I didn t know that collision repair takes a long period of time and I was suprised my car was repaired in a month. I was losing hope for finding a place to fix it in a short amount of time before I visited this place. This collision repair shop is a life saver, they helped me out a big time in a last minute. And my repair was told to be fixed in about 2-3 months time frame. But they did incredible job, they fixed everything in a just one month to my Toyota Venza. Highly recommended, good quality of work as well!

I somehow got rear-ended 3 times in 6 months before any repairs were completed on my vehicle. This obviously made handling claims a very confusing ordeal. However, Alon at John's collision essentially handled everything with the insurance companies. I was properly compensated for the damages and the repairs to my RAV4 were completed with quality. I will definitely be returning to John's with any auto body needs in the future. I can't say enough about how helpful Alon was throughout the process!

The passenger side door was dented in and paint chipped off leaving some metal to oxidize. The shop got us in promptly and the turn around was quick! The lines are clean and the paint matches perfectly. So glad I came here where they pay attention to detail and provide great service!

I had been in two accidents in the span of two months that impacted different points of my vehicle. John s Auto Body fixed both in a very timely and professional manner. My car looks so good!!! Their customer service is also phenomenal, being easy to reach and wanting the best results for their customers. I would 10/10 recommend their services!

Very good service. My little car was stolen and had some damage. They not only repaired the damage and kept the cost to what my insurance covered, my little car was clean and shiny as well. Very nice people.

Took a Chevy Traverse here since everyone was going all the way into Oct/Nov for dates just for vandalized side window. They were very flexible and got my vehicle in pretty quickly, end results blew my mind away. Looks like the car never had an issue, the parts and everything fit nicely with the shape of the car and the paint matched its OEM paint. Very happy with the results of their shop team and Alam for customer service. My go to place for repairs now.

Removed an earlier review after speaking with Alam about my initial experience and wanted to give them a fair shake.Well, I don t know what to say. Made a deposit for an agreed upon repair/replacement. Was told I would hear back by October 10th. Finally called them on the 19th after not hearing back. Was told something about them being sent bad parts but they could do a different repair for hundreds more than what I was quoted for the replacement. I was prepared to pay more than they eventually wanted when I first brought my car in but seeing as how nothing has gone right with my interaction so far I was not interested now. To their credit my deposit was refunded promptly when I declined the upsell.This place seems legit judging by the other reviews but as for my experience? Awful on two separate occasions. Could be bad luck I suppose but other than Alam being pleasant, nothing went right with trying to get my fender fixed/replaced here. I ll try elsewhere as this shop obviously isn t for me. Hope your experience is better than mine.Service: Body & Trim

John's is great and I would recommend this Mechanic shop to anyone in the Greater Seattle area. It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and you know is going to do outstanding work, which is what you get at John's. I would consider towing a car to John's anywhere in the Greater Seattle area their work and professional has been that top notch. My first experience that I had with John's was a quote from them for some body work to try to fix a leak on my 2001 Honda Civic. The quote was reasonable and no hassles in obtaining the quote or feeling pressure to do business with them. I decided to get rid of the Civic instead of addressing the leak, however, when my wife's milan needed some work done, we went to John's to have them do that work. They did a good job and charged reasonable prices. When we eventually replaced our Milan with a Chevy Volt we got into a minor accident with a lady backing into our Volt in a parking lot. There was also some further work that needed to be done when I caused a large scratch from me and another guy backing into each other at the beach and some more damage from trying to take our Volt onto the beach and needing to be towed out. The replacement work they did on the Body was spectacular and the car looked better than when we got it and maybe even better than new. I did notice though the whole for the hitch that I had on the volt hadn't been cut, however, when I brought this to their attention they fixed it. All in all, I really can't say how great of a place this is and I would definitely recommend John's Collision and Auto Body to anyone, they do a wonderful job. If your looking for a Mechanic that does great work and charges reasonable prices you have found it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

