Wow! Exceptional customer service!!! I traveled halfway across the country to purchase a used vehicle from Land Rover Seattle because the vehicle was immaculate, the online listing very detailed and as I said before, the customer service was exceptional! My rep, Natasha, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. She went out of her way to help me, answer my questions, and all-around made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Being that I flew in and drove back, I needed a ride from the airport the following morning. Brent, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, scheduled an Uber for me, but my not being Uber savvy, Natasha and Brent took care of it all so I merely knew the details to get in the right ride. When I arrived the truck was waiting in a covered space completely detailed and with a bow on it! Felt like one of those Christmas commercials. Natasha went over the truck with me and then passed me to finance to finish the deal. Melissa, Finance Manager, was just as nice, knowledgeable, and professional as everyone else and made the money piece simple and enjoyable. She even managed to save me $1,500 (thanks again, Melissa!). I absolutely recommend Land Rover Seattle for your car buying experience. Great dealership! Thanks again, Natasha, Melissa, and Brent!!!

Had the pleasure of purchasing a used Mercedes AMG GT working with Sean Hennessey Kent and it was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I live in CA and flew in to Seattle to take possession of the car so that I could drive it back home. Look this is not a Jaguar or Range Rover that I purchased yet he went above and beyond on the purchase from: Setting an appointment up for a 3rd party review with the shop I selected, to re checking and helping to obtain a lower finance rate, to sending an Uber to pick me up at the airport. Finally having the car cleaned and ready in their presentation garage. Oh and let me add he video every inch of the car and gave me his honest feedback and agreed to have the car put on the rack to FaceTime with a mechanic in my family to review underneath the car.I have told everyone at my job and frankly anyone who will listen about awesome job Sean and the staff did to made this purchase happen. Let me add Lliiam the Finance Mgr who made that process simple and quick.I live in CA and would not hesitate to purchase another car from Sean and this dealership - even if I have to fly and drive it. Customer for life

Honestly the best hands down! Friends were borrowing our Rover to go back home at Thanksgiving. The engine light came on while in Carnation before their trek back to Vegas. Robin at this location not only got them in, found the problem and fixed it within a couple hours. We paid by phone and they were able to get in the road the next morning. That would NEVER happen in Vegas and there are two service centers. Top notch customer service Robin!

We ve been happy customers of Land Rover Seattle since 2015. Sean is our man he s made every single experience we ve ever had there wonderful. He goes out of his way to ensure our happiness and to make the somewhat stressful situation of buying a vehicle a pleasurable one. I do not have enough kind words for him or for the entire company (i.e., financing & service department) for that matter. We love our new 2023 Defender Trophy Edition thank you, Sean!

Good morning!This is one of those unfortunate times when community forums can actually be used to warn others of potential pitfalls and because I actually care about the people in this community I feel like it needs to be shared. 2 years ago I purchased a Range Rover from Range Rover Seattle in Lynnwood right next to the I5 entrance. I was hoping to help out a new salesman there who I had known from a while back at Brier Pizza. Range Rover makes beautiful cars. Unfortunately they are not well made. I probably should have listened to the dozens of people who told me this.Within 6 months my car was in the shop for screeching brakes. The fast-talking service department charged me a significant amount to repair something they had missed on the certification inspection. I had to go to war with them and after running my concerns up the flagpole finally got a comped service since I was still under warranty. 6 months later I was back in the shop for the same issue. 2 months after that, same thing, followed by two more trips within the month. Over and over again I was assured they had identified the issue and it would cease to be a problem. Always within days my car was turning heads, unfortunately not in envy but because my brakes sounded like a middle schooler s first attempt to form a metal band.The dealership was a nightmare to deal with. Excuses, accusations, and outright lies about what work was done became commonplace. Finally due to frustration, I purchased a new car and consigned my Range Rover to a high end dealership in Bellevue to sell for me. This morning I received a call from them detailing that upon my last round of brake work by Range Rover Seattle had twisted and misaligned my brake caliper which posed a serious safety risk to the function of the vehicle. He also informed me that unfortunately this has been becoming more and more common with Land Rover who are looking for the quick fix instead of doing real maintenance work.I am taking the time to write this today, not to slam a business, but because I am fortunate enough to be able to absorb the costs associated with Land Rover s lack of ethical business. Some people, however, may not be able to. This could be a devastating financial blow for someone. People work hard for their money. They deserve to be treated ethically, honestly, and with integrity. Sadly you will not find any of these qualities at Land Rover Seattle. After taking the time to speak with the head of LR Seattle and sending him overwhelming proof from the last two years of the failure in their work his response was essentially: We are a new company we can t take responsibility. Best of luck. The sales staff also lack any semblance of professionalism.I would highly encourage you to avoid Land Rover Seattle at all costs. If you are in the market for a Range Rover work with a dealership who guarantees their work.

