Best place to take your European cars. I bring my Jaguar to performance motors every time I need a service for anything the car needs.I even have all of my oil changes serviced here as well as all my other routine maintaining to keep my Jaguar running rich and smooth.They are honest with their work, they care about customers and they strive to make sure you leave 100% satisfied.The whole team of well trained technicians have all been working with foreign automotives for many years and have the ability to do things that most will not do..I have been going here for years and I am always pleased. I want to especially give thanks to Mike that has been there for over ten years now. He is always there when I come. He tells me his personal advice, he shares recommendations and walks me through any issues my car is having and what it will take to correct them. Thanks for an awesome experience every time.I will definitely never go anywhere else but Performance motors.

I will forever take my cars here. Everyone I have spoken to is always very kind and transparent with me. I had a Mercedes in the past that had a good bit of mechanical issues; they were always great with helping me understand what fixes were more urgent than others.Naturally when I sold that one and got a new one I took it into them for an inspection and they found *nothing* wrong with it. I think this goes to show they are not looking to just make a quick buck off of you.Finding an honest mechanic that doesn't overcharge you every chance they get is like finding a needle in a haystack. Don't bother going anywhere else but here :)

Very reliable and professional alternative to dealer services.Prices for services are reasonable.Troubleshooting and root cause analysis are excellent for repairs accomplished by this facility.Verbal estimates always seem to be very close to actual work performed on the final bill even when work is done at a later time. Mike is very matter of fact and realistic in his estimates and has a very qualified technical staff. Highly recommended repair facility performing competent repairs and maintenance on European vehicles.

Performance motor took the time neede to explain the problem(s) with my car. Performance recommended the car be retired rather than repaired. I appreciate their honesty, their evaluation proved out through pier review with several reputable certified shops.Performance Honesty and Integrity!

It was my first visit to the shop. We didn t bother to take the car to the dealership for annual service for last seven years. Last visit dealership recommended to do major works for front differential reseal and replacement of rear flex disc and quoted for very expensive. They didn t say anything while car was under warranty but as soon as warranty is expired the expensive quote came. It was a shock. So we were looking for a place for second opinion. Performance Auto is the only place reply to my inquiry and willing work with me. Very reasonable price for both jobs. One done and now ready for second one. Highly recommended to those MB car owners. I brought my 335i Convertible in for a battery replacement and a heater diagnose/fix. I was impressed with the speedy service and the results. My vehicle was dropped off in the morning and was all finished in the afternoon. Prior to bringing my vehicle in, I had communicated the issues and the repair estimates with Brian over the emails and phone conversations. Brian professionally explained to me all the details regarding the issues and the repair plan. He also happily answered some of my questions/concerns. I will definitely have my vehicles serviced at Performance Motors and would recommend it to anyone.I took a star off of the rating due a couple missteps from the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. The BMW emblem on the engine cover was scratched and the cover was also scratched/scuffed. I think some tools were placed on it and caused the damage. Also, there were numerous white spots on the engine. I think it was left over from the coolant spray during the flushing process... it should have been cleaned up when done. One more thing, there's a small ding I the driver side door liner above the plastic trim piece. I am very OCD about keeping my vehicle in good shape inside out and so noticed these minor discrepancies.Overall, I still consider Performance Motor a trustworthy service shop for Eroupean vehicles. Their prices are also reasonable.Khoi

The customer service is top notch...Mike (service writer) is a great guy and very knowledgeable and competent regarding his automotive background! I've been pleased with all of our interactions. Highly reccomend this business for Euro (German in my case)....they take care of their customers.

I've got a 2011 Audi TT, so it's pretty much a guarantee I'm visiting Mike every few months for something. Mike and his crew are incredibly knowledgable, efficient, and Mike in particular makes a point to help me understand the issue AND motivates me to do my own wrenching as I'm learning to take care of my TT. He's helped replaced everything from a failing fuel pump to locating the right alternator replacement. He's fantastic at finding parts (when they don't make them anymore) so whether its trunk struts or a diverter valve this past week, Mike gets the part quickly and off I go to install it, knowing that Mike will fix whatever I mess up. Great service, great communication, and a reliable team - couldn't ask for more. See y'all in a few months

Always a good experience here, today especially. I picked up my car at the end of the day, but the car was still having an issue. Brian stayed (late) to check out the error code, luckily he had the part, AND was able to install it. Thanks again!

Absolutely 1st Class service from the moment you walk into the business. The service writer even made suggestions on getting work done and saving money! Their repairs are flawless and they make repairs in time. I even saw one repair pro RUNNING to get a part from their parts dept Try them, you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Performance Motors and Mike was extremely good, from the moment I drove onto the shop premises to the moment my car was finished. Super helpful, honest and clear in their explanation of the issues with my BMW. I recently had my car serviced at your shop, and I have to give kudos to your mechanics they're top-notch, and I'm super happy with the repairs.The person at the front desk though made it feel like he was doing me a favor my addressing my questions (maybe his name is Mike?) he came across as snarky and belittling during both of my visits, and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I totally get that they know their stuff, but when you're the first face a customer sees, a friendly and welcoming attitude goes a long way. And hey there are plenty of repair shops out there that do a great job, while having a good attitude.Your mechanics are fantastic, no doubt about it. But I really hope the front desk can dial down there snarkiness and be a bit more polite and welcoming. I will not be returning just to avoid talking to that person again but since I spoke to owner once and he seemed like a great guy I ll leave this review here so he make the experience better for future customers.

I apologize for this very late review: Convenient location since it's near a main arterial with a bus line. The service was great. I dropped off my car the night before for regular maintenance performed on it. We were in contact next morning and they asked what was going on with the car. It was agreed they were going to change the oil & filter and perform an inspection on the car. They called back saying they found a leak at the top hose of the radiator. Since I just got the E90 in March 2023, I said do it since I didn't know too much about the cars maintenance from the previous owner, except that everything "was fine." So I got the car back same day with fresh oil & filter, new radiator for about a $100 less than the estimate! So I'm good and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to Performance Motors.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

My Mini Cooper was dying. Every time I came to a stop or even a slow speed on my way back from Camino Island traveling back home to Hood Canal. I was a nervous wreck trying to drive on the freeway so I took the 2/20 exit made my way down to the four-way stop and just happened to notice their shop coincidentally on the right hand side.I went inside and asked for help, and the kind mechanic was quick to render assistance. He not only easily fixed the issue, but got my tires blown up and me back on the road with absolutely no problems. This shop is a godsend truly.

These guys always go out of there way to help us out. We had to get my wife's X5 fixed before a ski trip, and they pushed their schedule a bit to make it happen, which was so appreciated. I won't take our vehicles anywhere else.

I have been taking my cars to Performance Motors for over 30 years. I won t take my car any where else. Mike at the front desk is very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. My cars (Acura, Mercedes, Nissan, Toyota) have been well maintained here. These guys are great and always get the job done right. Pricing is fair and billed hours are always reasonable for the job. Michael was super helpful and very honest. He gave a full detailed inspection and shared all that he found with the car and gave a full estimation on prices. Definitely recommend, these are very trustworthy family owned mechanics!
