Yeah customer service is lacking for sure. Went in on a Sunday after looking online and seeing they had what I needed. Long bearded guy looked less then pleased and didn't greet me so I asked for the part and he he said nothing in stock after I already saw online that they had three different options so yeah lame af

The se�orita that works here is very helpful, I always have random issues that can't be fixed with the year make and model of the vehicle and she goes an extra mile to help with the issue

Great shop just like any other auto parts store. Whenever I pick up items for door dash here they always have it ready sitting on the counter. Very friendly employees too.

Overall terrible experience for something that should you'd think should have been quick and painless. With no other shoppers in the store and 3 employees behind the counter and not a single acknowledgement or simple "hi, we'll be right with you". I was just ignored until someone finally made eye-contact, even then he seemed annoyed that I was even there. Then just flat-out refused to lift a finger to start a return for an online purchase (still within the return window), even though their website clearly states:"Participating NAPA Stores can also process returns and exchanges of NAPA Online ship-to-home purchases. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is not required for in-store returns."I used to try and go out of my way to shop at NAPA, but not anymore. Thankfully, it was just a ~$16 gasket, and not a larger purchase.

Ken was amazing! He helped us to get rotors for two cars and explained what to pay attention to when purchasing rotors. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

I've been to this Napa part store over the years, They seem to be knowledgeable. however, their customer service and computer skills aren't up to standard. Spent over 10 minutes for a simple exchange. I felt that I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. It wasnt until I asked for a manager that the employee actually started helping me. Not sure that I would be back!

Mike & Jeff are very knowledge, friendly & very good at what they do. They have been taking very good care of my automotive needs for about 10 years! I have always received excellent service at a very fair price and the advise always has helped me & they know I know enough to get into a lot of trouble. I appreciate all the trouble they've helped me out of. I will not go to any big name auto parts stores for a variety of reasons. Lynnwood auto parts is closed on Sundays & I have had to go to "the other guys" and each time I have...I have been disappointed with the level of service & knowledge they say they have. To Mike & Jeff...I apologize for how long it's taken me to write this review...I just got my Google account & am figuring out how to use this "smart" phone. Do you help people with their phones? Lord knows I need all the help I can get. Please keep on doing what you've always done...I'm a diehard customer until the end. Thank you!

These guys are great! Stopped in yesterday looking for an M14 triple square bit, was unable to find a loose one, but we did find one that was included as part of a set. Rather than try to sell me the whole set, the manager (whose name I forget... sorry!) instead told the rep to pull the one bit I needed from the set and sell it to me individually. I didn't even have to ask! Very impressed with the customer service!

I only buy parts from Napa because I always get the right part and its a good quality as well. Napa is known for having professional sales people that know what they are doing they know the questions to ask to deduce the correct part. Very good experiences with these folks and I have come here periodically for decades!

They tried to tell me the open box, no bag temperature sensor was the only one they have TS5617. I wanted the TS5619 $2 cheaper. I see it in the guys eyes that he was lying so I went outside and ordered it online. Ten minutes later I picked the exact model I needed, TS5619 that the "liar" was claiming not to have. What a bad attitude on the guys part, it cost me precious " seconds" of my life. Karma is a ......beard face.

Debbie held the store open for me to get there in traffic. To get new battery that had gone bad it was out of warranty . This was defiantly beyond the requirement of her position. This store had been a family owned franchise until early this year the transition to a corporate store has been lumpy but remarkably smooth under the circumstances the gentleman who had trouble with the application issue I can assure him that was not usuall for this store.

Great place to shop. OEM parts for my BMW were perfect replacements (plugs and only 2coils out of 6) . Coils are 95 bucks, and they helped me trouble shoot that I only needed 2....big thank you.

Worst experience ever !! Part ordered on line wasn't available to pick up even I had confirmation email from the store. Store manager, Ken Rayment , tried to sell similar item and mentioned NAPA corporate advertising non available items for sale through the internet. Rayment refused to give me a corporate customer service contact information.

These guys have what you need, when you need it, at the right price. I've lived all across the country from east to west and NAPA has what you need at the right price. Props to the front desk staff for being patient and kind.

I had a problem that two auto repair stores did not have time to deal with. Debbie Horton came out in the rain and help me realign my windshield wiper blades so they did not Clump on the metal frame of my car. She would not take cash as payment. So I hope she likes the pizza I will send her way later on.

This store is very unfriendly, I just went into the store today to buy a couple things and the staff was very curt with there comments with anything that was asked. When I went to pay with my American Express card I was told nobody accecpts that card any more except costco.I dont have a problem if a store does not accept one card or another its just the way these people acted on it.Will not be going back to this store.FYI we just moved our business to Moountlake Terrace this week and have 40 trucks and was looking for a local parts store to get to know.

The staff is on point. The helped me with a warrenty for my alternator. They quickly switched out my old for a new one and I was on my way.
