My recent visit to car wash today was a letdown. Attendants lacked communication and failed to properly dry my car at the end of the wash. I thought a hand dry is included when paying for the most expensive wash? I could be wrong, but I had a tip in hand waiting for them to come at the end but they didn t. Parts of the car wash was broken and didn t rotate or spin, leaving part of my car not as clean. It also completely stopped working mid way through the wash. The overall experience was disappointing. Only cool part is my daughter loved the lights in the wash. Do not recommend this car wash, there s better places with working equipment and better attendants

Good selection of snacks and drinks. Has a carwash which does a good job with workers in the front and back to dry off and wipe down the car.Haven't tried the cafe or oil change service yet, but plan to in the future. Will update this post then.

This place has an amazing, fresh cooked hot breakfast and lunch counter, lots of easy to go quick options made daily, and really friendly staff. This is my go to spot before heading to work and I can get an good, inexpensive, and filling breakfast quickly. Super clean restrooms!!

Love this station.work family place been here almost 20 years.i love it.all staffs are awesome fast friendly.just a place you adored,you want a hang out at. you'll love it.thanks again I love my people at work.thanks to the lavigne family and those bosse's all staffs can't thank you enough eguys! .my work is a happy place Ty :P.B.

We stopped here to take advantage of the sign that says get 10 cents off per gallon with a car wash so we went through the car wash and followed with getting gas. On th� receipt from the car wash is a code for the discount. When we went to apply it the code wasn t working so we went inside to ask the manager and front desk and they told us they could apply it because we needed to get gas first. Nobody ever said anything about this nor is there a sign that s says this. Extremely misleading and super disappointed the staff weren t more help. I m honestly extremely unhappy and feel like I was lied to and brushed aside by staff!

The kids doing the drying is lazy and was on his phone when we needed our car dried. Totally disappointed

Boom. Deserves a negative rating. Stopped twice during the wash. Scratched my new car. The rims were about 50% clean, the back end of my car not cleaned at all. The wax didn't leave what was cleaned shiny at all. Difficult to find the entrance, and getting out of this place is a form of traffic hell. Avoid at all costs. I recommend the Glint on Hwy 99 in Everett.

Love this place! been going for years for every oil change! love the free car wash and free coffee. never a wait to get in and they are fast and friendly! make sure to go on line for your $10.00 coupon!

1st time there for oil change and they definitely have my business for good.Great people there from the techs and cashier. They were all friendly and great customer service.Free refreshments ( coffee, drinks ) while you wait and a free car wash that you can use anytime.Most important aspect is they use Mobile 1 motor oil which what I only use for all my vehicles.I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I'm not sure about the auto car wash because my car has never been really clean, even after the most expensive option. Also it's kinda sad that there is just one guy at the end of the tunnel and he takes care of the left mirror only.The self wash was pretty good today. I just wish the area would be cleaned up right away after customers left garbage there but nobody took care of it.

Love the service here, everyone is friendly and they treat you right. This place and Rose Hill car wash in Kirkland are the only car washes that ever get my Subaru completely clean, they hand wipe the mirrors and under the back window spoiler which everyone else seems to miss.I also get my oil changed at the lube place here, you get a free ultimate wash when you get an oil change which is nice. They also know what they are doing and don't try to criminally upsell you on things like at other oil change chains around the area. They do an inspection, so they will tell if you actually do need filters or lights, but they aren't offended if you thank them for letting you know and then just change the filters or bulbs yourself.The lube place also has a nice little mini Mart where you can grab a stinky-tree air freshener or a 6 pack of cider while you wait for the oil change. Overall, I'm a big fan and always go here even though it's a bit out of my way location-wise.

Save your money! Pulled in, asked for the full Monty (17 bucks) tipped the kid $3 bucks and then .No one touched my car (large SUV and very dirty) was put in the tracks and sent through the wash.I was thinking, that s strange as usually they brush wash the tires & back but since I d never been here before, I thought, maybe this is an awesome auto wash that does it all? Anyway, got home and went to take something out of the back and realized the whole back of the car, even the window was still filthy!Didn t even look like it had been through a wash. I had to hand wash it!It s absolutely the worst car wash I ve ever experienced. I thought of going back (I was upset) and give them my best Karen but had too much going on. Total rip off! If this is how they wash a car, no way are they getting under the hood and doing an oil change.Don t do it!

The only place open 24/7 on 196th East of I5. Friendly staff, good selection, Cafe I hear has decent moderately priced fresh made food. Nice car wash and oil changes done too.

