It was an absolutely wonderful experience to bring my Nissan Sentra here! I wasn t sure if I had issues that needed to be worked on so they did a full inspection on my car (no charge!) and they told me that they didn't think they needed to do anything and then they gave me advice on how to handle the issue at home! In just about every shop in Oklahoma it would have cost me no less than $50 just to be told there was nothing wrong.If you want a fair, well-priced, and dedicated service depot then you can t go wrong with Greg s!

They also know during my career my work was published and patented. I worked my butt off to get where I am now, retired, relaxed and engaging in my second act. So relaxed infact that I don't give a damn about how I look or who looks at my efing floor boards. Thanks for your professionalism it really encouraged me to bring some more of my retirement income your way.

Terrible service. Unbelievable, left our coolant fluid and power steering fluid caps open under the hood TWICE. Luckily the caps did not fly off into the engine area onto the road. We live in Everett and their shop is in Lynnwood, so the drive is about 13 miles. We had our tires rotated and since that was done it caused front end suspension issues. We understand that certain issues can arise when having service done, but after experiencing the caps left open TWICE on separate visits and now dealing with suspension knocking noise we lost trust in this company and would not recommend them to anyone and will tell people about their bad attention to details.

I had a really good experience @ Gregs. Came in for an oil change,full synthetic at a great price. As they did the oil change they also looked over other areas of the car. They gave me a full report of potential future issues and even gave me options knowing I wasn't going to have the other work done today. I highly recommend Greg's for anyone who cares about quality and customer service Ty Alex and Zach for all your help.

I've taken my Hyundai into Greg's three times now and have had a great experience each time. Most recently they were able to get me in same day (and done before closing time) when my door wouldn't close. They fixed the issue, completed the oil change I was due for, and provided me with education on how to prevent the issue in the future and what upcoming repairs I might be able to do myself. I always appreciate that the guys there are informative without being condescending, which is refreshing as a young-ish woman.

Let me be clear that Google is badgering me into leaving a a review, so here is what I can say because I am tired of my phone bugging me... I did not use Greg's for any service myself, I don't currently drive a Toyota or a Honda. I walked into Greg's to drop a part off for another person's car that was going to be installed the next day. Originally we were going to install it for them but weather was not cooperating and time was running out. I was in the shop for probably less than a minute. The three people behind the counter were super friendly and greeted me within 3 seconds of walking in and took almost no explanation in knowing what and who's car I was there for. From what I understand the install went well. If I did drive a Japanese auto I would give them a try when I needed some repairs done.

One of the best auto shops around! Everyone at this shop was so friendly and understanding of my situation. They really went above and beyond in educating me about my car. As a woman, dealing with anything car related can be pretty stressful, but at greg s I felt they actually cared and wanted me to know exactly what was going on with my car. There was no point during my time working with them i felt taken advantage of in the slightest. I couldn t recommend this shop with highly educated and nice employees more! Will be returning the next time I have to take my car somewhere to get serviced.

Love this place! As someone who doesn t know a ton about cars they are always so great and communicative about everything that s going on with my vehicle. I never have to worry that I m being taken advantage of. if you have a choice, definitely come here. Zach and Alex are wonderful!

I just bought a used Toyota Corolla, and the brakes were soft. Greg's was able to see me the same day as I called, and they replaced both front calipers. Now I feel much safer on the road. Thanks, Greg's!

I usually don't write good reviews about mechanics, but they went out of their way to help and accommodate me. They listened to my input and never dissmissed me or my opinion. Thankfully they were able to diagnose the issue with my car perfectly. They didn't offer useless services either. I am extremely grateful for the people there.

I had a check engine light come on and the Gregs Japanese Auto team was very quick to get me in, they found out what the issue was and did the research to find out that it was a repair covered by Honda and their extended warranty program. because of the warranty coverage I didn't end up using them this time for the repair but they will have my business for many more years to come, and will also be a recommendation to all my friends and family for their future service needs. We went in for a pre-purchase maintenance check and they said it would be an hour and a half. It ended up being 30-40 minutes. Sadly the vehicle came back with some glaring issues. The front desk helper, Alex, gave it to us straight saying that it would be upwards of $2000 in repairs. We had to hold off on purchasing the vehicle. But Greg's Japanese Auto, more specifically Alex, ended up saving us a lot of money and time.Thank you guys, consider us full time customers!

