Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and accommodating. John and his team truly saved the day and cannot recommend his shop enough. Great place to go if you want to support local rather than the big dealerships who want to over charge you.Brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in as my fiance couldn t figure out where a leak was coming from. We originally thought it was a glass leak of some kind where I had an inch of water on my passenger floor. Called around to dealerships in the area and they were all booking out a month or so. With snow coming I was starting to stress. I called John and he was able to get me in the next day. Within 5 mins he was able to locate where the leak was coming from which was a missing bolt and a couple loose ones in the back too. John was able to get some screws from the dealership and fix within an hour or so. They even cleaned out the pool of water and gave some recommendations on how to prevent mold.You can t find places like this anymore. Thank you for saving the day John!!

John personally talked to me on the phone and helped me get my Hyundai Elantra back up and running after being stolen and torn apart within days and with amazing pricing! Kept me in the loop of what was going on throughout the entire experience. Great service!

I appreciate the service that they gave me! This was my first windshield replacement ever, so they made the process as smooth as it can be. I spoke to John mainly who was a pleasure to talk too and flexible with their schedule to get me in, but Mike was the one who did the replacement and did such an amazing job. I have a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek and he made sure that the windshield was placed marginally close to where it needed to be so that I did not have to recalibrate my cameras (car has Eyesight feature). Love that they are mobile service too. Highly recommend them and I would refer any of my friends to them for sure.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Mike does an amazing job! He's knowledgeable, fast, efficient and fair. He has done repairs for not only my personal vehicle but also takes care of our work fleet. I called around for some quotes and many companies didn't even answer their phones. John answered right away, he wanted to check his stock, he did so and called me back right away with a quote and a time frame faster than I even thought it was going to happen! They were by far the best price! Mike coordinated the pick up of their glass from their warehouse, came to me at work and took care of it so quickly and professionally I was amazed! John's Auto Glass Unlimited FOR THE WIN!!! I recently had vandalism/theft to my driver side rear door glass and almost went into total panic due to most businesses going into a holiday schedule, but then I picked up the phone and called this amazing company! John picked up but was out of town and referred me to Mike (a technician) and I was able to get my window fixed within 24hrs or making this phone call. Their service is un-matched and I will be sure to refer them to anyone that I know AND promote them across my workplace. Mike was extremely professional and took care of my car as if it was his! If I could rate this more than five stars I would from the time I contacted John's Auto Glass for a quote to the time to have my window installed the whole experience took less than 2 hours John was wonderful to work with and he found the best possible quote to replace my window Mike DeLisle came out and installed my window he was very professional and really nice. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone I know thank you John and Mike for making a terrible experience easy I am so happy I had you guys replace my window

Got a recommendation for this business through my brother who had some body work done on his vehicle previously and I'm so glad to have gotten such an awesome referral! I was recommended to John's for quality work. I got better than quality. Great work in a short amount of time. And a very fair price. Conversation was great, and I got to hear the best 'how I met my wife' story. If you were to look up this company in the dictionary, you would find it under 'Best Customer Service Ever'!!! John and Mike are so great! My back windshield was broken on a Saturday and they told me to come in and they would seal it for me until they could replace it on Monday. They vacuumed all the glass out and secured it so well to get me through until Monday. I dropped it off to them and it was ready within an hour. They were very helpful and so friendly that Iam going to refer them to everyone! Thank you so much John and Mike! Love supporting local businesses.

Had my windshield replaced in Jan 2020 and everything seems to be working just fine. I went with john because he gives your a warranty on the windshield and against leaks as long as I own the vehicle. Don't expect him to honor it. I started having some issues electrical issues with my truck in Nov 2020. I brought it into the dealer and they explained that windshield is leaking and it caused the computer module to short circuit. I called john up and he went down to inspect and told he the windshield was fine and the dealer was wrong. So I had the dealership do another test and this time they took a video. i have called john several times and he is ignoring my phone calls. I would strong recommend NOT to use this company. I called John asking for an estimate and he told me he could get the glass Monday (in two days). He then went out of his way and looked for the glass everywhere so that I could get my window repaired today. He was very polite and quick, he only took 30 minutes to finish everything! Definitely going to recommend him to our friends

John was able to replace my Kia Soul windshield same day I found it. Called mid morning and was in his new location (a couple of blocks away from his sign) at 2:30 PM, and done by 3:30 PM. Make sure you know your windshield well before you call - I missed a condensation sensor and he had to run back to the warehouse, and it changed the cost... he was very nice about it and blew off the setback as no big deal, which I appreciated.He does mobile as well, but he's got a new place...His new place is in the back of a car repair place - ask in front and they'll point you through the doors.No amenities, bring a drink with you - takes about an hour and coffee is about that far round trip. Didn't look for wifi.

I have used John's auto glass unlimited for services ranging from paint and body work to a simple windshield repair. John and Holly have always met me with great service and gone the extra mile. I have referred numerous friends to his shop and will continue to make the drive to them after moving south.
