Bought a used vehicle last February of 23. Spent the last year visiting various shops for maintenance to keep my used vehicle in tip top condition. The one shop that has earned all my future business is Goodyear of Lynnwood. A name you can trust. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable waiting area. On occasions when I did not wait, they kept me well informed with updates and maintenance suggestions by phone as work progressed. Competent service. Reasonable pricing. Thanks guys.

Patient, knowledgeable & down to earth staff. Both Ben Hawkins & Paul Pratt stayed late in their shift to ensure I left with my car tht day. I appreciate their honest approach and will continue to go to this shop for it's excellent service.

An American uncle here is so professional. One of my tires was punctured. I went to several tire shops and waited for several hours. They just took one look and said they would replace the tires with new ones, and even asked me to replace them at the same time. 4 tires... I bought a new car just three months ago and actually asked me to replace all the tires. Then I went to the tire shop Goodyear and they repaired my tires in just 20 minutes without charging any money. They also politely wished me a Merry Christmas and they saved me at least a few hundred dollars. I love the staff here as they are sincere and won't ask you to replace anything unnecessary.

Always 5 Stars at this place! I ve been taking my cars there for about ten years and Eric always takes care of every issue. Best price on tires, honest, knowledgeable and reasonably- priced mechanic services. You can trust your car to these guys!

Do not go in if you care about your car and want even bare minimum work, your care will leave with more problems then it would have. I went in thinking they knew what they were doing, I have a kind of lowered car, but with a long enough wood and patience you can get it on a lift, yet with seeing them try to do it with my own eyes, they barely used any wood and the guy dumped the clutch and the car bumper came off and then I had another employee trying to shove back the bumper in place. Then after they failed to get it on they parked it, I thought they knew I was watching them and I thought they were going to try a lower profile lift. I left a minute later and they called me 5 minutes after I left saying we couldn t work on the car.

Super awesome service. I always come here and so does my family. Everyone here is very nice. Came in for just an air pump in the tiers. They did it right away and charged nothing. Overall fantastic experience

Do not go here. Stopped in for an oil change Which includes inspections and tire rotations, they did not rotate my tires as I was in car noticed they skipped rotation. asked manager if they did tire rotations, manager Eric said we didn t do tire rotation because it was below and tire was bad according to them.. I should at least get informed that they will not do my rotation.. they did not care at all.. plz no body should stop by, speciallthose who go through open-bay!!My tire looks perfect and good condition plz do it right job and since Goodyear inspected my vehicle, they should have informed but did not care at all I felt more bad when manager said sorry!! I don t need your apology , first they did reschedule my service for oil, if open-bay app doesn t work properly and outdated as per staff member of Goodyear, have problems with Lyft app, should not have contract or else fix it whatever gaps are!!!

Bring my Audi, Toyota Tacoma and 4Runner here for anything from simple tire rotation to any service needs. Highly recommend to go here and speak with Scott. He is always straight forward about any repairs needed and communicates in a timely manner.

Ben diagnosed the problem with my wheel and thoroughly documented the issue for my dealership s service department, as their tech error had cause the problem. He rotated the tires and put on the spare, free of charge, so I could safely drive from Lynnwood to Bellevue for the repair. Ben was knowledgeable and forthright, and I appreciate the care he took to make sure I was safe. The dealer admitted the error, and the video of the wobbly wheel taken at Ben s suggestion was helpful for my case. The dealer is replacing the wheel and repairing the broken-off bolt. We will be repeat customers of this Goodyear shop, and look forward to getting new tires there, too.

I have been a customer for more than 6 years here and with another Goodyear Auto repair as well. I have experienced repair related problems and cost wise service in both places. They have quality problems and unclear recommendations and leads to unwanted wast of time & money. They broke the oil cape and didn't tell me. They said they do tire rotations with oil change but they never did it. They have tire warranty but they declined for it. They usaly tempting to ask expensive repair price and when I decided not to do it, then they going to lower cost which and indication of loss of trust. Sometimes they don't know the real problems. Ingeneral I recommend anyone seeking auto service with Goodyear has to pay attention for the services you desire to get. For myself, I'll not use Goodyear Auto service anymore.

