I ended up buying a Bronco Sport earlier this week and had a great experience working with Hailee. She was personable and just overall very professional and easy to work with. She offered to fill up the tank with gas which was great. I also appreciate her communication via text messages even after the purchase. Def would recommend working with her! Thanks again!!

How can I put into words just how lovely an experience I had last night at Harris Ford Lincoln in Lynwood first off, my sales associate Hailee was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond taking care of my family as we navigated the long process of car shopping. I had been to a couple dealerships previously that day alone, but when it came time to go view the 2023 Lincoln Aviator Reserve at their location I had my entire family in tow. With her previous nanny experience, she handled my precious nuggets like a champion and made sure they were perfectly entertained in their play area. This is such a difficult task to take on with children but I just felt I needed to see this specific car after looking at the same make and models all day. Everyone was wonderfully casual and so great with my kids. We were able to find our family dream car at a price we couldn t walk away from! It was very emotional because my previous car raised my babies into big kids. But they made the process fun and easy! We were taken care of by every staff member not just Hailee and I now feel like I have a small family within this dealership! THANK YOU just isn t enough! If you re looking to purchase a car ask for their top sales associate Hailee and feel the ease and zero pressure of buying your dream car! Don t walk RUN! Even the top guy Steven made my paperwork go quickly and was so transparent on the fact it was so late at night that I would not have final approval from the lender until the following day. I heard first thing this morning (on his day off and from him directly) that all the paperwork signed was good and the sale was complete. The finance manager was so fun and as we negotiated terms and $$$$$ we all laughed and walked away happy! I ve never had a better experience in buying a car in my nearly 40 years of life! Overall the experience was amazing. Though, after the fact I am having a hard time receiving calls back with answers to questions I have. I know they're probably busy, especially with the 2024 mustang being released and a huge demand for the car. I have had a phone call from my sales consultant Dave, and that was very nice of him to do. It's nice knowing they want to know how my car is treating me and so on and so forth. They gave me the price on my car I was for.

Recently purchased the Mach e GT. Started online with Nick! Wow, this guy called me after I expressed interest online. He was off work! We had a great conversation. Met with him and his Manager Kelly the next day. Those 2 gentlemen were awesome and personable.Finance, well that's never fun! But let me tell you, Steve is the man! He has your money and the asset you're buying in mind with the process. He made sure I was covered and very well taken care of.Then I got to work with Jen in customer relations for some stuff with the car as I am picky and had my detailers at The Paddock check out the car for a full wrap in ppf. Jen got some minor detail items taken care of immediately! This group was A+++ and highly recommend!

So just received a phone call from Jeff, he wanted me to give a referral. I explained very clearly how I felt about my experience, and asked him if he really wanted my referral. Well for some reason unknown to me he exclaimed that he did, so here it is I had been looking for my perfect truck for well over a year. I had seen many trucks that were great but when I saw my truck s add I knew I had to purchase it.Upon contacting the dealership I talked with a nice young salesman, he talked specifics, like guaranteed credit union financing, cash down and purchasing from out of state(Oregon). After a short while it was clear that the nice young salesman was just a pretty face to hide behind while the sales manager employed all there devious tactics. The terms I offered were clear cash down, my financing (3.9%) and no tax or licensing. I have purchased vehicles from Washington before with the same terms and it has always works smoothly. The sales manager kept sending/pushing offers that had financing at 10% and a hidden in house financing at 6%. They kept pushing me to sign agreeing to these terms. We went 3 rounds before they they agreed that they would have it correct when I arrived. Working off their word to have it correct I drove to Harris Ford. I test drove the truck and we went into their lounge where they work their multi tiered sales tactics of reinforcing the product, telling me they had other people calling wanting to buy it, they went as far as to have one of the big bosses come out to say how lucky I was, he said a really wealthy return customer had just called and said he would buy it asap. It was all very dramatic, like a practiced routine. That s when they came out with terms they wanted me to sign, they had tax, 10% interest. I pointed out the mistakes and they started to act like they could not access my bank s CUDL I insisted that was a deal breaker. So magically they were able to access my bank s CUDL so they brought out a new contract for me to sign they were quick to point out that they had removed the tax and had my financing at the 3.9 , but I kept looking and sure enough there was a hidden 6% interest that is commonly used in more sleazy sales lots. When I confronted them about it the sales manager insisted that it meant nothing. In fact it was the reserve rate they apply hoping no one will notice that 6% was going to steal nearly $10k over the term of the loan. I told them at that point that my best man was a finance manager at a prominent dealership in Texas and I was aware of this tactic. It was at this point that the slick talking sleazy sales manager said to fix the purchase agreement and stormed off never to be seen again. They did try to sell me overpriced warranties using scare tactics about the possibility the expensive repairs, but that is pretty common. While sitting in the lounge I listened as another couple got a similar sleazy sales experience.To be very clear I do love my Ford truck, but there are hundreds of great places to buy a Ford truck, go there, go anywhere other than Harris Ford.If Harris is the only place with the vehicle you desire then be warned, be aware. Also, watch out for smooth talking and the hidden finance charges that could end up costing you thousands.