John's did amazing work on my Tesla. The quality of the repair was great, they were fast, and went above and beyond. They were affordable because they did the repair in a smarter way than other quotes I got, which required less body and paint work - which is always better. Good communication, easy to work with, and friendly. Hopefully I'll never need it again, but if I do, I'll be back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After saving up I finally was able to have my 2013 Toyota Corolla restored. The whole team at this shop were very attentive and quick with fixing my front bumper and passenger door. My car looks brand new!I would also like to personally thank Alum (sorry if I spelled your name wrong*) who was the very first person to engage and help me figure out what could be done. Not only did she provide a thorough overview with the price estimate sheet, she was very personable and definitely a great communicator. thanks again for all your help.I would for surely recommend this shop to whomever could use the services that are offered!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a minor accident when jumping a curb and last place I thought of was coming to this place. I went the day after the accident, got a estimate and during that, I found my go to place (hopefully I never have to go back but if I ever need my car fixed this is the place!) they even said they d do my hood which has been dented with a hideous deep scratch for 3x cheaper then any other place I ve been to! I dropped my car off Monday and got a call Thursday that it ll be ready in the morning before the snow storm. For the price and the quality of the work, along with amazing customer service. I m very satisfied with this place and will be recommending this to all.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This review is overdue but just wanted to take the time to let anyone know if you're looking for an auto body shop for any kind of body damage... this is the place. I had damage done to my hood about a year ago from a rock hitting it on the freeway. It dented the center of the hood and left 3 very ugly, deep scratches down to the metal. I filled them temporarily with a paint pen but it was still very noticeable. I had went to a handful of other shops that quoted me between $1,000 - $1,400 just for the small paint job. Some told me they would have to paint the entire hood because of my paint type (Blizzard pearl from toyota.) I found John's online and decided to take my car in for an estimate. Even though they said my paint was more expensive, they still quoted me at only $650! I decided to book the appointment and they got my car in on July 5th. They told me it would be roughly 2-3 days. I got my car back exactly 2 days later on Wednesday the 7th and was shocked when I saw it. The paint matched perfectly and the dents were removed. They even sprayed the front of the hood to fix all of the small rock chips I had in my paint. All in all the work looks incredible and my car looks brand new. You wouldn't even be able to tell it was ever damaged. As long as this shop is in business, I will come here any and every time I need to for body work. 5 stars really isn't enough.Service: Painting

I am so grateful to the team members in this autobody shop. I thousand thanks is not enough for all the efforts they have put on repairing my car.I almost lost hope for my car to be repaired when I heard that my car's hood is damaged, and it is impossible to get the hood repaired. It was impossible to replace it either since my car brand "Geo" is discontinued, therefore getting a hood was impossible. So, I thought I will have to buy another car for commute which would in turn would have taken lots of finance and time from me. But I am glad that Alam and her team didn't loose hope on my car.And few weeks later, they contacted to say that they would try their best in fixing my car. However, I didn't know that their best would make impossible into possible. My hood hasn't been replaced but repaired, and It is looks like pretty new. Now, I am so happy to be in my first car once again. My car has stayed with me for five years, and I am glad that it will stay with me for years to come. Thanks, Alam and all the team who worked on my car. And thanks to Boss, the lead mechanic.

Today my review focuses on 2 words, "sunroof repair"!!Anyone who has had to deal with the hassles and wait times of such a repair knows what a pain it can be... After calling around to every shop that advertises Sunroof repair from Everett to Tukwila. Then to only to find they all were booked for weeks in advance before I could get helped. I started calling ones that did not advertise and a chance I might get lucky. To my delight, I found John's Auto Collision.On the spot it only took the nice lady a few minutes to find the parts that were needed. Which was the entire assembly, motor, and sunroof itself. Although the sunroof was a different color and need to be painted to match my car as well.I am the owner of a 95 Honda Prelude and finding working parts can be a challenge. Just under a week after I had them look over the car. I received a call on 6/8/21 that the parts had arrived, I dropped my car off the same day. The very next day much to my surprise, I get a call saying my car is ready and the part was painted to match as well! All for the tune of $650 and it works now as good as new!! I call that a done deal and sold! LOL While I am sure that they do many other jobs on cars. If you need Sunroof repair. Give them a go! Love this body shop! Their quote was half the estimate I received from another shop. Alam was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what would be needed to fix the dent and scrapes to my car. It was done in the timeframe I was told and the work was excellent. Huge thanks to everyone at John s Collision! If I could go over 5 stars I would. My Nissan Altima was involved in a crash and needed extensive repair work done. Today I picked up my car and it looked better than it did before! They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would ve had to pay out of pocket. TRIED to use this business due to their very high rating. I needed a simple trim replacement and painting. They refused. No call back. No contact after a promise to do so. Apparently anything at $1000 or less is not worth their time.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Bumper painted and had some minor fender repair done, they did amazing job, car never looked this good! The price was very reasonable that no body can beat, superb! Will definitely return for future autobody repair/paint!

Good quote... very professional, found out that I needed almost $3,000 worth of mechanic work before I take it up there and get my Fender replaced if they did mechanic work I'm trust them to do that too

I've token my Toyota Corolla many times for fixing. They always do a such a great job and prices are not too bad. They don't take long to fix things and my car is always clean afterwards.
