September - I had a great experience with Brandon from the service department. My van threw an error code and because I live very far away I needed a loaner van in a short timeframe. He was able to get me a van and on my way back to Hansville all with in an hour. If it wasn t for him I would have to pay for a tow over the ferry. He save me time and money. Much appreciated Brandon!December - Well 3 month later I'm going to have to rebute my 5 star review to a 0. I have been told for months that the part is on back order and they can't get it. I decided to start calling dealerships. I found a relatively local dealership in Fife had 10 on hand. Are you kidding me! My van has been parked at the service center for 3 month and I have been able to travel out of state with this loaner, witch I'm currently in need to travel to Idaho to see my ill mom and I have also communicated that to my service rep. I'm extremely bothered by this. I did their job. How is this possible? Don't waste you time. Go somewhere else. In fact, look at a ford van instead.

This is a story of discovery; our class C Winnebago rolled off the lot with a tyranny problem that showed up within 5000 miles on the clock. When you plan a retirement around traveling, your rig evolves into a member of the family second only to one's dog. So when somethings amiss, life's an abyss. As we were crossing the country accessing dealerships within reach proved frustrating when they shrugged and said next appointment is in 3 months. We found Benz Tech in Elkhart for an oil change who correctly surmised that our egr might be fouled. I also took it to Hicks in Corpus who gave me the shrug and said they couldn't find anything wrong. At that point all I could do was to keep making appointments. Luckily the service center I hit next was Lynnwood MB Sprinter Barn. I still had to wait a couple months but within 48 hours these guys nailed it. Now our just broken in Sprinter is spinning like a top.

We take our fleet vehicles here to keep them running well. Very easy to get appointments set up. All work seems to be done well, I can't remember the last time any service had to be redone.

They were able to resolve all of the issues I had required service for (at least for now) literally in ten minutes. Very solid work. Referred me directly to a locksmith who responded same day. Sold me a missing part. Checked my brakes on the spot.

10 days after getting an issue with our van resolved at another Mercedes-Benz service center, we had the engine light come on again with the same code reading. The next closest service center was Lynnwood who were able to see us a week later (such a blessing when you live in your van). Brandon immediately made us feel at ease, explaining everything that was going on and even talking with the other Mercedes center that we had come from. Lynnwood repaired the issue and when we had more trouble just a few days later they repaired that as well, getting us booked in for the first appointment the next day. They were incredibly fast, competent and a relief to work with. We've been to several Mercedes centers across the country and we would recommend these guys above them all.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

As a new RV owner it was time for our first service. Our RV is built on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis so I took it to Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van service location in Lynnwood. Scott Sauer was my service advisor. I explained to Scott that this was my first time getting service done on our vehicle and he went through everything we needed to get done to keep our RV it top condition. More importantly he also explained what didn't need to be done this time, but what should happen on the next service. As the previous owners of the RV had also used Mercedes for service, they had all of the previous records. I can't say enough about the great service I received from Scott and the entire team. From changing appointment times, to keeping me updated via text, to getting the entire job done in less than one day, I really felt like I was being treated like a valued customer. Owning a van is different than owning an automobile. This facility services all kinds of vans: RVs, Adventure Vans, passenger, delivery, service vans, etc. I personally have a Sprinter 2500 4WD Adventure Van they maintained since I purchased it new. The service I receive here is what I would expect at their luxury vehicle department rather than such a utilitarian vehicle. Every one here has been extremely kind, knowledgeable and service oriented and they work in a top notch facility. Owning a vehicle that is a slightly different animal, it is so awesome to have the perfect address for me to take it for quality service. Horrible oil change scheduling experienceI dropped off my Sprinter for an oil change 04/17/23 at 8am, I was expecting to get it done before noon so that I can go to work. By 3pm I still did not receive a message so I contacted the staff and I received a response saying my car will be done in an hour, 2.5hrs later exactly at 5:30pm I get a message saying I can pickup my car(take not that the garage closes at 6pm) I had to rush to pick it up on time. I was told that my oil change took 9.5hrs because the office internet and phone was down. I called the office the following morning to get more information and I was told that the rest of the vehicles that were in for an oil change after mine were done the following morning after my sprinter. It s unbelievable, either I m being lied to or Mercedes has horrible auto service.

