I have been here several times and I am happy with everything they offer, very responsive and helpful staff there. But I have one disadvantage, it is the amount of cars and the year of their production, as all the cars there are quite old from 1970 and up to 2010 at the most, so you will not find there cars of more modern year. I was looking for a car from 2013 and there is no such brand of car in general.

Somehow today was the pick of the years for me, the staff admitted they were short staffed and busy but never showed it. Everyone was more than helpful and understanding as I was working on a big haul. I came to Oregon for a car here and the outstanding customer service rewarded it. (You get what you put into it, and the regulars I watched banter with the staff working today demonstrated that)

The people here are very helpful and the prices are generally very reasonable. Be aware that you need to bring your own tools and remove the parts yourself. Not too difficult if you know what you are doing and this keeps the prices low. Be sure to join the (free) tool club for additional discounts.

Just spent about 2 hours pulling a engine to be kicked out and not able to purchase the engine after pulling it all because the worker In the front of the office was not clear about a hoist deposit. Even after saying I'm sorry I was not advised about that and the employees seen me grab the hiost the main guy out the office just decides to not sell me anything what a way to waist my time because your not happy today I try and call the police but they won't do anything pick n pull is shady for that

Had a great time working with the folks at this Pick n Pull location - Brittany and Georgia (spelling, sorry) were fun to work with, had great banter, and were very helpful with me. Next time I need to get some parts, I'm definitely coming back!

Worst location I ve been too, charge you 8$ a foot for plastic but add anything shorter as a foot. By the way get ready for a cavity search when leaving. Very unfriendly people too.

Not bad place for the most part, I feel like the parts are overpriced a bit. For a used battery I was paying just $20 below what a new one would cost from oriellys. Spare tire you re paying full price. But they had the part I needed so I m not mad

if comparing with tacoma store, it just like the different between haven and hell, they even check your small tool box before entering the yard and when you checkout to ensure if any auto part in the box, junk car in the yard are more than 10years old type, what tiny auto parts is worth the way to check customer box like this. i just forgot to take out door lock from my tool box, then they just confiscated it when checkout due to breaking the rule, those guy were so rude, and it cause very big trouble to me to buy another door lock and rekey it for my car door, if i get my issue fixed, any left auto parts just a junk and trash. so never go that place if you have another option.in tacoma location, yard is quite big, clerks are very kind, even they donot charge the small auto parts. thats good way for the business.

I had a great experience here, they had the parts we needed for an old subi, all the staff was nice and I had no problems besides the massive pond in the middle of the yard. Definitely bring boots.

I just can confirm all the 1 star reviews here!- Extremely unfriendly- Extremely overpriced- i arrived in there office at 3:30 pm and according their website they close at 5 pm . But this lady who thinks she is especially intelligent then comes to me while I check in and tells me I have to leave it s too late. What??? 1,5 hours before 5pm? Oh then she lied to me and told me they close at 4:30pm.You know what? I want to see ur faces if every other business is doing the same with you .Grocery stores, gas stations, hair salon, pharmacies, every business should send you away 1,5 hours before they close. Because u are doing the same! to Safeway at 9:30 when they close at 11pm? They should tell u come back tomorrow.Overpriced! The reason why they are extremely overpriced:- They let families of Hispanic people walk into their lot through holes in fences and they leave through the same hole with every part they can carry. And when u tell them this they say they are aware of it so what. That s why you pay for a premium for their parts because these people steel the most expensive parts so they have to make their revenue with the stupid people who go there and accept to be treated like if you would be a nuisance for them!- they don t make any difference in prices no matter if the part is 5 or 33 years old . That s why you pay 15 dollar for a 33 years old hazard light switch! Or 80 dollar for a peace of bumper chrome! Or 30 dollar for a handful rusted bolts. No thank you! Just read the reviews and you better avoid this place and order online. And hey to you guys going through the fences , no need to hide they know about you but they don t care. But they throw u off the lot if u change a bulb in your car and not immediatly leave after u left ur money there. The worst people I have ever dealt with. Seriously!

Horrible customer service! You can find a better junk yard, than this scam yard! $3 admission is ridiculous! Had to use the rest room and they tried charging for that! Stay away

Prices are insane for almost anything. Save yourself the hassle and just get clean Chinese parts off eBay. Also there is always a wait to get in and out.

