Great service. Short wait. Honest mechanics.I dropped in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. The oil change was a routine 5,000 mile service, but the tire rotation was because it had been 12,000 miles, and I'm about to make a 2,000 mile trip. Even without an appointment, they were able to get my oil changed in about 20 minutes. The gentleman who helped me said that the tires were wearing evenly and the rotation wasn't necessary. I appreciated his honesty. If I weren't moving out of state, I'd definitely be going back for all my car service needs.

Had an amazing experience with Deacon! He was so friendly and got our power steering situation remedied. I appreciated his great customer service! I did feel bad for him and his fellow employees as they were working in very cold fall weather and the heating lamps don't work. I was outside for a short amount of time and I was cold I can't imagine how they work like that for hours on end w/no heat lamp. I hope Jiffy Lube fixes that immediately for their employees and also can they provide their employees some gloves? Why are these employees working on cars with chemicals in the cold and have no gloves on, that seems Iike a major safety issue. I hope Jiffy Lube does better to keep safety a number 1 priority for their employees!!

Overall really great job. Needed Penzoil for the Hellcat. Normally would stick to dealer but was short on time. More expensive than the dealer but they made sure that they got a premium filter from offsite.Excellent customer service.

While I was waiting inside my car in the service bay my window was down for easier communication with the service technicians. While sitting there I overhear their big boss his name is Owen come over to the technician while he is working on a car and proceeded to tell him he has a bone to pick with him and pulls him away from his job to scold him or something. I found it very unprofessional of Owen to do that right in the middle of the shop and especially in front of customers and coworkers. The techs were great but I won t be returning to this location as long as Owen is running it. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to the employee. You can tell tell there is a culture of fear at this location. Do better by your employees and customers. Three stars because of the management. Techs get 5 stars!!!

Was able to drive up last minute and get a quick and easy oil change in under 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient, especially Zachary. It s worth the price for the speed and ease. Thank you!

Service is excellent, efficient and fast!!! I came very close to 6pm, thinking they will tell me to come back next day, but they made change the oil, reviewed the filters and all the time they were friendly and helpful! I am very glad I stopped by to ask. I recommend to visit this place

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a car service center, and I must say, it was a great experience. The team there was extremely knowledgeable, and I felt confident in their abilities to take care of my car. I had brought my car in because it was showing A17 service, and I wasn't sure what that meant. However, after Brandon tested the brake oil, he found that there was still a lot of life left in it, which saved me a lot of money.On top of that, they vacuumed my car nicely, which was a nice touch. It's always great to have a clean car, and they certainly delivered on that front. The best part of the experience was how quick it was. I was in and out of the center in just 40 minutes, which was amazing. I had called before driving to the center to ask about the wait time, and the person who answered was extremely helpful. They told me exactly how long the wait was, and I was able to plan my visit accordingly. I only had to wait for 10 minutes, which was impressive considering how busy the center was.Overall, I would highly recommend this car service center to anyone who needs their car serviced. The team there is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, which makes for a great customer experience. I will definitely be coming back for any future car needs I may have.

I went and did my oil change at a place and the person there did not replace a piece and oil was leaking out of my car at a rapid pace. Stuck miles from home I made it here to this Jiffy Lube They understood the situation and quickly took to action. They explained to me what happened and quickly resolve the issue on the spot. They even topped off my oil. This is a great place full of nice people. I totally recommend this place to all. Thank you so much !!!

Stopped into the Lynnwood Jiffy Lube, as my oil light came on, and the car was due. I was helped by the most amazing, customer friendly crew! Fast, polite, and just top notch. I live in Kirkland, but I'm going to drive to Lynnwood from now on. You guys rock!

Haven't had a car in about a 2 years, but when I went there last week it was great service. Super informative and polite. They broke down explaining they can't service me if I don't have a car; without making me feel like an idiot! Haven't seen that in a while. At one point the whole garage was trying to service my vehicle as they had to team up to peacefully escort me off property by force. They kept yelling something about getting a job, but it seems they were the right guys for the job after all! Very highly recommend. Would go again, but police issued a one year trespass. Sometimes the staff is quick, efficient. Unfortunately that is not the case often enough to make this place worth it. Too often they are incompetent, and very rude. Sat waiting for them to check the tires for twenty minutes and told all of them working that we needed an air check and they all just walked around talking about coolant. We left and the didn t even notice. Like I said, not always negative but not positive often enough to give them continued service.

Andrew and his Entire crew are beyond Wonderful. They were helpful and consistent with their work and clear communication.