People at the dealership are fine, but Land Rover vehicles have reliability issues, and the manufacturer does not consistently address manufacturer defects.We bought a new Discovery in 2019. Windshield started to leak at the end of 2021. We called the dealership, and they said there had been a recall. We hadn't been advised previously. Dealership replaced the windshield under the recall. Two years later, the replacement windshield started to leak in the same place. Land Rover told us we were on our own. We used the glass company used by the dealership to replace the windshield again. The glass company said there was a design flaw in the OEM windshield. They were forced to use the same OEM windshield in the recall. They recommended not using the OEM windshield again, given the flaw. They replaced it with an aftermarket windshield, for which the glass company will provide a lifetime warranty. I asked Land Rover USA to reimburse us, but they refused. Hard to believe Land Rover will risk losing a loyal 15+ year customer (on the verge of trading in the Discovery for a new vehicle) over a $1,400 repair that was 100% necessitated by well-known manufacturer defect.

I did not have a good experience buying a used Audi A4 from Seattle Land Rover. They claimed the car was one owner and they did tons of services etc. I cannot use the car because it does not start when cold and it will not idle. I brought this to the attention of the sales rep named Daniil, Amy the customer satisfaction rep and the general sales manager. They did not care and said car was sold as is. This dealership is no different than the ones on aurora avenue, they do not stand by the cars they sell after it leaves the lot. I have to take the car to Audi dealership now and pay for the known issue they passed on to me. I will not buy another car from them and I do not recommend Seattle Land Rover to anyone.

I had a 2 day service appt for 11/22 on a safety recall. I dropped my car off early (on 11/18) in hopes to get it started early and was told it was highly likely it would be done by 11/22 - with the holiday I waiting to inquire on the status until 11/28 at which I was told my paperwork was left on my dash inside my car and my car was not touched or worked on what so ever so on 11/28 at 2pm I was told my car will be ready about 5pm that same day (even though I was told it was a 2 day repair ) when I picked my car up it did not drive the same, lagging with acceleration, and not even making it home it died in the middle of a main high way intersection and had to be towed via Land Rover Roadside, that I was required to pay in full up front for that tow it was towed back to Land Rover and no one even called to apologize end of story, they are claiming a defective recall part was used unknowingly. I think it s suspect that a 2 day repair was able to be performed in a 4 hour time and they put myself, kids and the family dog at risk of a serious accident.Highly disappointed. The one silver lining, is they did compensate us for the tow fee. All in all they had my car from 11/18 until 12/9.

Sean Kent my salesperson, Mel my Finance person to Brandon who handled my service appts.I feel like I am driving a 5 star hotel and I for sure got a 5 star buying experience from this team.Thank you!

Kenny and Mel has made our car buying experience a breeze!! This is our second car buying from them, and it s always a lovely experience. Highly recommend. Also want to shoutout Eric in Service - Every one of them has always taken care of us so well. This dealership is further from us but we don t mind because we have peace of mind knowing that we ll be taken care of every time.

As a woman, your understanding of where you fall in a patriarchal society is pretty clear. To have this so clearly reenforced by a car dealership is deeply disturbing.How Land Rover gets away with level of service is mind boggling.I am used to the UK Land Rover standard maybe this is a US thing.To be told by this dealership that every thing is performing as normal on 4 different occasions and to then drive home and get stranded, speaks to a management decision to turn a profit at the expense of your customers.Left a message with the GM, and requested all service records, a BBB complaint has been filed and an inquiry in to my solicitor to advise of my legal recourse.

I have to give Ben Rabine 10 stars! He was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my car experience. I wasn t sure about what I really wanted and he showed me multiple cars to help me make a solid decision. I absolutely LOVE my new ride!! Thank you Ben!

Buyer beware - new ownership and they are cheapskates. Losers said our first oil change was included in the purchase of our $120,000 defender. They emailed us today and said under new ownership they will no longer honor the deal. Sleezy morons.

He is the BEST and is such an expert on all the vehicles and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. If you need service, I highly recommend Richie. He was fantastic, and provides genuine care and advice.

The experience at this dealership and with the sales people have been horrendous. Within a month of buying the car there were issues which come to find out have been known concerns with the Defender. I was told it only needed a computer update to then have similar issues continue six months later. I would not recommend buying from this dealership because they have not been helpful at all and have not resolved the problems. I had to insist on a loaner car otherwise they were going to have me get a rental and after two days pay for it myself. They have had my car for a week once again without any idea of when the car will be fixed. I will never buy from this dealership again and recommend others avoid purchasing from them. Also just heard that the part for my car is backordered and they don t except it to arrive until end of October. This would now put this visit alone at over 9 weeks. Worst experience I have ever had with a company and my buying a car.

