People are amazing here! Very knowledgeable and honest! They checked at my car and taught me a cheaper way to fix the car myself. They also gave me an estimate if we do want them to help us fix it, the estimate was fair and way cheaper than the other repair shop we went to. Highly recommend!

Vicky and her family/team are absolutely incredible.Unfortunately due to several accidents in Seattle/Shoreline over the last year, I ve had to visit them way more often than I would ever like to, but each time I ve needed them they have gone above and beyond for me.Dealing with insurance is extremely stressful, and confusing, and has often brought me to tears; however Vicky has shown kindness, compassion, straightforwardness and honesty that I don t think any other body shops would ever display or deem as necessary. She s given me advice and recommendations that she s truly never had to and I sincerely appreciate it. My car looks brand new and like nothing ever happened. There s clearly a reason why they have 5 stars To say their services are top-notch would be an understatement. I highly recommend Mark 2 Collision.Vicky I m forever grateful for you and your family/team.

Thank you to Mark 2 for being a bright spot in what would have otherwise been a completely horrible experience! Right before Christmas my car got broken into and the stress of having to deal with insurance and finding a good repair shop amongst one of the busiest times of year for car break ins was horrible. Thankfully found Mark 2 and spoke with Vicky who was extremely kind and patient from the very start with that first phone call. Thank you to Vicky for her exceptional service through the entire process and helping make a bad situation better and for the rest of the staff for the great work they did on my car!

Exceptional customer service and technical service for fixing my car after an accident. To say Vicky has gone above and BEYOND is an understatement. Having someone who is objective, unbiased, and always wanting to do the RIGHT thing, is how I would describe Vicky. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My car looks new and I appreciate all the help.I highly recommend going to Mark 2 Collision Center if you ever need any work done on your car.

Shawn and Vicky are amazing and they do equally amazing work! They worked hard for me and worked well with USAA. The car looks like when I took it off the showroom floor a few weeks earlier. Well worth the 2 hour drive to get here.

I love these guys!! It turned out they didn't have to work on my car because it was considered as a total loss by my insurance company. However, it was very difficult working with my insurance, so they stepped in to help get a response back. Also, they answered all of my questions, which made this experience less painful overall.

I wanted to write this review from the beginning but decided to wait until I got the car back. We rearended a car and the front portion was badly damaged. The engine is fine but the coolant was leaked out. We were 4 hours from our hometown and stopped in the middle of nowhere. The worst part is we only have the liability insurance. I called several body shops and they were all too busy to take the car. When I called Mark 2, Vicky picked up the phone and said they were fully booked too. But instead of completely rejecting me, she's trying really hard to find a solution. At the end, she and the shop took the car and take care of everything!! When we saw the car yesterday, we were so excited. It looks much better than prior the accident. Although it's expensive and long drive, but it's really worth it. Thank you Vicky and Mark 2!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

Exceptional and impeccable service I received from Mark 2 Collision. Vicky from the get go was very insightful, helpful and thoughtful. They kept me up to date on the progress of my truck while it was being fixed from my unfortunate accident. Also the shop did an amazing job making my truck look like new again! I'm so happy I did the research and found a good place to take care of the job. If I could I'd give them a million stars! Thank you Vicky and the team at Mark 2 for making this a seamless and less stressful process. If I need a paint job I'll come see you!!!!

I had a fender bender incident with my friend dashing me while parking. So I decided to do OOP repair and I got quotes from 6 to 7 places around Lynnwood. All quotes were slightly little higher than what I got from here.Vicky is the best in what she does. Polite, considerate and gives you upfront heads up. Of course not everything can be said upfront until you open the parts to see the damage. She was prompt in responding and giving options to customers. Works with the customer in deciding whats best and needed for them.Place is super clean, family owned business. And most importantly your is safe is here. They garage your car unless they tell you for what reason is stored out. I had an opportunity to get explained what was wrong in the old part and how it was decided to replace the bumper.Definitely recommend this place for your one stop shop for car repairs.

Did great work on my older car, one they normally wouldn't deal with because of the age. It was tough finding a key piece (bumper), but they did and the work was excellent. They were flexible with scheduling due to weather, but quick with the work once they had my car. They even bent my old bumper away from the tire when I got my estimate, sparing me damage on my low mileage tires!Be prepared to spend an hour or more there for the estimate, as they aren't just going to eyeball it and shout out a number. Gotta really investigate and look up parts to make it a true estimate! My final cost was about what I expected going in, with no major surprises.

This was the first time my vehicle had ever been involved in a fender bender that necessitated substantial repair so I was anxious about trying to find a reputable auto body shop. I am very happy to have found Mark 2 Collision. They did a phenomenal job and my car looks new again.

Went in to get my Rear end of my truck fixed. The truck looks amazing the Workmanship and not only that. They replaced my rear tail light cover that was broken. Also there was a leak on my rear mirror and they got with me and fixed it on the spot. All these little things plus vacuumed and washed the Truck.Highly recommend these guys. This is hands down the best auto body shop around! They make you feel like family! They are super experienced with I surance companies and how the whole process works. (Which I am not) they explained everything from the quoting process to the rental cars and the pick up and drop off. I barely had to do anything but show up. Anytime any of my vehicles have needed body work I have come to them!

I would give 100 stars if I could. Mark 2's second inspection saved me thousands. Concerned my car wasn't safe to drive they shuffled appointments to get me in & insisted on driving me 30 min home so I didn't have to Uber. I was dreading the hours it would take to go through the adjuster > billing > rental car fiasco again & the insurance company was already pushing back on costs, but when Mark 2 called to tell me the big name repair shop that did initial repairs had left my car a complete disaster, they'd already coordinated it all. The GM of the insurance co was on his way out to see the poorly done work himself, billing was handled, & a rental car was scheduled to pick me up. They explained findings in detail, gave guidance on how to speak intelligently & what questions to ask as the claim was closed out, & then offered contact info of family friends when they heard I was worried about filing a diminished claim.Mark 2 was clear that their #1 priority was ensuring consumers were treated fairly & honestly, & provided with quality repairs. Having an advocate when you're otherwise playing a losing game makes all the difference in the world. Salt of the earth people who go out of their way because it's the "right thing to do," who take pride in their work & model their business off of the service they provide their community.. that's a one in a million find.I cant thank you enough Mark 2 & keep up the world class work, you CAN raise the standards in the auto repair industry & your customers will have your back like you have ours, each step of the way.

I have learned that this store's employees are honest and kind, and do their best for customers. I really recommend that you would choose and trust in this store - Vicky, Sean -when you're in trouble with your car accidents and insurance companies of yours and/or the opponent side.

I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Personally, I make about an hour long drive (passing by many other body shops along the way) purely for the level of unparalleled quality, professionalism and overall experience that Mark 2 provides.Here are a few more reasons I would highly recommend Mark 2 Collision Center as the only real choice for your auto body needs:- The staff is comprised of true professionals from the instant they pick up the phone to the moment they hand you back your keys, you ll be dealing with the best in the business through every part of the process.
