Got my oil change here and was greeted right away. The younger guy that helped me was very friendly and helpful. They worked on it on a timely manner and I like their stamp system they offer as well.It is your own problem for not checking their prices before taking your car in.

I never write reviews specially if I have something bad to said, but this time I feel it was so much discrimination that I dont even understand why I was treated this way. I went to do the oil change of my car and two white girls told me to wait inside. I went inside as they requested but it was super hot I told her that the heater was too high and they responded that the temperature was for them and not for the customers. I stay in from cause I couldn t stand the heat. They told me that I couldn t stay there and I told them again that inside was too hot for me. They started to treat me bad without any reason. And I said that I didn t want my oil to be changed than and they started yelling and telling me bad words and called the police on me. They express to the police that it was a Spanish guy that didn t wanted to pay the service. Police come and ask me what was happening and I explained to them and said that my car wasn t even ready. The police apologize and left. This two girls are racist for sure it is not other reason for the bad experience I had in this place. If you are a Latino or a person that do not tolerate discrimination in any way do not go to this place.

Took my car here and after having my car worked on I went home. One of the employees came to my house because they didn t put oil back in my car and she brought some and put in my car (she was front desk). I have a different car and would never consider taking my car here. Some of the mechanics didn t even have tool boxes and were using cardboard boxes instead. The shop floors looked like they hadn t been cleaned in a long time due to the extreme thick layer of oil and who know what else covering the floor. It told me a lot about their lack of pride, integrity and safety as a company.

I got my oil changed here last summer, and I just changed it again at jiffy lube. Grease Monkey is literally double the price. I'm pretty sure they scammed me. Both times, I got my own oil. They charged me 5$ for "premium" oil filter without asking. People who work there were rude and nasty too. Don't go there. Check pictures for pricing

STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!! especially if you are LATINO!!! If I could give 0 stars it would be the rating they deserve, the two ladies who work there should look for another job, they are rude, racist, unprofessional, the worst experience of my life, the manager or owner should take action, they are putting an end to the business for mistreating customers. Don't spend your money in that place, if you have to drive a little further, do it, if you want. have a horrible experience go and check it out

First time that oil change would cause so much trouble and waste time.The technicians have no idea about oil change. They break the caps, and say it is not the first they have this issue. Oh man, I have oil changed for so many times and it is the first time I see it, and the owner of the store is so bully and aggressive.They say they will call me someday, but don t even leave my phone numbers. Call the grease monkey Corp, and they say it is operated independently. So sorry, bad luck.Another fun thing is: they charge me full service. But didn t clean windows and vacuum. When I ask them it is not cleaned, the operator say: wow, we are not detail cleaning. You can still sit in the car, so not dirty. Good enough.So disappointed at grease monkey.

The 2 ladies that were working at this place today, Sunday 01/14/24 at around 2 pm are EXTREMELY racist and rude. Please, PLEASE, please do not go to this place and take your business elsewhere. My husband and his business partner were treated like garbage by these two nasty women just because they asked them if it was possible to lower the heater in the waiting lobby (it felt like it was 90 degrees in there). They even called the police on them when they asked to not service their car as they felt disrespected. When they called the police they lied saying they were about to leave without paying for the service (that was not even completed yet) and that it was because they were LATINX. When the police arrived, they were the opposite of what these women were, and even told my husband that they couldn t believe these two insane women were treating customers like that and made them go and waste their time. They even apologized for them. I feel so bad for whoever has to work with these two, especially a young guy who was there today, who remained professional the entire time and even looked embarrassed for what was happening. I m planning to make sure everyone knows about them including the BBB. This is a reminder that if you don t like people from other countries, or people in general, you should not be working in customer service.

When I got the drop down notification to leave a review I planned to select 4 out of 5 stars not one star but when I clicked on the first star the whole thing disappeared and I couldn't find it. I'm sorry that it looked as though they got a bad review. They were very professional and had great customer service skills, They went out of their way to explain everything they were doing, made excellent use of their time, which, in turn, didn't waste ours and seemed very competent and friendly. We were happy with their quick service and would go again. The only thing that was a bit of a drawback to me was the cost. In my opinion, it was rather high for an oil change. We paid $92 and some change, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience.Update I'm changing my 4 stars to 5. My husband just told me they offered to find any leak should we have one and fill and lost oil for free. Everything's gotten more expensive, I guess. When you find a place of business willing to go the extra mile these days, you give them the praise they deserve:)

Went in for an oil change and got what I was looking for. A bit expensive, but they do vacuum your floorboards, wash the window exterior, and check/fill the tires (if you don't have nitrogen). Recommend going to their website ahead of time and getting the coupons there to take a bit of the edge off the price. They offer other service such as air filters as well, but I don't know what the prices are for those services. They offer conventional, full synthetic, and hybrid oil changes, so you should be able to accommodate all cars here. The waiting area could use some TLC, but then again it is an oil change place and they have a cold/hot water dispenser and TV to watch while you wait, you could do a lot worse.

