In the past, I used to go to this place and wasn't satisfied with the service. However, I decided to give it another chance after a change in ownership. To my surprise, the new owner completely turned things around! The service was excellent, honest, and the pricing was very reasonable. I'm thrilled with the outcome; the exceptional service is a wonderful bonus. Without a doubt, I will be returning for future visits.

I have had came to this shop to fix my minor body damage; it was good but not the best, I am certain that there is a better body shop around. My review is based on the result of my car.

I walked in here referred by friend, who talked excellence of this place.I felt and experienced right exactly what I was told. I am super happy and satisfied with their services. They seem very honest and do high quality work. I would definitely come back again.

I been here 2 times to get my car fixed and they always do a fantastic job. I had to get my bumper redone and they fixed it with no problem. They quoted me 400 less than the next competitor. Will be back if my car breaks down again.

I've been a customer twice now at NW Auto Body Shop and both times I've found them to provide outstanding service. They are professional, friendly, very reasonably priced, and they do a perfect job. I've had the front end of my car replaced the first time (due to it having smashed headlong into a brick wall),and the entire side and hood repainted the second time (due to vandalization). Both times the work was done in a timely, skilled, and gracious manner. They also detailed the inside of the car beautifully each time for no extra charge. I mean, my car was spotless inside and out when i picked it up, both times. And i was surprised and very relieved at how much less it cost then i was expecting, which was the result of a generous discount given. I am so grateful for their kindness ,and the wonderful job they did, once again! I highly recommend NW Auto Body Shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is a great repair shop if you need non-insurance repair work done. They will work with you to give you what you want. For me, a good quality repair using fillers and/or reconditioned parts (when available/desired) for a very reasonable price, and they will be up-front about any repairs they cannot guarantee. Note: on one recent job they used filler on a cracked bumper and it initially looked great! Though the filler eventually lost its shape a little, causing a small dimple to form, it was a good temporary solution enabling me to delay replacement of a $1000 bumper until the next fender bender.

Joseph was awesome! Our car was totaled out by insurance and he worked really hard to score used parts and then did an awesome and speedy job fixing our car once he obtained the parts. Total bill came in way under my budget!

I have got my car fixed which was fine, They removed my car information sticker off from the drivers side quaterpanel and i still did not receive it from them since this year January. Most of the times they wont answer their phone calls and even if they do they seem to not care at all. I don't really recommend this place due to poor service and care.

Work was finished, but attention to detail was seriously lacking. Sticky residue left on trunk lid. Trunk/battery terminal was left full of sanding/paint residue. Amplifiers were removed without knowledge and reattached without care. Gaskets left missing until I called to ask about them.Would likely not return here.

Very strenuous process. The owner joe decided to use genuine parts without consulting myself or insurance company. The insurance company wasn't happy about this, leading to dispute. I was left in the middle and having to make countless delays (8days), phone calls (11x), and having to possibly pay out of pocket were it not for my oem endorsement. I was 0% fault for this accident yet had to go thru too much stress bc this repair shop didn't show much effort to communicate with myself or insurance company. DO NOT recommend this place. Go to kings collision repair in mill creek. very professional.

Awesome, awesome auto repair shop. Joseph was great in working with me and the insurance company. Everything was smooth and easy with no delay's whatsoever. Would definitely do business here again

Honestly, I can't speak for the body work that they perform. I was involved in an accident and stopped by with a few questions. MAJOR language barrier. The guy who assisted me was willing to help but just couldn't understand English well. I tried to call thinking that would help but it did not. Patience or the ability to speak their native language will be necessary. My humble 2 cents.

The problem was this is that my girlfriend had lulled in here cause her truck had died and the "owner" didn't even ask her if she needed help just started yelling at her and telling her to get off the property that it isn't her problem that she needs to leave! Don't ever do business with this place to treat a women or anyone like this is not ok.

Was not at the body shop was at the dealer ship. Don't buy a budget car from them. Unless you are a mechanic or have money to fix it. If something goes wrong after you leave the dealership you are on your on.

Went in to ask for a quote since they were advertising a 50% off promotion. Was told to go somewhere else because they would charge to much.
