Highly Recommended! Very Genuine and Skilled they will take care of you and your best interest. They worked with me on two separate claims, 3 different body pants, 3 different paints and even pushed the insurance company to replace the door when they didn't want to. Also I've worked at another auto body shop that I won't name... but I would of rather worked at Queen Anne if I had the choice.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

After someone swerved into my lane from a turn lane, causing me to swerve into a curb (yet they still hit my driver's side too) I had damage on both sides of my Mazda 3, my baby! I found Steve and crew from Queen Anne on a list on my insurance claim site and then read the rave reviews, they were not wrong! From quick in and out for pics, fast estimate sent straight to my insurance, to quick drop off and return, a little over a week (of course more major repairs would need longer) and to top it off they cleaned and detailed my car! She's never looked so good! Great guys, friendly and communicative and not the whole "oh a chick is asking questions" vibe.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Pretty good price if you can have the office try and get after market(OEM) parts. Can reduce the part cost by 1/2. Labor is maybe about 75% of the cost compared to comparable auto body nearby

Steve and his crew undertook the restoration of my 1971 Camaro. I m the original owner of the car and wanted to bring it back to better than new condition. We have been customers of Steve s for many years and I knew that Steve and his crew would do an excellent job. I was not disappointed.The car was taken down to bare metal, rust spots repaired and/or replaced, and then it was refinished and reassembled. The workmanship is excellent and the paint job always gets positive comments. The car receives compliments wherever I take it and I m pleased to refer work to Steve and Queen Anne Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First time customer and soon to be returning customer. How can you go wrong with Steve's cool demeanor and the auto mechs skill. Didnt think they could fix the crease on my door but heck of job making it look like new. And not to mention they have way better prices then what I was quoted elsewhere. Deal breaker and deal maker. Still needs the HEMI emblem but still a damn good job. Thanks for the fix fellas.

This was my first experience with Queen Anne Body Shop North. My insurance company recommended them after my car was damaged in a parking lot as I shopped.I appreciated the professionalism and high quality workmanship.Steve was very responsive working my car into their busy schedule and even then the work was completed a day early. This place did an exceptional job with my collision repair. They finished it in 4 days and I couldn t even tell there was damage before. I had to wait a few weeks to bring my car in because there was a parts shortage at the time, but that s not the shops fault at all, just something they re subject to at the moment. They were quick, efficient, and seamless with their work. They were also very communicative with the whole process which I appreciated a lot. They were able to get me in early to have the rear left panel on my car fixed after a minor accident. Dropped the car off on a Monday and it was done that Tuesday afternoon, so a very quick turn around. Car looks good as new. I have used Queen Anne Auto Body 3 different times (once out of pocket and twice through insurance) and it has always been a great experience. Steve is super friendly and laid back and gave great advice on how to work with my insurance on some issues. Steve at Queen Anne Auto Body is the only person I trust with my vehicle. Been doing business with this shop for 30 years. I recently damaged my car trying to avoid an accident, days before relocating to another state. I chose to leave my car with Queen Anne Autobody and have it shipped once it was done. That is how much I believe in this shop. Do yourself a favor and deal with the best. They are honest and do superior work. Highly recommended!

I was the victim of a hit and run, and my bumper was smashed pretty bad. I was able to get my car into the shop, and they had my car finished in only a couple days! They made the process so easy and the owner was efficient and straight to the point. No hassle whatsoever, and my car looks brand new. Highly recommend!

Had a slight fender bender prior to Thanksgiving and needed to get an estimate done and repair scheduled. Several auto shops around the area required an appointment or were months out for any type of estimate or service. When I arrive at Queen Anne Auto Body I was immediately greeted by one of the associates who kindly assisted in capturing the repairs needed for an estimate. I was later followed up by Steve that same day with the estimate, who later was able to schedule and repair my vehicle in quick fashion. Highly professional and extremely responsive. I had a Toyota Corolla brought in after an accident, and the shop went above and beyond what was expected in repairing it. Queen Anne's Auto Body had noticed additional damage to the car, and had taken the initiative to call my insurance company and fix the additional damage for no extra charge. The shop did an excellent job, and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends. The staff were professional, helpful, and very friendly as well. Overall a great experience.

