Awesome service! I went in for a part. It wasn't in stock so they had to order it and they got it to me in less than two hours. I lost a rivet in the process of replacing the part so back to O'Reillys for me. Nathan went above and beyond helping me find the perfect rivet to replace the one I lost. Best part store I've been to.

I don't know what it is about this O'Reillys, but they have always been super helpful. They get you out as quickly as they can and have had what I needed every time; they have never given me grief on warranty exchanges. The only thing that kinda stinks about the store is the location; getting out of the lot can really blow when traffic is thick.

Staff at this one are better than many of the locations. They don't seem rude or upsetJay gave me a great price check and insight on what I was buying.

Excellent people! I found out my vehicle's A/C serpentine belt/drive system was modified and after slipping on three different belts meant for the car it still was too loose. I went to this O'Reilly and the female and male representative went out of their way to help me in my situation. I brought in the factory BMW M6 A/C belt that I had just bought and tried from BMW to store and they measured it with a belt measuring tool. At that point they got a measurement and went to the back and sold me a perfect fitting A/C Belt. Thank you for saving my day.

I needed chains for the first time during the last big snow. The clerks were helping and told me what to check on my tires without making me feel stupid. When I called back with the right information, they graciously agreed to set the correct chains aside for me until I could get there. The clerks knew exactly where they were when I arrived. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Competent and helpful service.

Friendly staff greeted me when entering today. The rep who helped me was knowledgeable about the lightbulbs I needed. He even shared some tips for the installation and informed me of the warranty policy. Felt confident about my purchase.

Every time I go in, there is someone there to help. Last visit, was looking for a specific nut. They didn't have it, but they sure tried to find it, or something that could maybe work for my needs. I appreciated the effort!

Great customer service. Helpful with answering questions. Only ever had issues with one employee obviously not knowing much if anything about his job but I just avoid going to him for help.

My only "complaint" is that there was no music playing in the store. Minor detail, though, as the service was great! The employees did a great job managing the flow of customers so no one had to wait very long. Signage over the aisles is clear and helpful and employees are knowledgeable and were able to answer my question.I had forgotten my wallet, so I placed an online order that went through immediately and I didn't have to wait any longer than if I had been paying with a card. Which was fortunate because...no music. To top it off, Toby helped me install my new wiper blades so they were ready to go before it started to rain again.Thank you, O'Reilly's!

4 customers waiting in line while an employee couldn't find requested items while a second employee was visible 20 feet away stocking items behind the counter. Neither employee made any effort to assist the other waiting customers.

Just fine. They didn't have something out on the shelf and when I asked they found it behind the counter. Nice staff. Helpful.

I have been going to this location and have spent a ton of money with O' Rieleys. I was accused of stealing one piece out of a 10 count of door panel brackets, I was returning? Calling me a thief & we got in a agreement and they banned me from going back to the store! This location has terrible management & did a terrible job handling the situation!!Will never go back!!!

I have had mostly fine experiences at O'Reillys and the 2 star review is to gain attention but really it's because of Payton. Assuming the name on my receipt is accurate and the man wasn't merely posing as Payton to avoid being held accountable.I asked for a stock check on windshield wipers. Payton said tgat I didn't need the item code I was asking about and did a stock check and redirected me to another location.I went to the other location where a lady did a stock check for me and said the item I was looking for was in stock at the first location I went to.So I went back, Payton redirected me to another associate who found the wipet in the back.Payton is either lazy or dumb.If the person who is helping you is Payton, get a second opinion on stock levels. If payton is reading this and is annoyed at me using Paytons name so much, just do a proper stock check next time instead of making up a story of how they got rid of a sku.

I love this store. I am there multiple times per week because of my job. The manager is fantastic. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. On nights and weekends you get the "B squad" and they're not as good, but still get the job done.

Great local automotive parts & supply store. On this visit I needed a gas cap, thanks to my kid, who left mine on the bumper during an early morning gas run. They had the cap. I was in and out in 10 mins. Cost me 12 bucks. They carry all your replacement bulbs, windshield wipers, car batteries, and engine parts. Just tell em your make & model and what part you need and they look it up in their system. No hassle, easy, convenient service. If the part by chance doesn't fit they'll gladly return or replace it - just keep your receipt!

As good as most auto parts stores - usually have OEM replacement parts available for most recent makes and models. They have a used oil depository, they have battery and alternator and starter testers. The staff is friendly and kind, they offer minor assistance with some part purchases such as windshield wipers and other small parts.Only docked one star for the (expected) staff errors and general lack of technical knowledge that you sometimes desire while shopping at an auto parts store. Don t expect expert advice on whatever project or issue you may be having.Recommended store, just know what you need when you go in and confirm the part you purchase is the correct one for your vehicle.

I usually stop here a few times a week. I went in, employees are standing around talking.Okay got it.One employee tries to help me while eating Cheetos. Then the other employee tries to help me. I asked a question and she said "I've never worked on a car, so I don't know". I was trying to buy her product! Now I'm going to buy somewhere else. I'm more confused than anything else, where did customer service go?

Today, I walked over to this O'Reilly Auto Parts for a cover to put on my car. The clerk told me he was, in his words, "Not selling you nothing!" because I was not wearing a FACE MASK when I walked into the store. That was the first time in 5 years of being a rewards member here I've gone into an O'Reilly store and had an employee rudely tell me to get out without selling me the item I wanted, for no good reason. I am done with this company. Who has time for a corporation whose employees treat long time, loyal customers like dirt?

I cannot say enough about the guys at this O'Reilly's. There have been several times that I have stopped in there for car advice and a few times I've even needed some mechanical assistance (ie:my gas lid getting locked) and they are always willing to come out and help a lady out! I so appreciate it as not everyone has a handy man at home to do this little stuff. Thank you SO much for being so awesome and helpful with a smile.

A huge "Thank You"!! to Ian! To me he went above and beyond as he stayed open after closing to help me get me a battery replacement for my wife's car that had just died. As I was leaving another gentleman came in and asked for help with testing his battery. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, there was Ian with the tester helping the guy out. His dedication and selflessness goes way beyond to just being an employee and I thank you very much for your help. Whoever is his supervisor, y'all need to give this guy a raise!

They sold me the wrong spark plugs, cabin air filter, engine filter and since they had me buy the wrong spark plugs, they also had me buy the wrong spark plug socket as well. I came in here because my corolla was having issues and the check engine light was on. They tell me it s either a bad ignition coil or spark plug. I decide to buy just 1 spark plug. I later decided to buy 3 more. I removed all the old spark plugs and went to put in the new ones only to find out they re not even the right size for my car....not only was a I sold the wrong spark plug, I had to pay for an Uber to go to the store again to buy more plugs only to have them be the wrong size. How the hell did you come up with the wrong size? I even told the guy the year, make and model of my car. I should ve known better when the guy thought my Toyota Corolla was a Subaru...

I have a brand new battery was used a couple time before I brought it to this store around 4 pm Friday June 2nd to charge. The lady told me to come back within an hour to pick it up then she called me 15 minutes later told me that she accidently did something to the battery and it may take more than 4 hours to charge. Since I cant wait that long, so i just come and pick it up. Today Tuesday, I went to another Oreillly to charge and they told me the battery was broken and cant be charged anymore. I know charging battery is free but with the lacking of knowledge and careless from the employee which can broke your $150 battery. Never bring your battery to charge at this store or any Oreilley.
