Paid 1650 for spark plugs , fuel injection cleaning install new water pump and coolant hose 9 months later he tells me my car is done and bring money and he tells me he replaced the engine. I ask for invoice and sends me a draft invoice showing the 1650 I paid as a down payment for replacing engine. Got a lawyer because I won t get approve for the financing for repair bill because of bad credit . My lawyer called him and told him I will pay but monthly until it is even paid off won t accept our proposal so told him we re gonna take it to court and he said stop wasting his time and take him to court so we did and eon got a court order to pick up the car owner comes out and spits at us getting my wife and the car we had to get a tow truck to tow our car because he deliberately took apart the engine. When we asked why is the car not running his advisor David said how is it going to be fixed if we didn t pay . Not only lost 1650 also my car is 1000 times worse than when it was brought there. New dents on the car , he s dog used my front bumper as a chew toy stays there over night in a kennel by himself until opening don t know about sundays because they are closed but anyways look at photos let me know what you think

These guys are great! They took care of my car during the holidays after someone vandalized it attempting to steal it. Everywhere else I called had months long waits, but legend auto specialists took me in right away. Great customer service and easy to work with. Not to mention they smoothed out a small dent at no extra charge. I appreciate them helping me during a difficult time. Highly recommend

Best shop and best prices. Took care of my issue super smooth. They dealt with my insurance claim in a very professional way. Also rental service is very close to them and they even offered me free ride. This is a highly recommended place.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!1. If you re working with insurance DO NOT bring your car here. They charge crazy amount of labor work which is $175/hour and they double the labor time of your estimate. Insurance won t match their crazy estimate and you will have to pay out of pocket.2. My car didn t get done for 7 weeks. When I said I want to move shop, they said I have to pay $5000 flooring fee although they are the one that has been delaying the work. Very hard to contact. Most calls always go to voicemail.So if you want to save money take your vehicle somewhere else.

My dealership quoted me $2k+ for redoing my brakes. This was around Christmas time and I was freaking out. I called around asking for quotes and these guys quoted me under $1k. I literally burst into tears because I was so stressed on how I was going to afford presents and my brakes. They got my car in the next day and finished it in about 5 hours. PLUS they have a dog in their lobby. And he s literally the cutest land hippo ever

This place truly deserves a 5 star!! I found this deal on Groupon to replace front & rear brake pads & rotors. This place is very accommodating and helped reschedule due to changes in my plan. Their service is quick & reliable. They used top quality ceramic brakes for my BMW brake replacement. They also provided a 2-year warranty on the brake pads.They also helped flush brake fluid for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place, haven t seen anything like this for servicing German cars.Service: Brakes

Legned absolutely deserves 5 stars! I am grateful I found this place.Legend Auto is reliable, friendly, and they try to solve your car issues for you at an affordable price.My Honda Fit A/C compressor blew. Moisture started to build up and the interior started to grow mold. I was searching for an affordable mechanic for a very long time. Typically this costs very expensive to fix/replace. Legend Auto took care of it with an affordable price and with warranty. The owner (Mr. Legend? not sure his name) is a very kind person and very polite. He always smiles and tries hard to help customers. My car is fixed. They also tested the whole A/C system after replacing the compressor. A/C blows hot/cold air and dries my interior now. I did a complete detailing and sanitizing afterwards. And now it works and drives like a new car. They seem honest and reliable. I am very thankful I found them. I will refer all my friends here for ANY future car issues.Service: A/C installation & repair

This is a great place to go for honest service at reasonable prices. I came here for rear brake service after the dealer exaggerated the condition of my brakes and quoted an extremely high price. I found Legend Auto after doing a lot of research. The owner, Wassem gave me a great price and a more accurate assessment of the true condition of my brakes.He was patient, courteous and upfront about what I did and did not need for my car.Service: Brakes

Scam business. Did not even know that I had an appointment with them. The first thing he asked is if I had a group-on and then looked upset. Then he tried to lie to me about liability issue, when they contract clearly has a clause that alleviates them from liability. They wanted me to pay over $400 for minor repair that you can easily get done at Les Schwab for $300. Which is exactly what I did.If you look at prior reviews, they lie and attack everyone that leaves a negative review. So, they will probably do the same to me.