We found a nail in our tire and the tire was flat. We took our car to Land Rover service and they took us in without notice. Arby took care of what we needed and gave us a complimentary cleaning of the interior and washed the exterior. Great communication, very knowledgeable and so helpful. We look forward to coming back for routine service with him. Thank you, Arby!

My license plates were stolen and I needed a new license plate frame and the bolts to secure the new ones to the vehicle. I tried a couple of different fasteners from an auto parts store but they wouldn t fit. I popped into the dealership to see if they could help me and a couple of guys from the service department quickly provided me with some of the proper screws and a couple of their complimentary license plate frames. There service here is always awesome and their prices seem to be lower than the dealership in Bellevue.

I wanted to throw a recommendation out there for anyone in the process of looking or thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle because, personally, I DREAD the process. Sean Kent and his team at Jaguar/Land Rover Seattle are exceptional. If you want an experienced, knowledgeable dealership that is customer orientated and dedicated to taking care of you- I couldn't recommend them more. Even if you're not in the market for a Jag or LR, they have plenty of used cars in various makes and models available. Check them out and be sure to ask for Sean! -2023 Dealer of the Year-2023 Customer Satisfaction Award

I have ordered keys for my Range Rover since December of 2022 and I was told it will arrive in two weeks. It s been two months and any time I called they keep telling me that the key will arrive in 3 weeks time. I just called them today on 02/14/23 and I m told to wait for the next 3 weeks. The worst part is they won t let me cancel the order and i have already paid over $300 to them. I think if you need keys to your Range Rover you are better off going to private dealers than the so called Land Rover/Range Rover dealers. I m disappointed!So it s 7/23/23 and I decided to walk into the Land Rover Lynwood to talk to a manager about taking legal actions against them and I was told the keys has arrived. I was schedule the next couple days to get my keys fixed. I was extremely disappointed that a Land Rover dealership cannot get keys ordered from UK to US for 8 good months. I wouldn t recommend anyone taking your Range Rover keys issues to them and I also think that they need competition in the area. If there s 0 stars available that s what they deserve from me right now.

Kudos to Sean Hennessy of Seattle Jaguar Landrover! I enjoyed the most pleasurable buying experience with Sean as he was both knowledgeable and thorough through the entire search and final purchase. He was patient, made certain that he understood exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Sean whether you are looking to buy pre-owned or new. I also give the highest praise to Eric in service, who goes above and beyond!

Luxury vehicle, less than subpar service.I have had numerous service issues that have been treated poorly by this dealership. If I could rate their service zero stars, I would. The latest issue deals with a part they need to order that will take 3-4 weeks to come in. This leaves me without a vehicle during this time. I requested a loaner, and was told that they could not help me with that. Understandable and unfortunate, however after calling to check on the status of the ordered part I was advised it will take two more months to come in. The service manager said that if I paid them extra money, they would get it here quicker... Hmm... I asked again about a potential loaner since the time frame increased exponentially and they said since my vehicle is a 2015 that was not an option. Funny because my spouse has a 2013 Mercedes and they bend over backwards when it needs to be serviced, including a loaner. The dealership has been rude and unhelpful every time I have needed service. I reached out to corporate today, and they were less than helpful as well. If Land Rover in Lynnwood does not stand behind their product and give excellent customer service what is the point of owning these vehicles? I may be a Mercedes owner after this. I will keep you all updated as this progresses.

I have to take my car in for annual service. It s $1300 (the minimum) for an oil change, checks on everything, tire rotations and a light clean. If they check something and work needs done, you re looking at a lot more financially (no surprise). Not impressed over the phone and told me multiple times my car would be ready by the same night I turned it in (as they should). It s not done by the next morning and they wouldn t give me an update on the car until I had to call them multiple times and be on hold for a while. If they would have given me a proper update and or estimate I wouldn t have spent a lot of money on Ubers, or had time to plan for work and school. I love my car and they re typically really nice, but I was not impressed at all with this service.

This store doesn't even deserve a one star review. Its actually impressive how bad of a job they did. They didn't look at the car the day it was scheduled, they lost the keys to my car and didn't fix anything I asked them to fix. They did manage to quote me $12,000 in work needed though. Excuses and apologies don't fix cars. Find employees that can do the job. They had to keep my car for two weeks and now I'll have to look for another shop to fix my car. The service manager Mike and advisor Arby are not people I would recommend using.
