Joseph and his team at Speedway Collision were great. I had called several other shops, and for a tow-in, they were either months away or not interested. Joseph got me in the next day, and had the estimate to the insurance co within 2 days, confirmed and settled. Then, they got the parts needed quickly, and had my car done before most of the other shops would have even started. That's good service! Better yet, their work looks great, and the pearlized triple coat paint is as good as the original. If you're frustrated with the run-around from the other shops in Seattle, head north and work with Joseph and Speedway Collision. You will not be disappointed!

Thanks Adam, Lobo and Joe for the amazing work you did on my '67 Mustang project. The pictures below show what we started with and after paint. These guys rock!!! This one needed lots of TLC and customization, including floor pans, one complete quarter panel and lots of aftermarket parts like hood, decklid, fenders, doors, and fender flares. Aftermarket parts are difficult to get body lines like a Lexus, and this place can do it. The work came out fantastic and they worked with me through the entire project to help bring this dream to life. I have used them on a few projects and every time has been exceptional. I can't say enough good things about this shop, the service, pricing and professionalism. Thank you for the outstanding work!

They are the absolute best shop in town if you are in a crash or have a damage on your car.The prices are reasonable and work is perfect and most importantly, they deliver on time.They fixed my Honda Pilot 2021 which had some major rear damage with the best prices in town.Keep up the good work.

Once again, Speedway Collision took great care of me. I recently utilized them after my car was hit/run. A competitor wanted 6 months to schedule repairs. Seriously, 6 months. So...I went to Speedway Collision, and they took care of me in 2 weeks. The work looks great. If you experience the "supply chain" excuse, give them a try. My husband had a collision with a fire hydrant which actually tore the fender off the car (which was brand new 6 months ago) and did some damage to the wheel. It was not driveable. I was frantically calling around to various shops only to be told it would be between 2-6 months before they could even take the car. (This happened in March 2022 in the midst of pandemic-related labor shortages and parts delays.) But Speedway Collision was able to take it right away, which was great because I didn't want to have to tow it home and have it sit around there for weeks or months being useless. There were some minor delays for parts, but that's not their fault and that's the case across the industry right now apparently. Joseph was great with communication and once the parts got there, they fixed it super fast. I was really thankful because I only had a 30 day window to rent a car on my insurance. Thanks to Joseph and the crew there we got our car back in a few weeks and didn't have to worry about not having a vehicle. The work they did is great; you can't even tell there was an accident.

If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. My car is running well, the prices were reasonable, and Michael clearly knows his job. But.... above all that, this was the best customer service I have received in years, maybe even ever? Or close!! It is very hard to find good customer service these days, and this place had it! Michael and his wife were beyond kind, pleasant and had great character.When it came time for me to pick up my car, something had gone wrong with my bank and my financial situation. Michael was beyond generous. Not only did he have patience while I took care of the situation, he loaned me a car to drive until I was able to pick my own up!!I would/will recommend these guys over and over to anyone needing service on their rig.I appreciate you all at Speedway Collision. I had a great experience during a rough time. Speedway collision really helped me get threw it as easy as possible. #1 the communication was great. They called me as soon as my car had arrived, explained the process clearly and even sent text messages during the week it was in the shop to keep me updated. Their timeline was 7-10 business days and they got it done on time. #2 the customer service was great the whole way through, professional and friendly. #3 most importantly, my car looks great, it actually looks better, and it was nice and clean. I can t think of anything negative to say. I ve had my car worked on before involving insurance like this time and last time my car was in the shop for a month and I would go weeks without hearing anything, this was a way better experience! Highly recommend Adam and Joseph were great!

We took our (over sized) cargo work van in for one of our estimates per our insurance company, and we were certainly glad we did! From the moment I called to schedule an initial estimate visit until vehicle pick up we were treated as if we were the only customer with one-on-one interaction, with minimal to no interruptions! The communication was swift and courteous. (We only waited for the insurance company to give the work authorization). Once work was approved it was as simple as dropping off the vehicle. The van was finished even before the quoted time of pick up. The repair work was flawless! And pick up was painless. Aside from their repair work making our vehicle look new again (sorry boss!), their customer service was more than top notch. I would recommend this place to any and every one who has the stress of needing collision repairs. It would definitely take some of the stress away knowing what I know now. Thanks Speedway!

