I ve been taking a variety of all my vehicles to Warren for over 30 years. He is the absolute best in the business. There is nothing he can t tackle at Paulson Auto Repair. I highly recommend using him for any service your vehicle may need.

These guys are hands down the best in the game! I wouldn t take my trucks anywhere else! I own a mobile business and there s been so many times where my truck has broke down but Roger and Warren have got me back on road quickly to be able to make it all my events! Check them out!

Warren at Paulson Auto Repair is the absolute best mechanic I've ever found. Honest, upfront, and fixes what needs to be done. On a average basic maintenance and small repairs are done in a day. Been going to Warren for years can't recommend them more highly

So thankful a friend referred me to Paulson's! Wish I'd found him sooner. He's very honest and ethical and I'll only take my car to Paulson now. Honda was trying to sell me on unnecessary maintenance that I didn't think I needed and Warren confirmed it wasn't necessary. He saved me a lot of money! The handful of people I've tried to refer to Paulson already take their cars to him! Everyone loves him appreciates his honesty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Warren is amazing. He got the needed parts in so fast and got my car done immediately. I have a 2006 Lexus RX330 and she rides better now than before I brought her in. Warren also forgot to check on one of the concerns I had and he promptly saw to it immediately and was very responsive. His pricing is fair and definitely quick turnaround, so I highly recommend!

Check engine light was on. Stopped at an O'Reilley and they read it as a thermostat problem. Called Warren at Paulson to schedule the repair. He offered to clear the code (for free), to see if it comes back because, he said, sometimes it's just a glitch. He didn't need to do that. He could have just replaced the part, charged me, and I'd never have known it might not be necessary. Most mechanics would probably not even feel that was unethical. Warren is an extremely honest guy. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This rarely happens these days, You call some one with a problem and they provide you guidance to resolve it with your best interest in mind. Got the same experience from Paulson Auto Repair. Called with a car problem and instead of trying to mint money was guided they helped answer my questions with saving me money! Thanks! will get oil changes here now :)

The owner told me when I picked up my vehicle that the new lower control arms he installed hadGrease fittings. I found out months later they did not. Don't appreciate that. Will use another shop for future repairs.Service: Steering & suspension replacementService: Steering & suspension replacement

Person on the phone couldn't even tell me if they had time to check my car out. Dude couldn't flip through his book and see what he had booked already. The laziness is unreal.