Dropped-off our vehicle on 03-01 around 10am & was told by Greg's employee that he'll contact ume after 2 hrs. At 4pm no one reached-out to me, so I called & left a message. After almost an hour, still no one called me back until they closed. On 03-02, 1.5 hrs after Greg's opened for business, still, no one called, so I reached-out. The result was a lot of talk and paid over $250 for something Greg's couldn't fix.

BEWARE!!! THIS SHOP IS A SCAM!!!We took our car to Greg's Japanese auto to get it diagnose a power issue. After 3 hours to diagnose the issue, Zach the service advisor said the starter is good since the engine starts, and the alternator crank out enough volt, so it is not an issue. However, the battery does not keep it charge maybe because of a dead cell. He said that he had to recharge the batter to make sure it's full so we can get it replace. That doesn't make sense to me since the battery doesn't keep it charge so why did he recharge it? We just want to fix our car, so we paid anyways and drove for about 2 mins and to our SURPRISE the battery is dead. We had to walk to O'Reily to buy and replaced the battery in order to drive home.The next day we took it to another shop to diagnose and they said the alternator is dead and will need to be replace. The shop said any auto shop should be able to figure out the alternator is dead within 10 mins just by starting the engine and removing the positive cable from the battery and if the engine dies it's an alternator issue. It is obvious that Greg Japanese auto did not diagnose nor recharged our battery but charged us $107 anyway.

I ve been bringing my cars to Greg s for a couple of years now, and they ve been fantastic. They ve been consistent in their service, they keep perfect records of the work they ve done, and they re excellent at communicating what to expect and what kinds of service are upcoming.Greg s, you re awesome.

Honest about cost to repair vehicle, Alex told me all the things that were wrong. Vehicle really wasn't salvageable, let me keep car at his site until I found title, so can have it towed to pick-a-part.I wasn't even in the same state! Very helpful & honest.

Zach at Greg's auto is a great guy. Even though they had to break the bad news that my car was to rusted away, him and Joel went the extra mile and worked effortlessly on fixing my Subaru outback. They answered all my questions and helped in any possible way to help me save money. Thanks you guys!

I had an interesting problem. My car windshield wipes motor burnout. The motor was on backorder. Alex called all over the US to find one. They had it fixed in a week. Alex kept me informed at every step and was always kind.

We have a 12 year old Nissan 370Z. Ended up with a CEL indicating multiple misfires, obviously intermittent. We chose to take it to the Nissan dealership first. (MY BAD.)And- I m not kidding I swear- got a $3888 quote to do a 30K service (and a new battery and a fan belt). And it would take five days. After I finished being angry I called Greg s and got a casual, non written quote for $800 to do the plugs and the 30K service.Needless to say, I retrieved said car from the dealership and brought it to Greg s with a swiftness.Surprise, Zach at the front desk and Chrystian the mechanic got it done in a few hours for the exact quote I got over the phone. Subtracting the battery ($300) and fan belt ($229) from the quote from Nissan was still a whopping $3359. Literally the exact same service was what Greg s did for $800.Also I asked to see the spark plugs- just curious, you know? I wanted to know if they were indeed the reason for the misfire. No problem, Zach grabbed them.What an excellent experience all around. Alex the manager was very helpful and patient while I was scheduling my appt and answered my questions. After the appt, Nate broke everything down. What was serviced and pointed out what needs to be looked at the next time I need to come back for. Great service.

I have had several experiences at Greg's over the past 2 years and I feel like it is time to write them a view for my numerous experiences.From a used car pre-buy inspection that saved my family (maybe quite literally saved us) from buying a hidden disaster, to having work done on brakes, transmission, and radiator work on my other two Toyota's, I have been very impressed with their quality of work, customer service, taking the time to explain the situation and options, being timely, and offering a good value as well.These guys know imports and I would trust their work and integrity on any of my vehicles in the future.