Had my oil changed they give you a free car wash. Great service pretty quick!! Friendly people from now on only taking my car here for oil!

Everytime I come here. (About 7 experiences) My car never comes out clean. Which is a shame because my car is bright highlighter yellow, so its pretty obvious where the people and machines missed. One specific young guy at the end tunnel does a good job drying my car up, unfortunately when he isn't around my car will be dried with wet/dirty towels so streaks will appear everywhere. The people at the front of the tunnel seem to spend more time talking to eachother usually.I come here when I come up from seattle visitng my folks, otherwise I would suggest going to a self wash

A review of a gas station? Really? Yes! Really! This is no ordinary gas station!Gas, car wash (the proper kind! Multiple friendly and hard working soapy spray welding attendants to focus on problem spots before your car is taken through a colorful adventure in scrubby thunky cleaning and spat out all nice at the end!), oil changes, tolerable coffee even to my picky tastes, and fresh made sandwiches and wraps on weekdays!!), this is an overall great service station with incredible customer service. Some of the nicest people around work here.I prefer my oil changes done at the dealer nowadays, mostly because they're five entire minutes from my house, but Mr Kleen handled a lot of oil changes for my '87 Ford back when I was a student, roughly three vehicles and a hundred years ago. (Yes, an oil change is something you should know how to do on your own vehicle, yes I know how, yes I am overjoyed to pay someone else to do it for me. Let's skip that.)The oil change staff did make some mistakes in those seemingly endless oil changes, but also always owned up to them and worked with me in making it right when needed. They never lied about any maintenance my car needed or tried to upsell me. That is a rare thing, rarer than it should be.If you're in the area, make the trip! Get some gas, get a car wash. You'll have a nice time and you won't break the bank doing it. Have a baby? A pet? Get the extra super fancy car wash. Watch their reactions. Worth every penny, my friends.

This is all around the best gas station in the area. Great beer, sandwiches, car wash, service station and especially staff who remain the same friendly faces for decades. Seems like a good family of ownership who treat their employees like family and create somewhat of a wonderful trickle down effect to the customer and community... Kudos and thanks!I only have my car's oil changes done here and they have always completed properly. .I do recommend this place to all my friends nearby!

Just wanted to thank the crew for 13 plus years of great, reliable, honest service. I live in lake stevens and still drive out to Lynnwood for every oil change.

Oil change is great - they always are much faster and cheaper than other places so I always make an excuse to visit my parents in Lynnwood when I need a change. My recent car wash was only okay though. Still had visible dirt around my rear license plate area from the basic wash when I was done.

My go to for oil changes. Free coffee, good service and free car wash. Always friendly and helpful staff. Remember to get your online discount coupon and show them on your phone...the will accept it by just showing them on your phone.

This is a message to the owner or management of Mr Growlers.Apparently I am no longer welcome to this place because I decided to walk out last week after at 7:57am when I placed my order and then at 835am my order still wasn t ready or anything.Apparently sense that day and when I decided to go back apparently the associate with purple hair decided to take matters into her own hands and pretty said. I am no longer welcomed back apparently she decided to come up with some lie about how they throw away 10.00 worth of food? When it was only 8.00.I only went there to apologize and not order today. But I guess someone had a massive attitude and decided to take out on me.My point is that. I'll never be coming back. Unless I know I can come back and not get yelled at by some associate from something so minor.In the end of it all. I hope the manager or the owner understands that you guys lost a loyal customer for life and not to mention I will be taking my business else where to other places that won t yell at me if I decided to ask for a refund.I hope the owner does something about that all.Because in the end it s not right and the behavior of the associate needs to be addressed and more.

We love this place! Their lube shop is quick and convenient. All staff are always kind and helpful. You can can tell the owners take pride in who they hire and treat them well. We appreciate the great experience every visit.

The employee's are friendly, professionals and easy to talk to. They finished my oil change in about 30 minuets while doing a whole car inspection. Made sure my windshield wiper fluid was topped off, function checked all the exterior lights, tire pressure check etc. This oil change came with a free car wash on top of the multiple servicing and inspections they performed! I will return here again for all my future oil changes, I am a very satisfied customer.

Always a good experience! Just had my oil changed done by the same good people! Always smiling, and of course the place is always clean with free coffee on the side. plus FREE car wash! ALL IN ONE! Thank you! See you in 4 months for my next oil change!