My car had problem with the transmission. I called this shop and I was able to get a quick appointment. They did great and they offered a very good price. I highly recommend this shop.

This shop has been great to work with. Anytime I have needed to get my car in for a repair or looked at, they get me in right away. They are super efficient and professional. They know I need my car for work so they are always sure to get it done correctly and timely. Even replaced a bulb in my tail light out of curtesy. The people who work here are so friendly and informative! Today, the Legend Auto Specialists gave my older high-mileage vehicle an oil change. They were nothing less than fantastic. My car is old and needs a lot of work, yet the Legend team was accommodating, supportive, and professional. This place deserves Five-Stars all the way. Update: When I arrived, the car wasn't ready....we ended up having to wait for about an hour...finally they said bring it back the next day as they needed a part. This was two weeks after they got the car. They should have ordered the parts and had it done on the agreed date. When we brought it back the next day, we had to wait hours for them to try to fix it and then they had the wrong part. The guys were very nice and apologetic, but I would put my review down to 3 stars.Original Review: These guys are terrific! They are assisting me with a used car I purchased...gave me a pre-purchase inspection at a reasonable price with good details to help me decide if I wanted to buy it. Now they are working to fix the few things they found...all while I was in Alaska. It is good to find kind and trustworthy folks to work with. Really appreciated that these guys squeezed me in late on a Saturday. Their vehicle inspection was very thorough. The service salesman was kind and answered all my questions.We enjoyed going to O Finnigans close by for bar food while we waited. They were pretty quick at that.

Very reasonable price for a very good service and they also only use OE factory recommended parts which is amazing. I went to the dealer and they gave me a very expensive quote for repairs that I didn't even need most of it. I came here and they explained everything to me and what my car really needs. I recommend this shop to everyone looking for a good service at a very good price.

Hands down the best mechanics that i have ever worked with! Yes the customer service is great but It s beyond customer service, the crew here really want the best for their customers and enjoys building quality relationships. I got my transmission rebuilt(my transmission was bad bad) and they did a fantastic job for a great price, my car is running better than ever! Premium service at a budget price!The owner here is very honest and does top notch service at reasonable prices. He didn t have the brake pad for my 09 Miata, but placed an order and got it delivered within 2 hours! Total service time was 3 hours and he gave me a free drink from the cooler for the inconvenience.To top it off, this cost only half what it would have costed if I got my brake pads replaced at the Mazda dealership.If this guy sold gas, he s put Costco out of business. Horrible job on brakes, drove 1 hr 4 times to get them done over and over from Kent paid over $500 for my brakes replaced on my fairly new vehicle. Squeaking noise over and over after every brake job. Horrible Experiences.

Honest and reliable owner. I called about my car issue; the whippers weren't working so it's either the switch or the motor part. I dropped off my car and ready to pick up in 4 hours. I am very satisfied with the work and the price is VERY fair compare to the Toyota service that quoted unrealistic price. I will always go to this place for oil change etc.

Had a nail in my tire and went here to get it fixed. They didn t charge me and were so kind! Definitely recommend for any one having issues with their car. THEY ARE THE BEST!

I chose this company because theycontact with carmax. They did notcharge us the approved 250. Theycharged 397 AFTER we called carmaxand confirmed that no more than 250was to be paid by us. This companyadded fees and taxes on a tax exemptjob. They smiled and nodded and stillcharged the additional that was notapproved by carmax. When I droppedoff, nobody was there and I wasinstructed to leave my keys in a dropbox. There is no communication withthis place and they steal. Do not takeyour vehicle here.
