You know the guys who work here are providing great service and not fancy or expensive. Just nice people and solid products since Lexus really need little maintenance and fix. I love the people who show me the video of how they fix the car and the condition of my car. I avoid going to Bellevue one since their price was not clear and their service was not communicating very well on what they are doing and what they had done.

Service Center at Lexus of Seattle is truly amazing! They send me a text with the video of multi point inspection report of my car while I dropped off my car there for 20K mileage maintenance service. I was pleasantly surprised with this video review of my car. Thank you for being so awesome! Very impressed with this kind of transparency and excellence!

It was a pleasure doing business from the beginning to end with everyone involved including the nice woman at the front desk to the young gentleman delivered my car when my service was done, Chris again was so much help and a pleasure to deal with, they all got my vote

Service department is great. I service my older Lexus SUV here and they take care of it as if it were new. Highly recommend