I switched to this location for my Sprinter maintenance. The service is phenomenal and the customer experience was so much better than what I experienced in Seattle. It's worth it to drive a few extra miles, especially when this team takes such good care of their customers.Shout out to Brandon Taylor who was my service advisor. He was extremely courteous and made sure to explain all maintenance package details to me and answer any questions I had. He was a great communicator and made sure to get back to me in a timely fashion.I'll definitely be back, this team has earned my business.

I d like to say a huge thank you to Collin, who was very professional and took in our Sprinter van to fix after Seattle Mercedes kept it there for 3 weeks without any progress. Even though they were very busy and extremely backed up, Collin worked our Sprinter van in and was able to resolve the issue within a day and a half! After all the frustration with the horrible customer service at Seattle Mercedes Benz-Sprinter, I wasn t sure what to expect with this location. But boy was I in for a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this place, will tell all my Sprinter- owner friends to take their business here.Service: Electrical

I've been bringing my Sprinter based RV here for a couple of years for service. They're really well optimized for handling large vehicles, making drop off and pickup very easy. They've also been extremely helpful, thorough, and communicative with each visit. Highly recommended for any Sprinter owner.

My experince with Sprinter service of Lynnwood was no less than spectacular, thanks to Brandon handling my account. Brandon took time out of his schedule after hours to accommodate my need to return a courtesy vehicle and get my sprinter repaired even though I had no appointment. Boise, ID - Mercedes Benz saved our trip by helping fix our door that somehow became unaligned and was rubbing on the front fender. We were afraid to use the passenger door. They fit us in and we were out in less than 2 hours.. big screen TV and loads of beverages available along with snacks. Was almost sad we had to leave... great place! Would recommend them 100% to all MB owners!!!JKrieger

Told that the recall work would take 4 to 5 days. Also needed some additional work done on the van. After a week I called to see what status was. Said should be done in 2 days. Called in 2 days and was told by message that the additional work would be over $1000. I gave the go ahead and 2 days later it was done. They should have been calling me to keep me informed. I should not have had to call them.

Quick in and out to get AdBlue. Kinda strange that they make you pay at the desks instead of at the part counter, but they were all very friendly about it! We bought our van at Mercedes of Lynnwood and our info was transferred over which was great.

I'm responsible for making sure the vans for my company are maintained and after having dealt with delay after delay at the dealership in Seattle, this dedicated sprinter service is a breath of fresh air. Being specialists, they are more knowledgeable on any problems that may arise and the turnaround time is impeccable. Great service!

Mixed feelings about this dealership, been there for Insurace claim stolen catalytic they did a great job and sooner than expected thanks them for that but in the same time asked to check for vibration I had since new (2000 at the moment was at dealership) and was told they check and their mechanic that has some feeling about didn t notice nothing how????! It have vibrations all the way from 20-70mph. Annoyed because need to schedule another appointment and lose my time, and who knows what caused this vibration, it can put my safety in danger!

What amazing service. Made appt, got us in on time and in just a few hrs had all issue's fixed. They even got us a ride back and forth from hotel so we didn't have to sit and wait.Scott Sauer was very professional, explaining exactly what was going happen, giving detailed quote. Then once we picked up, went over everything.Thank you!

The facility for vans by Mercedes-Benz is spacious and looks recently built and relatively easily accessible from 99 highway in Lynnwood. Made an appointment for a Thursday but had vehicle towed by mercedes roadside assistance 2 days before, work was completed a day in advance. Agent was very accommodating and needless to say, work was speedy (especially when compared to others in the area). Definitely recommend to other MB van owners.

Mercedes doesn't share information with vehicle buyers so they can replace fuses and make their vehicles street legal. Wanted to know what fuse needs replaced but they refused to share the information. Awful.
