Outstanding service! Owner is awesome as are his guys and they even recommended a few wheel ceramic coating to apply to make them easier to clean.They have top notch hunter mounting balancing and alignment equipment which doesn't risk any contact or damage to wheelTook very good care of my wheels and I will definitely be back

Had my car aligned at Hankook to my custom specs. Something still felt off to me so I figured it must have been bent suspension or perhaps something more serious, as Hankook showed my numbers being exactly to my spec. Thus I had TruLine spend 2.5 hours with the car inspecting the frame/suspension components and taking measurements, and their measurements were different than what Hankook showed. They did not find any issues with the suspension such as anything loose.UPDATE: had TruLine align my car and it feels much, much better now. My vibration issues are gone and the car tracks straight. I don't know what happened with Hankook but I won't be going back.

Great service! I bought my tires from Tire Rack and got them delivered to Hankook Tire Lynnwood where they installed all 4 tires in my mustang and did a fantastic job at a great price!

I had a flat tire with my minivan, so I brought the car to this place. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. Mr.Lim was very professional and knowledgeable. The staffs were also very kind. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended! Jae is awesome. He's direct, very knowledgeable, takes the time to understand the problem and fix it or provide recommendations. I can tell he's very passionate about his job and does not do this for money. Amazing service!

Why would I go anywhere else? These guys are always taking care of me and super thorough. I bought a new car and needed an alignment after some coilover installation. They even tightened all of the bolts that were loose while performing the alignment. I definitely appreciate these guys and all of their help!

I Highly recommend this shop to everyone.High quality work and honest shop I ever been to.Owner Jae was really nice and friendly he explained every detail about what causes the problems and professionally done.I'll be back for more business with him in the future for sure.

Literally the best service I ve ever gotten from an alignment/tire/wheel shop in my entire life. Customer service is second to none. Jae, the owner, and Vaygar (forgive me, I believe that was his name but unsure of spelling) gave me the printouts of my alignment spec up front for the FIRST TIME EVER instead of most shops where it seems like they almost try to hide it from you. They tell you exactly what is going on as a customer and do not recommend anything unnecessary nor talk down to you etc. Thank you so much for your services you guys. We need ten more like you. Keep up the phenomenal work!!

Jay is amazing guy. I came to get my tires fixed and I needed a key for the tires to unlock them. Of course it wasn't in my car. He took his time helping me figure out how to get one, even called a place for me. Amazing service amazing place. 110% RECOMMEND HANKOOK TIRES. Will always come here for now on. THANKS JAY!!!

Had an amazing experience getting tires and a custom alignment done here. Easy to schedule an appointment, extremely responsive, and even sent updates to me as things progressed. There are a few coffee shops and a bunch of restaurants within a 10 minute walk if you want to do something while you wait.I will definitely be coming here again for any future tire/alignment wants.

These guys are true professionals and car enthusiasts. I took my car to them to get new tires mounted on new wheels and balanced, and they did a great job. Their prices are very fair too! I would recommend!

This should be your one and only place for mounting tires and wheels and alignment. Jae and his counterpart did an amazing job. Cheaper and faster than any other big store place. All my vehicles from now on are getting done at Hankook Tire Lynnwood. You guys rock!

I had an incredibly customer-centric experience at this service shop. After calling 10+ local businesses inquiring about alignment service and appointments, everyone was booked 2-3 weeks out. I found Hankook Tire Lynnwood on Google and was attracted by their stellar reviews. The great reviews were spot on. I called as soon as they opened and asked how soon I could get it - they said come in right now and we will take care of you. I was blown away that they could get me in so quickly. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and addressed by my first name. One of the technicians came out to introduce himself and made sure he understood the exact service my vehicle needed to ensure my needs would be met which was really appreciated. After the service was completed the team took me for a walk-around my vehicle and explained which adjustments were made and pointed a few helpful technical pieces of information about my vehicle. Between contacting the shop, arriving, my vehicle being aligned, and leaving the shop, I was there for less than one hour. The team here is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & efficient. I will not go anywhere else in the future for my alignment needs for as long as I am in the area. Highly recommended.

I regret not finding these guys sooner. They are one of the rare businesses nowadays who actually pride themselves on providing exceptional services. The people running this operation are nerds, first and foremost, who actually strive to understand the engineering and mechanical concepts behind automotive systems. That right there sets them well apart from any other shop I've been to outside of professional racing. If you need tires or suspension work, I've found no one else in the Greater Seattle Area who are even in the same league.

Took my 4Runner in for a post-modification alignment. Jae and his crew were super helpful and explained the benefits and shortcomings of the suspension mods I had installed. Easy to understand explanations and good straight talk...always the best when dealing with safety related issues. I'll be back with my other cars!

Ditched Discount Tires for this place. This place charges you far less for the same or better service. I always buy the tire from another vendor so I can't speak for the tires offered though. I highly recommend this place for tire mounting and balancing.

Shipped some Hankooks from Tire Rack to this shop. Great service getting my old shoes replaced with new on my Tacoma.$100 shop fee par for the course around the area and the service was top notch. Quick appointment. Very much recommend.

I was referred to this shop by owner of Seapac Auto repair when I told him i need alignment for our 2016 Lexus RX350. Jae is very knowledge in his profession. He also provides detail update on repair progress via text. After the completed work he also provides in detail of the work he performed and about the tire maintenance future reference as well. If I need another alignment for other car I have, I would not hesitate to bring my car here again.Highly recommend!!!

I'll be taking all of my tire business to Jae and his crew from here on out. Amazing domain knowledge. Amazing customer service. Amazing integrity. True professionals who are a delight to deal with. I admire people who have sincere pride in what they do and also take the high road when dealing with customers. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I cannot recommend this outfit highly enough.

Hands down the best alignment shop I've seen in years, but I'm only 62. Friendly and informative staff who know their business well. I only regret not going to them earlier. I will be a return customer!