I paid a lot more than the original estimate for what they called "just a simple cosmetic issue" when in fact they took MUCH longer time to fix one issue before another arise unknowingly. I wad told to that this one issue is needed to be done, but they figure out sth else and held my car longer than they promised from the beginning. No communication about the service update whatsoever. Everything was great before you bring in the car. After they had your car, customer service s true face shows. They were rude and unprofessional. My car was in their shop for more than 4 months. Save yourself time and money by going to other shops PUH-Lease for christ sake!Services: Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Adam and Michael. They are honest and do good work. They only quoted me for the necessary services that need to be done to my 2005 G35 that was leaking oil. Prices are reasonable and they were upfront with the service charge. There is no surprises when you see the invoice. I will definitely recommend Speedway to all my friends and family.

A teenage driver wasn't paying attention and hit my brand new truck. Although the damage to my truck wasn't terrible, it was still noticeable and left me depressed.After sorting out the insurance, I found Speedway Collision was nearby and they had great reviews, so I took my truck in. They were quick to give an estimate and do the repairs. They said they would find a rental car if needed (I didn't need one though). The quarter panel was repainted and they did a flawless job, it matches the rest of the truck perfectly, looks new again, super clean!Thank you Speedway Collision! You guys do great work! I'll definitely be referring my friends and family here in the future.

The repairs and service were AMAZING!I was very anxious going in to repair my car because it was the first time I had needed a repair and I was recommended to Speedway Collision and I can say, it was such a relief to see how friendly and kind the employees are. The gentleman fixing my car was so nice and he made me feel at ease about my car repair and it was quick and quality work. I am very satisfied with my repair and got exactly what I came in for. I would definitely recommend Speedway Collision for EVERYONE!

These people are like family too us they take pride in their work and work hard to take care of the vehicles that come in to them. Supporting local community businesses is also a great thing to do so when you need them they are there also. They don't take advantage of you for overcharged items either. You get what you pay for they don't use dollar items in your car they use the best to make repairs last you.

Adam really helped me out and did a great job! Another auto shop told me I had to replace my door seals and they were totally wrong. Adam correctly diagnosed my car in under 10 minutes and got my car fixed up and detailed for me. Charged me a generous fair price as well. I will return to speedway and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Adam!!!

I was in an accident Thursday evening, and the tow company referred me to Speedway. After learning that the other drivers insurance wouldn t pay storage fees I had it towed to their preferred vendor. The Speedway shop representative I spoke with of course didn t want to lose the possibility of the job but completely understood why I didn t want to risk paying any storage fees and let me keep my car there until today free of charge!

Speedway Collision has provided us with excellent customer service an workmanship. They were willing to work with us on a budget; we did our own mechanical work to turn an accident into an opportunity to teach/learn how to work on cars. We even purchased some parts from a vehicle they were parting out. Although we did some of our own work, they still guaranteed all of their work. You don't find many shops like this. The crew is friendly and pleasant, and pricing is fair. I highly recommend this shop and will take my prized Mustang there if it ever gets damaged.Bottom line - they have a recipe that creates returning customers: fair prices, great people, high work quality.

I just picked up my car that I wrecked a couple weeks ago and it looks just like it did when I bought it brand new! They also gave me a free rental car that was super clean and brand new! I love this place and would recommend it to anyone that is needing any body damage fixed on their car. They have the best customer service. Joseph was very friendly and professional. They also detailed my car and it looked just like it did when I got it brand new! I have never been so happy with a company I have had to deal with, ever! They are amazing! I will always go back to them for any repairs I may need and will reccomend anyone I know to go to them as well! Speedway collision was highly recommended by an associate, little did I know that person was wrong. They had my car for 2 months, I had to take my car back 2 times after they initially said it was fixed, and now a week after having my car back it still has problems yet speedway has no idea what the problem is on a brand new car. Yet again it needs attention from a mechanic and I hope my insurance provides me a new mechanic besides speedway collision!

I cannot say my experience of Speedway automobile services has been bad in the past until recently when I took in my vehicle for what turned out to a broken driveshaft. Michael and his guys totally at first misdiagnosed the problem and went ahead and "fixed" a problem that was not the problem thus costing me time (had to go buy part) and money (had to use a rental for days).Long story short, they eventually figured out the issue but when they replaced the driveshaft somehow my vehicle suddenly had a check engine light, was unable to pick up power and was shaking so bad I rushed back to the shop. Michael totally refused to try to fix the issues, instead he threatened us with his superior court judge "brother" and another brother who is a "cop". I refused to be cooked so he called the police on me for complaining. At no point was I or my girlfriend violent but that did not stop Michael Nguyen from claiming to the officer that he and his wife were scared, clearly an attempt to have us arrested, the officer saw through their ploy and advised this was a civil matter and left us to sort it out upon which Michael disrespectfully kicked us out.

