the parts. I even told her I don't need the receipt but just show me. She got super angry. I didn't ask anything wrong. Either tell we don't have it or tell I don't know where I kept. But she gave a staring look.3. Now I doubt if they really ordered part or was there really a problem .Anyways , I sincere advice to people looking for honest auto service is DONT GO HERE

Yes the lady at the desk is a bit hard to understand, but very kind patient and professional. Shes wonderful. I brought my car in for a check engine light. They could have been dis honest...and was waiting to hear bad news of something gone wrong and $1000/Bill, but they said was an error code through my engine for my gas gauge. They re set it and on my way spending only $40. Will definitely be back if any further problems.

They are very good from customer service, fixing and solving issues with your vehicle. I had a check engine light issue and they diagnosed, inspected and fix my problem within a great amount of time.I highly recommend them for your auto care needs, I know I'm sold and will continue my customer relationship for my car needs from oil change, breaks to bigger things such a check engine light issue.

if you need to find an honest local mechanic, look no further. They are very empathetic to your situation and really take care of you. It could be as simple as an oil change or as complicated as a transmission rebuild. Always consider Sunny's when you're considering some work on your car! We've had four of our cars serviced here!

My wife went for an oil change, they supposedly asked if they should change the cabin air filter and charged $50 extra for it, my wife is certain they never asked. When I called them, their excuse was a language barrier on their end but did nothing to solve the over charge, when I pressed them, they hung up on me. I don't think they are honest, charging extra is the #1 reason people don't trust mechanics and I am certain they wouldn't had tried that if I had taken the car myself. Find a better place to spend your money than this place, they write the word honesty on their receipt...yet, they do not practice it.

Fair pricing they include everything you need to get the job done. Don't get fooled by pricing from dealers with a lower price initially and add on after they start the job. I was a victim.

Needed to replace my alternator. After calling around I found they were the cheapest place. The lady at the front desk could barely speak English. Upon getting my vehicle back every gasket and seal that did not leak before, leaked when I got it back. Thinking that was strange looking deeper I found that many of my screws and bolts holding my bumper and engine cover on we're missing. I'm not a mechanic so who knows what else was missing. For 840$ you would think that you get your car back in better shape than when you left it. Not with Sunny's auto. Oh yeah and 6 months later my alternator went bad. I wish I paid extra and went to KC Martin (expensive but trustworthy and skilled)Expect to be pulling out your hair in frustration if you go to Sunny's auto

Very incompetent, owner can barely speak English which makes it extremely difficult to communicate. They had to test drive my car and the driver was reckless and obviously didn t care about my car. Do not go here.

Stay away from this place, we got the rotor and brake pads replaced and the plastic fender underneath the car, close to front bumper, is flapping out due to loose screws.

Told me I couldn t drop off my car because he didn t have space so he told me to bring it back in a week on Monday. When I bring it back Monday he tells me I don t have an appointment and that he s never seen me before. Thank you for wasting over a week of my time. Will be taking it to Legends Automotive. Thank you!

I came in asking for how much to get AC filled since WA state made it illegal, they overcharged saying it was 200 and I'm paying for labor when I know for a fact It only takes 10 minutes to fill and it's right at the top to plug the hose in. Stay away from these scammers.

I felt here is best shop for pure mind people that don't want to be ripped off..This shop persons are truly honest andprofessional..about their job..!Whenever I've got car service.. I'm comfortable and happy ~~~ :)