They treat their hispanic workers bad. They have them working long hours in the sun with no water. I would suggest looking at place where they treat their workers equally. This saddens me I thought they were good people but it makes me feel disappointed heavily that they have negative treatment towards them especially because many of the customers are Mexican.Upon reading the other reviews it seems to me that they are racist against people of color. I suggest reading the reviews to this place before coming so you don t get scammed or treated poorly.

The worst place ever I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I was accused of taking parts. I offered to show proof that the parts I had on my tool bag were purchased somewhere else. I forgot to take them out of my tool bag. But they didn't want to listen to me at all. They discriminate people of color, I was the only one that got the bag checked when i was there.

For those who still know what a wrench is. It's a good resource. And I said to the wife. It's not much bigger than a Match box car.Can I have it huh, can I, can I.If someone doesn't than into the yard with it .And you know what happens then .They fork it, people jump on it and then they CRUSH IT. Gone for ever and ever. Post script; it's gone out the door to a new home and just hopefully many happy new years. Bringing plenty of memories and miles to be seen

Said "open" when I Google the directions. Drove an hour in traffic from Seattle just for them to tell me they were closed for the whole day.

1st time ever, coming here.. I knew I was supposed to bring my own tools, but that was the extent of my knowledge... after paying the $1 admission, the vehicles were surprisingly easy to find, based on the vehicle list they printed out.Not knowing where to start, or what was ahead.. everything came together so EASILY and user friendly, after actually approaching the yard. Found what I needed and where everything was, without any hassle! Keep in mind, i am NOT a car guy, and was incredibly intimidated before i started. If u need something, and have no previous knowledge of how to proceed, hands down best positive experience for someone that knows nothing! 5of5 stars

All pick n pulls are a very similar experience. Rated this store a 3 because the front counter lady was really rude to every customer she interacted with.Just as a forewarning, the land here isn't level so I wouldn't recommend this location for pulling engines

I went in there today, the two ladies there were extremely nice and helpful. I was kinda PO cause I was there replacing a window a thief broke on my car. Super patient with me as I was struggling. My only complaint is I wish every row in the lot was labeled.A lot of them are missing and certain rows like "VIP" throw off your count.

First off I have to say that this is a very good resource for finding resonablely priced OEM parts. I have only had one issue with a staff member but it was cleared up in a professional and timely manner. I use to enjoy going to this location. I do not anymore due to what has happened to the yard. It is disgusting. I was going to take some photos but I was preoccupied with trying to find the parts I needed and figuring out how to navigate through the debris cluttered isles and the huge mud puddle. I honestly prefer the Pick and Pull in Arlington to this one. The Manager there run a tight ship.

The customer service was good. I turned in my car there. I feel it's a rip off. The car I gave was worth thousands and I only got a couple hundred dollars. Remind me of game stop. I should have got a least five. And they still come out ahead.

Britney was super helpful with me in the process of buying an entire engine from a vehicle and loading it into my truck. Not only her, but Ricky and two others, I never got their names. Explained all the necessary safety policies and refund/core policies well.

Was a crazy 50% off weekend, so I gotta give them some slack for that. Came looking for a specific car that was listed online, showed up, car wasn't on the lot asked at the desk, they confirmed no cars like that were in the yard. Car still showed up on their web site. Apparently their website is powered by Row52, and their interval inventory is something else. Maybe they feed into each other, maybe they are switching systems. For a self service junk yard, they are making it pretty hard to self serve. I don't want to drive an hour one way just to find out their publicly facing data is bad. I did call in advance, asked about the car I saw online, was told they don't physically check what is or isn't on the cars. No mention of bad or delayed customer facing data, no offer to verify the car I listed was in their internal database. Went to Tumwater Pick n Pull earlier in the day, had a much better experience, still didn't have the primary part I needed, but their inventory was accurate online, and they were nice. Also less busy. Also 1.5 hours drive in a different direction.

Sort of a clown show at this place. Called first to see if they had a single wheel for my car, the lady said they probably have one for my car's year. The gal on the phone didn't mention I had to buy all four wheels upon arrival. Waste of time and these people could care less. One and done.
