Spent $1100+ on touch up and paint correction here. Job quality was 4+, kudos to Thomas. Few spots on bumper can be further sanded and polished. But I can understand it.However I don t understand why they call me dishonest after they knew I did PPF elsewhere. The full front PPF quote they gave me was $1000+ higher than another authorized XPEL installer. So when I decided to do PPF, I didn t bother mentioning because I didn t trust them as a honest PPF installer. This later became their excuse to blame me and why they didn t do a better job.

I took my car to NWAS for a mold treatment after the dealership told me I needed to remove and replace the entire carpet. NWAS shampood everything, did an ozone treatment, and cleaned all surfaces for a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge for replacement. My car looks better than when I bought it used! There were a couple of minor plastic items that were damaged during the detail which they ordered and replaced for me the following week. I woulr definitely recommend if you are looking for general detailing or a mold removal service!

These guys are absolutely amazing. I've had them do work on both my cars. Detailing and tint work and every time they have been awesome. They just did my wife's Ford Fusion which is a beautiful Deep Blue. When we bought it it had loads of swirls and light scratching because the previous owner felt that it was a good idea to go through paint Grinders. It now looks amazing, I will not trust my vehicle to go to anyone else.Came back to these guys again to have some tint done and protectant film on my bumper. Flawless work as always. I actually had to do a double take the film was so good I thought they forgot to do it lol.

I have two little boys that destroyed my Armada these guys made it look BRAND NEW!!! Fantastic, polite, kind, worth every cent.

I may not have the most expensive car they ve ever taken care of in terms of having a vehicle detailed here but I m pretty sure it s definitely near one of the dirtiest. Needless to say, I have a tiny human who s three & I myself am prone to making messes. My chest catches more food than my mouth does and my dry cleaning bill would attest to that.That all brings me to the level of professionalism, courtesy & attention to detail done at NWAS, there s not a shop that could do a better job at all that and then some.I was honestly worried at the little cracks & crevices getting cleaned out because the interior of my car looked like it had been attacked by an army of crumbs & the crumbs won. Though there was NOT A LICK left behind when I picked it up. What I m trying to say is my car went to boot camp & it dropped 10lbs in crumbs, dirt, & everything imaginable that a tiny human could leave behind. I m telling you, my girl LOOKS GOOD.She also must ve stopped by the salon on the way back to me & got a nice shampoo & shine because the stains were gone (remember that bit about me having a tiny human? well chocolate milk stains on cream cloth interior is NOT a mom s best friend). The outside is also glistening so bright I swear I could hear angels singing as I approached my car. Had to throw my shades on she was shining so bright.This was a waaaay better experience than the detailing I ve had done at some sub par shops in the past. You truly get what you pay for.Needless to say, I couldn t be happier with the work that was done by the team here at NWAS. The team that Blake has assembled here for the work that they do at the shop couldn t be more top notch if they tried.Lastly, kudos to Ben for taking his time & giving me the breakdown on Window Tinting for Dummies. He really walked through my options & gave me a detailed idea of what could be done & what he think I d be happy with. I appreciated every bit of his time & expertise & will be coming back to get that done so stay tuned for an update on this ridiculously over explained review.

Got my CHR detailed with them this past Friday and I am very impressed with their work! Though it was a new car it did have some minor scratches which they were able to remove. It looks great!

Blake and his team does TREMENDOUS work. Their very high attention to detail and passion in making your car look as best as it can, is beyond amazing.NWAS is the only place that touches any of my cars (and the last three that I've owned too).Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Paint protection, Window tinting, Auto interior vacuuming, Vehicle window tinting, Car waxing

I had to get some custom vinyl work done to my car, so I wanted to shop around for similar local businesses. And although there were a couple shops that were under consideration. I ended up going with NorthWest Auto Salon, primarily because the other shops just seemed to lack the Human Element .At NorthWest Auto, Ben made me feel completely at ease, and listened thoroughly as I detailed what it was that I had in mind. He was very transparent and I decided to give them a shot. And I couldn t have been more pleased with the end result.The level of detail and precision shows the passion that they have for the work they do. And they will treat your vehicle as if it were their own. Again Ben was very transparent in terms of the cost and even went out of his way to end up saving me some money on the final price. You pay for what you get, and NorthWest Auto is most definitely worth every single penny. The proof will clearly be shown through their work. They gained a loyal customer and I ll be back. You won t regret coming here!

Had he experts at Northwest Auto Salon install the XPEL ultimate paint protection film on my 2017 Nissan GT-R.They did an awesome job. Their quality of work and dedication is top notch. The whole car was protected from front to rear including the sides, pillars, side skirts, side mirror caps etc.While it was in their hands, I requested to have the windows tinted and the car treated with the ceramic coating.Picking up the car was the best part. Glossy, smooth, and better than the day I bought it.Highly recommended

I cannot imagine a better shop. I took a brand new, black Lexus RC 350 F Sport in for a new car package. When they were finished with the paint, on a BRAND NEW CAR, the difference was insane. Every seam, every curve was flawless. Working with them again, I had some wheels come in, after a long wait, and did the Ceramic Pro coating, then we discovered that the wheels were manufactured wrong. These guys had great advice, and were extremely accommodating. We will get it fixed, and that car won't see the inside on another detail shop as long as I own it. Super knowledgeable, and everyone I have talked to there have been great guys. And the eye candy cars that are in there make the visit pretty fun, too. Seven stars, damnit!

