My insurance was an absolute pain to deal with and they did not seem like they were willing to repair my car the correct way. Nick dealt with them accordingly and made sure my car was repaired correctly and with OEM parts. Service is was excellent. They are very efficient, thorough, professional and friendly.

Earlier in the year, unfortunately a young lady rear ended my Mazda 3. She didn't have insurance, but assured me she would pay for the damages, which she did. I read reviews and got an estimate from Stacks. I was immediately impressed by the fact someone came to and opened the door as I approached. In fact this happened every time I came to Stacks. Bryan Casteel at the counter took care of me right away. He was honest and informative, explaining to me in detail what would be done, what they might come across, and answering any questions I might have. I agreed to have the work done by them. They did a good job and just as importantly, kept me informed! James Heggen called me once the had my car apart and updated me on what needed to be done, time, costs, etc. I was never kept wondering about anything. They had my car ready as promised. When I picked up my car, paid for the repair, I believe it was Jeanette Carter that took care of me. Sorry if I got your name wrong! She made sure I knew they offer a lifetime guarantee on the work they did, so if I ever had a problem to stop by. That's comforting and appreciated.I really appreciate that they only use genuine parts, no aftermarket substitutes. My neighbor who is retired from auto body, looked over everything after getting home and said they did use real Mazda parts. That's important to me.I would definitely recommend the folks at Stacks!

Great Job. I had my car done here a couple of weeks ago. Keith Carter was able to get me in right away with the estimate and put me on the schedule.James Heggem did an outstanding job with keeping me totally up-to-date and informed about the vehicle and the insurance, and the work was more than five star rating. If I had to do any more auto body work , I will definitely go there again. I highly recommend stack auto rebuild.

So far they have not done me wrong and I actually trust them. They have good staff that let me be my expressive self and also they are chill. The biggest thing tho is that they are trust worthy. I've been to multiple car places in my life low and high end one for suburus in Mukilteo I'll fukin never go to again, but this place I will always return to for my E350.

Unbelievable service and quality. The kind of things dreams are made of. I guess now and days service and craftsmanship gets a gold star for meeting expectations and I suppose that might be happening a little for me here because so few vendors do anymore. But, you know, support your local businesses that are still getting A s even if society has reduced itself to a pass/fail.

They did amazing work on my Mazda 3 when it was rear-ended. Stack replaced the damaged parts with OEM parts, the color matching was flawless, and the lines all lined up. Now the car looks better than new.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys did amazing work and were extremely professional. I got rear ended and you can't even tell my bumper has been replaced or painted. Definitely recommend hands down!

Kieth and his team are amazing.I got cloudiness between the paint and the clear coat of my Mercedes Benz C43. Because they are the closest Mercedes certified body shop, I reached out to them for a paint inspection and possibly repair. Keith immediately responded and told me to just stop by during their business hours. So I did! After examining the paint work, he concluded that its most likely moisture that has trapped between the pain and the clear coat. He used a heat gun to get the moisture out. It s hard to believe, but it WAS moisture and he was able to get it out with a heat gun. Kieth didn t even charge me for this! Kieth and his team are eager to help people. I admire the integrity they have and the kindness they show with the community. Thank you, Kieth!

Five stars! I would give Stack 10 stars if I could!! They are professional, responsive, and they do great work! They went the extra mile to complete my vehicle repair before a long holiday weekend, so I wouldn't have to have my rental car for as long. My Mercedes is as good as new now. One of the best experiences I ve ever had with an Autobody shop. Fastidious attention to detail combined with a commitment to customer service 2nd to none. Communication is usually sub par with anything car service related. I received updates via text through the entire process. Delivered on time as promised looking better than when I dropped it off. Show me a place that can deliver like these guys. Ask for Nick or Keith they ll treat you like family not in-laws.

In the summer of 2022, our car was unfortunately rear-ended by an uninsured driver. However, we were fortunate enough to bring our vehicle to Stack Auto Rebuild, where Keith served as our main point of contact. Initially, our insurance company considered declaring the car a total loss due to its age a 1999 Honda Accord LX. Nonetheless, Keith went above and beyond to navigate the situation with our insurance provider and secured their approval for the car to be repaired.One aspect that particularly impressed me about Stack Auto Rebuild is their commitment to using factory OEM parts, ensuring top-notch quality. Moreover, their meticulous attention to detail and utilization of high-quality paint further added to the overall exceptional experience. Thanks to Keith's dedication and the entire team at Stack Auto Rebuild, our beloved, pristine old Accord now looks fantastic as it glides down the road once again.