I just left the dealership with a car. The entire team that assisted me was extremely helpful and personable, especially Hailee. They helped me at every step with getting my car with the budget I had with no pressure, and explained everything to me as a first time buyer. 100% satisfied.

Bought a gen 6 bronco from Harris Ford in February and couldn t be happier! Great quick experience. Bought it from a state away and everything was ready to go when we got there! Hailee was above and beyond with preparing everything over the phone, sending extra photos that weren t on the website, clarifying questions about the listing, and setting up our appointment for a quick grab and go while we were in town on a very limited time frame. No pushy grimy sales tactics. Very knowledgeable and I felt SO happy with the deal we got. They were so quick with signing and getting us in and out comfortably. 10/10.

I recently shopped across the Pacific NW for a new Lincoln, and drove to Seattle after finding exactly what I was searching for. The Harris dealership was worthy of a 5 star rating and I'd like also to share with others my experience with Nick, their bright, hard-working sales agent that brought a relaxed and thoroughly honest and enjoyable working relationship to the transaction. Had a great experience with Harris Ford. Worked with Elijah from my first visit, and he knew all of the answers to my detailed questions about the Mustang Mach-E I was looking for. They don't Fill up the tank when you buy a car or truck. Kind of disappointing. The tires on my truck were nearly bald and weren't replaced even though they said they had done all these safety inspections. So before I even make one payment I will need four new tires. Only one key with the truck, also a disappointment. ( just for added fun I added pictures of me filling up the 23 gallon tank on my way home the first night. - that was 108$) Ford Dealers are known for this kind of chicanery, though, am I right? Price wasn't over the top and the mileage was good. Once I get a canopy on this it should do the trick for the next 4 or 5 years. caveat emptor -

Avoid this place. The initial sales guy outside was friendly and easy to work with but once we got to the sales manager (the numbers guy), the experience completely changed. He was so pushy, rude, and arrogant. We said we didn t want to buy that day and he kept talking, saying things like: That s what 87% of people say, but they end up buying one And when we said we weren t interested he said: I m not done talking to you yet Also, we had given him a quote we had received from another dealership and he held it in the back and would not go get it for us so we could leave, even after asking several times. We finally had to very firmly say Go get our paper, I m not telling you again to which he finally got our paper and we left in a hurry.Mind you we were very serious buyers, and ended up buying a Bronco Sport from Ford Kirkland the very next day. Go there instead.

Harris Ford was amazing and professional in getting me in to test drive, talk about, and ultimately purchase a car from them! Iciss was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and mostly importantly personable, making the process super smooth and easy. If you need a car, used or new, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

December 2023 - Service center didn't have my appointment on file through the recall program. Wasted hours of my time & poor resolution handling. Only solution was to re-book or leave my vehicle for an undefined range of time.Previous experiences have been a range of good service to poor service. In one case minor parts were pulled from my vehicle during service without being reinstalled prior to releasing it. I did not notice until I was home and it was a hassle to get an answer.