Excellent service and incredibly quick when I needed front-end body work. When I mentioned we didn't have rental coverage in our insurance plan, they worked late to finish our car ahead of time -- less than four days for a significant amount of work. Other shops nearby said they couldn't even look at it for more than a week. Friendly too. Highly recommended.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on repairing my 2001 Chev Silverado PU. It had tricky damage on the side panel of the box. I was having trouble with the insurance company and their preferred provider shop. Steve assured me that he would do the repair properly. He worked with the insurance company to protect my interests and provide a good job for them. The work was done timely. I recommend Queen Anne to anyone. Wish I could give more than 5 stars honestly. Amazing, professional, and clearly well skilled staff. The owner talks to you like he s known you for years. I can t believe I even considered going to Caliber or Gerber. Go to Caliber and Gerber and they treat you like another number. Go to Queen Anne and they treat you like family. Lucky you came across this review because your search stops here. This is the auto body shop for you if you want your repair done right. Thanks Queen Anne!

Steve and crew again did an awesome job in fixing my car. Came back looking good as new after the nice lady decided to do some rearranging of my front end with her car. The Attitude Black paint came out looking like it came from the dealer.Thank you again.

Went there 2 weeks ago, CALLED ahead make sure I can get estimate on the same day. The guy who answered the phone was very quick to answer, Anytime between 8:30 to closing! No need to make appointment! I could only go there certain time of the week so I rushed to get my estimate from Queen Anne Auto Body. Bad idea. As I went in, there was this guy talking on the phone, he seemed pretty busy. So I waited until he was done. Maybe took like 5 minutes.He said can I help you? And I told him I m here for an estimate. He asked, What insurance company? I told him my insurance. And he told me I need a order from my insurance company in order for them to estimate. So whoever person who answered my phone call just wasted my time. So I called the insurance to send them the estimate order. I was on the phone about 15-20 minutes and got the orders sent to the shop directly from insurance company.After that I went back in to tell him that the orders were sent. He was on the phone again. I waited. Finally he told me that doesn t matter if they sent order or no, he has to schedule me for an estimate inspection. He told me to go and wait until he calls me because I m not getting my estimate today. I told him I was in a rush and I can only get estimate in certain days. At that point he sighed and he complained that he had 15 other paper work he had to do. I didn t want to say anything else so I left and waited. 2 weeks later, NO phone, NO e-mail. What a wasting of life. I contacted my insurance company that this body shop is not giving me any updates So I went with Absolute auto body in Everett and they were absolutely helpful and KIND and Fast. Avoid this place if you wanna get something done.

Very easy going place and yet very competent. The many years of experience shine though! Extremely pleased with the entire process. My car was finished on time with excellent results. I'm taking my other car in next week! Don't look any further, this is the place to go.

We called the shop to check if they have space to take in our vehicle, and they said they did. We arranged accordingly with insurance and towing, only to be told during our next call that they don t have space. Please be more diligent.

I want to thank my Pemco Insurance Claims Adjuster for recommending Queen Anne Auto Body. Steve wasted no time in documenting and submitting the claim of damage to Pemco and before I knew it Steve rented a car for me and I was picked up by Enterprise. I dropped off my car late Monday and it was ready by Friday afternoon. Steve s team replaced the hood, grill, front pumper, and passenger side headlight assembly and painted it to match. When I say To match , I really mean to match . Most importantly, my car drives perfectly. Queen Anne Auto Body doesn't just talk the talk they walks the walk when it comes to true customer service. I highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors in the Serene Lake area, Mukilteo, North Lynnwood, South Everett and anyone that drives the Mukilteo Speedway & Highway 99 areas. And if you re Insurance Company doesn t use Queen Anne Auto Body, change Insurance companies.