I highly recommend Stack Auto Rebuild for their work in repairing my Mazda. The paint job was phenomenal and my car looked brand new as if it were never damaged. Everything from the hood to the headlights and grill aligned perfectly and looked spotless. Massive kudos to Brian and Ty for their detailed and talented work. I would totally trust these two technicians to fix your car.I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Danielle Howard for working with me to fix my car. She took care of all the work with my insurance, State Farm, and answered any questions I had at any time. She also advocated for my car multiple times with Mazda and really went the extra mile to facilitate the communication between the dealership and Mazda USA. Unfortunately, Mazda USA was extremely slow and lacked any sort of communication, but Danielle kept pushing and initiating until we got a response. She also made sure to update me promptly throughout the process and let me know exactly what was happening with my parts and how far along they were with repairs. When I felt frustrated with the delayed parts and the lack of communication from Mazda USA, she emphasized with me and always turned it around and made me feel hopeful.Everyone at Stack Auto Rebuild is friendly, communicative, and helpful to work with. They're prompt to answer emails and calls. For example, Keith, the owner, test drove my car after Mazda put my subframe together and helped me get an appointment with Mazda for them to reassess and re-service my car until I was happy with it.Hopefully I won't ever have to go here again, but if I do, I now have a place to go that I trust.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Stack auto did a great job to repair my vehicle. They were willing to and able to get the best parts to repair my vehicle and their attitude to help their customers when problems arise is 10/10. James handled my claim and he kept me updated weekly and he always tried his best to fight for my interest when he communicated with insurance company.I ran into an issue after I took delivery of my vehicle due to some misunderstandings. Stack auto communicated with me immediately and patiently explained the situation. I guess this is why Lexus dealer told me Stack auto is the best and today I get to experience that. If I need body work repair in the future, which I hope I don t, I will definitely choose Stack auto again.

These guys get it! They understand that it s an inconvenience to get your car repaired, they understand that dealing with insurance is not a fun/pleasant situation. They support you.That did and excellent job on my wife s SUV, the repair and body work looks amazing! We have used Stack Auto Rebuild 3 times now and all have come with better than expected results. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their professionalism and care for the customer is off the charts. This last time was no different. I emailed them on Friday morning about a scuff and scratches on my wife's car's front bumper. They were able to get me in the same day, and in about 30 minutes had buffed out the issues and applied paint to the scratched area. Couldn't believe how fast it was done and how well. Couldn't tell anything had happened. Best part was when I went to pay and they said it was on the house. Great people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a highway accident that did significant damage to my rare and valuable German car, I called my auto dealer to ask where I should have my car towed. The dealer's service manager didn't pause a moment before he said, "We tell everyone to take their car to Stack Auto Rebuild."And no wonder. What a terrific experience I've had with Stack under circumstances that are -- to say the least -- a bit challenging. They've been outrageously communicative -- I couldn't ask for more responsive, faster, more clear, or better information about the status of my car, insurance processes, and great advice.I'm a tough grader with high expectations and Stack Auto Rebuild has delivered across the board.

Our Mercedes was rear ended and we were referred to Stack Auto Body by Mercedes Lynnwood. Stack definitely lived up to the referral. Excellent experience. Great customer service, friendly informative staff and quality work done right the first time. I would recommend them for anyone wanting quality body work done on their vehicles. So I was in an accident and Geico was the at fault insurance. After a rough start I needed a supplementary estimate and was referred to them by another shop. I stopped by and was everything was done quickly. Other shops didn't want to deal with the estimate it seems, one shop said I would have to leave it for about two weeks. Anyways, the vehicle was a total loss.After looking around though I would hands down take me vehicles there. Everything was clean and orderly, which is hard for that business. The building was clean and free of trash, unlike many businesses these days. It looks like the care about image.

My experience here couldn't have been better! I'm so glad my friend recommended them to me. After a nightmare of dealing with insurance after being hit by a drunk driver, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Keith who was knowledgeable, friendly, and clear. He made everything so easy for me. He worked with the insurance and rental car companies so all I had to do was pick up the car when they finished. I hope I never need auto body work again, but if I do, I'll definitely be back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend Stack auto rebuild. A couple of years ago they did an excellent job on my Jaguar XF when I was rear ended. This week Nick was extremely kind and fixed the front right bumper of my Range Rover where I hit the garage door, it looks like new. The way I drive..... Had a Honda CRV with a tailgate that would only occasionally open and when I say occasionally I mean maybe 1 out of every 10 attempts. Within a day, Stack Auto Rebuild fixed the problem. They were honest and upfront about what they found and the cost of the repair. If/when I have additional work that needs to be done on a vehicle I will be using Stack Auto Rebuild, I suggest you do the same.