I would recommend Sarah Leonard for a Salesperson. Looking for a specific make and model. Shopping months in advanced, she was very diligent and helpful Waiting until now to review the car as it has turned out to so far a winner.Did I mention Sarah knows her cars and trucks, give her call. You will not be disappointed. Beware as she is well trained and will be calling and following up, in a good way. The type of person you would want to work for yourself.

Bought a 2017 f250 through these guys in august of 22. Noticed on the test drive that the one of the glass panels on the panoramic sunroof was cracked. Was told not a big deal and they would replace it for us asap. Was told that the part was ordered and we would receive a call when they got it to let us know when to bring the truck the 2 hour drive back up to Lynwood to have it repaired. Here we are going on 2 years later, countless phone calls to the dealership and salesman Bill that we worked through and still no word on what s happening or what s going to be done to get this resolved. If I could give zero stars I would because this is completely unprofessional. Looking like I m going to be paying for this out of pocket because I m tired of dealing with the leak that the cracked glass has caused. Beware of this place promising work and even giving me a promise to complete work form in my contract only to avoid doing the work and trying to blame me for their negligence in getting this repaired in a timely manner.

The team at Harris Ford, Pierre Ford of Lynnwood now, were excellent. I was able to set the mobile visit for the date and time that fit my schedule. Although each mobile visit maybe different than others, mine fit my schedule. The Service Advisor MC, made sure everything was set and Kal, the mobile tech was on time and straight to business. The Works completed in less than an hour all cleaned up and I never had to leave the home office, perfect.

I called Derrick to see if the 2021 GMC Sierra truck was still available he checked and called me right back. Derrick said the truck was there I drove to the dealership test drove the truck loved it. I would never purchase a vehicle from this crooked dealer. My first issue with them was they would not accept a credit card as a deposit on the car I wanted and wouldn t guarantee it would not be sold before I could drive 90 minutes to get there. I did get there in time and was shown the car which had the plastic liners on the front floor boards and a full set of carpet floor mats in the back. During the time that it went to the wash bay for a final cleaning these were removed from the car and as it was dark out I did not notice till the next day. I contacted my sales person the next day and didn t get any response until the following day when I was told that the mats I saw in the car was actually for an F-150 and had been removed since they supposedly didn t fit. I made numerous attempts to contact 2 levels of management and was flippantly told that they would not make anything right and I was out of luck. Talk about bait and switch. These rude people do not deserve your business. They certainly will never get another dime of mine.

After 3 other dealerships turned me away due to poor credit and a special situation with my previous car being totaled but still showing up on my credit report, This dealership came through and got me financed! I had worked with Dom and he was amazing he took his time and dealt with my frustrations and stress regarding my credit issue. I got a beautiful Chrysler 200 for a really great price and overall I couldn t be happier. If your in a bad credit situation go see them don t waste time anywhere else!!

I m so sorry for having Ford for work . I ve been to this service three times until I lost my job because of poorly assessment of my car. First time they restart the computer or programmed. Second time they rebuild my entire transmission and third time they replace one sensor which is supposed to be done from the beginning after keeping my car for a month and a half (3 times I got my car in and out of service) I was fired for being unreliable, and now I m looking for a lawyer to sue them, please save your self a big headache and try something else

Took our 2021 Ford there 3 times for the same problem. It has sat for months without them fixing it but they charge us again and again. Very very poor customer experience. Stay away!

So my MIL had the warning sound for the trunk in her Ford Focus. The beeping was on even if the trunk was closed. She took it to Harrison Ford in Lynnwood. They were looking at other issues in the car, and about the trunk situation, they were telling her that she might need to have the latch and wiring change. Overall the cost to do all repairs ( now, breaks and I don't know what other work they were talking about) was going to be around $800+, and taxes. She was very upset because now the $280 was becoming almost $1000. Needless to say, we Google in forums about the problem. The latch cables get caught up when the trunk lid closes and it cost the cables to break.....we told the service person about this, then they look into it, andn that was the problem. They fixed the wire with electrical tape, and charged her $350...!!!They took advantage after even we told them about what we found out.