WOW -- what an immaculate job! I took my rusty old 73 mustang to Speedway Collision and Adam and his crew applied skill levels beyond my expectation. I felt I had been on the TV show Overhauled . Adam personally picked out the color and took care of the extensive body work I needed. My old car has become a show stopper everywhere I go. I owe a lot of thanks to Adam and his crew because of the great service and personal follow up I received while my car was under his care. His character and dedication is evident in this show winning Pony. See-you all at the car show!

As any vehicle owner, it's hard to find mechanics that not only do quality work but ones you can trust. Michael and Adam make you feel like family and their service is beyond compare in my opinion.We've been taking both our vehicles to Speedway for both tune-ups and minor body work for about a year now. After my wife's vehicle was rear-ended in May 2014, naturally we brought it to Speedway and about two weeks later, I could not tell it was ever hit. Not only that but Adam personally picked up my wife's damaged vehicle and dropped of a rental for convenience the day we called. They also handled all the paperwork directly with the insurance company making the experience virtually hassle free.If you own a vehicle and don't know of any mechanics in town, I highly recommend Speedway Collision and Service Center for all your service needs.

They do top noch work! There is a reason that the cars you see out front for repair are usually expensive high quality cars. The owners know what kind of work you will get done. His job cost is right out of the book. You won't get charged more than what the book rate says it will take to do a job. It is nice getting you car back with the work done right and vacuumed and clean.

In the past 4 months had to take my car here twice because of accidents outside my control (one lady smashed my car in my driveway, and another man ran a stop sign). Both times I had multiple panels worth of body damage and a lot of damage underneath in the transmission, power steering, and alignment. Over $5,000 worth of damage each time. Both times my car came back looking brand new.They do AMAZING work.Cherry on top? They went out of their way to make sure I had a rental to use while my car was getting fixed, and they argued on my behalf with the insurance companies to ensure I didn t get ripped off or under served.I recommend them to everyone!PS - not a paid advert.

It's hard to find a decent mechanic and body work person who won't look at you because tour female and think you don't know anything about cars. I didn't get this vibe at all when coming to speedway. I went off the highest reviews I found online and after towing my car a lot, I finally decided on speedway. One shop quoted me $2000 because he asked me how much I wanted to spend. $2000 covered frame pulling and putting on the new car parts I bought but not fixing my engine mount. But he refused to give me a detailed quote. So after talking to Andy weeks before, I called him in emergency and asked to tow my car there. I had the tow driver leave the keys in the box and Andy called me right away on a Monday. I explained I'm really tight on money and he did the best to come up with reasonable repairs that needed to get done to get me back on the road.Andy always called me when there was a repair that needed to get done and needed me to authorize. They respond really quickly and are easy to get along with.After one week my car was prime, totally driveable again, the parks were put on great but the best Part when I opened the hood you couldn't tell that everything was once shifted over to the side. I was really impressed and I totally recommend these guys.I paid $2100 (without paint) for frame pulling, putting on a new fender, bumper, aftermarket headlights, putting on a hood which was dented from a seller I bought from online and Andy guys fixed it, new headlight assembly and the engine mount repair, they filled up my power steering when came off and emptied during the collision, did a recharge on the a/c, new radiator support and put everything back into shape. Altho there is some gapping around the hood and headlights, everything I bought was after market and I didn't expect it to be perfect, but it's my commuter car.This is a real review from a real customer. I wish I could post a photo of my car before and after. But just know it looks great and these guys are honest. Thanks speedway.

Michael is a great guy. My 1998 Jeep Cherokee sport wheel bearing was bad it became extremely hot like glowing orange hot and the axle snapped with the wheel falling off got fire and was just a nightmare Michael was very nice he guided the Jeep off the flat bed and showed his skills taking a Jeep with one wheel missing off of the flat bed with just a 3 ton jack.Michael also allowed me to bring my own parts to the shop. A+++++++++

The service was fantastic and I enjoyed talking with the manager. They were not only fast, but had high integrity and when I got my car back, they even did a few touch-ups that was needed. Thank-you for putting my car back to great shape.