Exceptionally priced. Staff is up front with you with what they're doing to the car. Doesn't take very long. Affordable. The staff is always friendly and always ready to go. I come to Lynnwood even though it's a bit out of the way.this is my favorite shopService: Oil changeService: Oil change

No problem with the staff or service. Was reasonably priced and quick. My only suggestion is clean the front customer area. The garbage next to the coffee machine is disgusting. The walls are gross. And invest in some new clean chairs for your guests. And seriously...vacuum. come on. I can't believe an owner or store manager can walk into that place and say yes I'm proud to be the owner or store manager.Service: Oil change

This is a really great location for a oil change. The folks there were SUPER friendly and accommodating. This place is a joke. Went in for an oil change and transmission flush. They never tighten the oil and trans drain plug, didn t even replace the oil filter, and underfilled my transmission. Had to go to Edmonds where I was able to meet a more experienced staff and was able to address the issue and take photos of the issue. Even meet their corporate rep Andy and he apologized for the experience and informed me that lynnwood is beyond par. There was graffiti everywhere and the paces wasn t as clean and receptive as Edmonds was. When I reach out to the manager to voice my complaint they hung up on me and refused to give me any contact with their owner. When I went to Edmonds for help they immediately helped me gave me contact with their owner and addressed my problems immediately without question. Unless you like cheap and sub par performance do not go to this shop.Services: Transmission, Oil change

My wife and I have always had good experiences here. The service is fast and efficient. I never feel like they are trying to pressure me into extra services when they ask about other services I might need to services. Everyone is genuinely friendly and I feel like they care about doing a good job here.

I always go for oil changes & headlight replacements. I just had a headlight replaced this time. They are always really friendly & I usually, and did, get through very quickly.

James greeted me and was super nice. Everyone was super efficient and helpful. They even reset my computer to know the oil change was done (something I always struggle with) and they put the sticker on. They were done in under 10 minutes and it s was only $100 after tax about for synthetic which is a fair deal over here I think it s $54 if you have traditional.! Thanks guysService: Oil change

Always a great shop. My wife usually gets her oil changed here with no complaints. She especially likes that the staff don't talk down to her, an all-too-frequent occurrence at other shops.Today, I took my car here for the first time. They changed the oil quickly, then did a transmission flush that my car desperately needed for a reasonable price. These folks are the best!

Quick and straight forward service. Been coming to this location for oil changes for 15 years!Went around 2:30pm and only waited to have my car serviced for about 5 minutes before it was my turn. You can wait in the little lobby or on the chairs they have outside. No Wifi.

I love this location. Everyone I have ever talked to is straight up, honest, and friendly. Quick service and my car runs wonderfully. I recommend to all my friends in the area and always come back here for my oil changes.

I called them and asked if they could do an change they yes ! But they didn't know what they doing! The manager had pull an employee off my car ! Got my car home than 2 days later its leaking oil everywhere call another grease monkeys all said they shouldn't have worked on my car now they won't honor guaranteed work after 4 days I'm taking them too the better business BureauService: Oil change

I stopped here to get an oil change as I have done countless times at Grease Monkey. I was waved over in a rude manner by some woman with an attitude problem. I showed them my fleet card and they took it to hold onto it without another word. No explanation, no estimate on wait time, no invitation to step out of my vehicle or instructions at all. Having had many good experiences with Grease Monkey in the past, it made this contrast extremely unpleasant. The people seemed irritable, gruff, and unprofessional--almost as if they were irritated that they were going to be paid for their services.So, after being left in my vehicle to wonder whether I should stay in and wait if they needed something more from me, or get out and wait, I decided I would just get my card and go. There are plenty of other places that are far more professional that I would rather give my business to.So, I do not recommend this location at all. However, Grease Monkey as a whole has been good to me. Just not this place.

Absolutely terrible service went to go get my oil changed and they did not tighten the bolt to the oil pan so I m all my oil was leaking. Did not change the oil filter and charged me a good amount for nothingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Just had my girlfriends oil changed here today and I was pretty impressed at the turn around time. We pulled up we were greeted very fast with a very professional lady, she took some basic information and explained the packages they offer which were all very reasonable. We may have been there about 20 minutes and next thing I know I'm swiping my card on the way out the door. They gave me a detailed report on things that needed to be looked at and addressed in the future vacuumed the car and on my way I went. Full 5 star rating will be going back.

No frills quick oil changes that's very reasonably priced. There's a lot of discounts so just ask if there's something that would apply to you - 20% Boeing discount is nice.

I think this is the 1st time I ve ever had my windows washed during an oil change?! Manager of the store was so kind. She could have let the military discount offer slip past me, rather, she made it a point to ask if I was military.Who gives 20% discounts anymore especially for the pest who calls up looking for last-minute service? Overpriced as expected for a quick oil change, so not deducting any stars here; this is what I signed up for. They were friendly and very quick, which is nice. However, you are apparently not allowed to drive your car into the bay. I got out of my seat and it was immediately apparent that the girl who was going to (attempt to) get my car into the bay had no idea how to drive stick. She stalled it 3 times within literally 8 feet. My apparent frustration caused another employee to jump in and save the day. He then told me that they "give them 2 chances" before helping out. Another employee said that she was "still learning" and he awkwardly left the waiting area when I told him that it wasn't professional to "learn" on my vehicle. I'd go back in a pinch, but come on man, if you are going to insist on driving my car into the bay, you need to be able to accomplish this goal. I came here to extend the life of my engine, not shorten the life of the engine/starter/clutch. Yikes.