Awesome job! Met and exceeded my expectations. I took my 2017 Corvette Z06 to have new car detail, expel and ceramic coating applied to the car. Very professional. Great communication through the entire process with Blake putting me at ease about leaving my expensive car with them. Attention to detail. Up front pricing with no hidden fees. They also did some paint correction with no extra charge. Thanks again

As the owner of a new car for the first time, I reached out to NWAS for questions about paint protection, being clear that I knew nothing about it but was interested in what they had to offer.I spoke with Blake on the phone, and then exchanged a series of emails. His communication was prompt, thorough, and he was happy to explain to me all of the components in complete detail so that I could understand what I would be getting, and what to expect.For unrelated reasons, I was not able to actually get any work from them, but I am now much more knowledgeable about the world of high end paint protection.If I am ever again in their area and in need of detailing, pain correction & protection, or other related services, they would be my first choice.

Ben and Team did a great job tinting the windows on my 2019 Lexus IS350. They had done such a great job on my previous car, I brought my new car over and was met with another excellent experience! These guys are pros at what they do, seeing exotic cars in/out of their shop in Lynnwood. If you need a detail or want your car tinted or protected, come to NWAS. You won t be disappointed.

Blake and his crew at NWAS are the best of the best. I've been bringing my car in there since 2011 and wouldn't let anyone else touch it. They recommend and suggest what the car actual needs so you can make the best decision on how you want to move forward. And with the paint protection and monthly hand washes my car still looks brand new. Great place and atmosphere and highly recommend bringing your car in. NWAS is top notch!

Blake and his team are the best in the business. I have had them do various things for both my F150 and my Wife's Audi. It is always perfect . It is obvious when you walk in and see a whole range of vehicles from exotics to domestic daily drivers being cared for with the utmost skill .

Before I brought my car to NorthWest, it had a literal jungle of mold growing in it, and gallons of water sloshing around in the spare tire well. The team gave me an accurate and fair estimate for how much it would cost, and then delivered stellar results, precisely on time. After I arrived to pick the vehicle up, they walked me through every step of their process and helped me understand how to prevent the problem from recurring. They were patient, kind, and non-judgmental. They even treated the documents I had left in the glove compartment! I was 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them for anyone in need of mold remediation.

Blake will take care of you. This is a really top-of-the-line shop. I brought my Mustang in to get some paint protection film applied to my car and rock chips repaired before-hand. 9/10 rock chips were fixed but one was too bad to fix without repainting the whole bumper. I am happy with the work NWAS does. My only regret is that I didn't get my car in here sooner before rock chips did their damage :(Protect your cars, people! The Xpel film NWAS uses is excellent and Blake will give you a good price for first class service and paint protection products!Thank you!

All I can say is... WOW! These guys never seize to amaze me!Everytime I take my car in, they treat it like one of the high end fancy cars they detail and take care of.I just took my car in for a wash/wax and interior detail and when they were done.... Oh... My..... God! It looks like a brand new car right off the lot! I am so greatful and so in love with how my car looks and the feel of the clay bar wax.. It feels brand new! They are truly a master of their craft!I had my car windows tinted there a couple of years ago and that was beyond words! I have never, in my life, had a car I enjoy taking in to these guys, until this car.I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is looking for window tinting or even a wash/wax to go to NWAS because they will do right all the time!Thank you guys again so much for taking care of my Mazda! I am forever greatful!Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

This place is amazing. I've been coming here for 4 years now. They can make your brand new vehicle look even better! They treat my Toyota's as well as they treat the rest of the six figure exotics in their shop. I'm a customer for life!

Don't be scared off by the $200k cars, they do stuff for normal people too! I took my 2003 Lexus in for a full headlight restore with Xpel film, and some touch up work on a wretched hood scratch. Ben was great, and made sure I understood he would not be able to get any of it perfect, but the best it could be. He did do that and better! The lights look amazing, and I'm on the pickier side; they are now protected, and the hood scratch is minimal. He also went above and beyond and cleared some other chipping around my grill. It looks ready to sell, but nobody is getting this car from me! Hah.

I was thoroughly impressed with NorthWest Auto Salon. They run a tight ship. A lot of the other "detailing" companies, if you want to call them that, claim to do what NWAS does but all the other local companies fall short of the mark. NWAS takes pride in their work and it shows. All of the employees seem to love working there. The guy behind the front desk is super chill to hang out with while you're waiting. They set the standard for what a good detailing company should be and regularly surpass all expectations. I couldn't recommend them more.

Started using them for our support vehicle details this year. About 30 vehicles in all. I wanted the basic detail job , they did a nice job. Will definitely be using them again

There is no better detail shop in town. I bring my car here every couple of years to have it fully detailed, have scratches and little dents removed. It provides me a new car experience for far less than the cost of the taxes on a new car. Sure it may be a bit costly, but it will hugely extend the time you will use and enjoy your car. It saves you a lot of money in the long run! Even though their shop services expensive exotic cars from dealerships in the area, I so respect that they work with/on anyone's car. You will be in good hands!

I smoked in my car for four years, and drove with my dog and kid, who was a mess in the backseat. I quit smoking and got it fully detailed with HVAC, shampooing, the whole deal. I couldn't believe it when I picked my car. Absolutely like new again, not a single dog hair, perfect. These guys care, and it shows in their work. I recommend them to everyone. Blown away.

Blake and his team at NorthWest Auto Salon are the ABSOLUTE BEST. If you're thinking about taking your car somewhere else, don't do it. The team at NWAS pay attention to the little details that other places ignore. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a detail a car wrapped or dent repair.

Great quality work on high end cars. Detail work and ceramic pro coating were supurb and they really care about their customers. Not cheap but well worth it. Great customer service, nice, knowledgeable employees and a clean shop.
