Horrible..Took my truck there for a clutch replacement. Took a week to do and never got finished. Had to help employees to drive it home to find it was even bolted in all the way. Does the owner care. 3 months I've gone without my truck and still looking for a mechanic to fix.

Speedway has serviced my In-laws for decades. I've since gone to them and found their honesty and competence to stand apart from any auto facility I've ever used. Years working as an automotive journalist brought me to shops all over the west coast and nobody has matched the warmth and character shown by Speedway. Their pricing is fait, the service is timely and it's a family owned business worth supporting. Speedway Automotive is absolutely my go-to. They are speedy, reliable and friendly. This is hands down the best mechanic I've ever used. Michael and his wife are the sweetest ever. I've even consulted my mechanic friends and they agreed that their price is unbeatable for the area. This is the only place I trust bringing my vehicle to, and asking 'stupid' questions to haha. Michael has proven his exceptional work through out the years by maintaining my cars with reliable care. I cannot trust any other mechanic at this point the way I trust Michael. He cares about people and his work is built upon that. I highly recommend his services.

First of all, disregard the negative review below. That one is for Speedway Collision and is not affiliated with Speedway Auto. But just FYI, I've done business at Speedway Collision plenty of times and find them professional, affordable , courteous and prompt.Now to get to Speedway Automotive:. Mike is the most knowledgeable, courteous and affordable mechanic I've ever done business with. He does not gouge the customer, but rather builds relationships through honest work, an abundance of personal care and extensive knowledge of all makes and models. There is nothing Mike cannot fix, and he will show you the same respect, time, and personal attention whether you come in with a 1985 Corolla or 2019 S Class Mercedes. I've witnessed him do just this time after time for the past seven years. If you want an honest, affordable, knowledgeable and friendly mechanic, go see Mike!

Five stars are not even close to what this place deserves!!! Mike is community first, and truly cares about his customers, and I really trust him and his mechanics 100% !! I am in charge of a small fleet of work vehicles that I take here and I also take my wife s truck and my as well. Customer for life. Thank you mike !!!

Not a customer but the experience I had there was absolutely ATROCIOUS. I followed a friend who was dropping off his car at the collision shop, note two businesses share the small parking lot even though it looks like one facility, and when we arrived the parking lot was COMPLETELY full. He had parked behind a few vehicles and went inside to talk with the service clerks while I waited outside in my car for him to come out. I had parked my car right behind his which we were perpendicular to a row of cars that were in parking spaces. I noticed a woman had parked her vehicle behind me but looking through my mirror she disappeared from view and so I assumed she had went inside to go talk with someone. While idling I was browsing through my phone when, who I assume was a technician there, came up to my window and rudely accused me of suffocating the woman I saw before and her child who were standing behind my car. I apologized, shut my car off and stated that I had thought she left the vicinity. This gentleman then berates me more about how rude I was parking my car where it was and how unthoughtful I was suffocating people. He even added at the end, how if I wasn't on my phone I would probably drive better to. Note this took place in the span of less than 5 minutes. I am so disappointed in how I was interacted with especially with the fact that I myself am a technician who communicates with customers on a daily basis.

Gave me an okay deal, but Michael was extremely rude about it and unprofessional. If I knew this was what I'd get, I would have paid more money and gone somewhere else. Disappointed!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Called to get a quote. The lady who answered the phone talks way too fast and was rushing through the phone call. I don't like being rushed. Also, when you say you're going to call me back, then call me back

Coopville in WA is amazing. It on Whidbey Island. You will need to take a ferry boat to get there. You will see whales on the ferry and other marine life! Great spot to vacation!