I want to give a big shoutout to the gentleman named scott that helped me get my car in and out as fast as possible. He was super helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend having scott work on your car He knows what he is doing.

Took my car in today on the advice of Scott to have the A/C drain flushed when I posted about my issue online. They got me in the following day (today) and the job was done in less than an hour. The guy that rung me up (can't recall his name, sorry) was very friendly and upbeat. He was honest and knowledgeable and was able to reassure me that the other issue I have with my car was not a danger to me, and would likely resolve itself over time or whenever my brakes need to be changed. The lobby was clean and quiet and had I needed coffee, the option was there. It was a wonderful experience all around and I can't thank that crew enough! Thank you all so much

Went in because of the Low Tire Pressure warning, and they quickly identified the nail in one of the tires, and they fixed it without charge in a short time. I usually come to this location for wheel alignment and rotation; the place is always clean, and the staffs are always friendly. Thanks for their help!

We've relied on this Goodyear team now more than once and they're awesome. I really appreciate the way Eric explains things. He uses visualization and description to help me "see" the various car parts and how the parts work together. I know little about cars. He's always pleasant and respectful. I never feel dumb while we talk about things unfamiliar to me. I trust Eric, and by extension, the whole team. They evaluated our car thoroughly, worked quickly, and were transparent about a potential but unconfirmed issue. They also repaired something at no cost while they attended to a different focus. They really go the extra mile!

Had a bit of an emergency close by their location. I have used them in the past for oil changes and minor service. But today was above and beyond. It's always been a pleasant experience at this Goodyear. But this time, with an emergency, I really needed some help. The guys got me in right away, performed an even better fix than expected and didn't charge me because it only took them 5 minutes.I was probably lucky enough to show up on a slow day, but service like this just doesn't exist anymore. 100% I absolutely recommend.

DON'T GO HERE. The Manager Eric lacks experience in auto repair, he's seemingly around only to nickel and dime customers for as much as he can squeeze out of them. This man will 100% take advantage of you if you don't already know the reasonable costs of auto work/repair.I called inquiring about the cost of some work on my car and he wouldn't offer any advice or help until I committed to a full $160 inspection. I told him the specific error code I had pulled off the computer for my check engine light and he had 0 idea the potential cost. How am I supposed to pay for work when a business won't be honest about prices/cost/labor? I feel like if you work at an auto repair shop you should have some experience or idea of cost on auto repair but maybe my expectations are just way too high.

I ve only had wonderful experiences when I ve gone there. People who work at the shop are super reliable, and have a great customer service skills.I ve gone there for tires and for battery replacement. They re awesome.

Was on the freeway heading from Seattle to Lynnwood. Realized my heater stopped working and was blowing out cold air. Soon after my heat gauge was fully red. Concerned but had no idea what the problem was. Pulled off the freeway at the next exit into Goodyear Auto Service in Lynnwood. From the time I spoke with Ben at the front desk to Sean diagnosing and repairing the problem, their service was exceptional. My valve to the thermostat was leaking, blocking coolant to the engine and needed to be replaced. With only an hour until closing, they quickly found and installed the part and I was on my way. So thankful for their incredible level of customer service. When I mentioned my experience to my husband, he commented that he drives all the way from Seattle to have his service done there because of their exceptional knowledge, experience and high level of customer service. I highly recommend them.

My tires I bought 5 years ago showed unusual wear and were about to become a driving hazard. These great guys looked at my tires and agreed they needed replacing. Since I just moved here from North Dakota my paper work on my tires was packed away somewhere. These people called my Goodyear Mandan tire dealer about my tire purchase and had them email a copy for their files and replaced my tires at prorated cost since paper work proved my tires were still under warranty. The kindness and friendly treatment I received from these people was so impressive. Will bring all my tire needs to them. Thank you so much.

Spoke with Scott and Eric on the phone because I had someone interested in purchasing my vehicle from me and they wanted it professionally inspected. They had a busy schedule for the day but understood that I wanted it done as soon as possible. They were able to fit my in their schedule same day, and I made the sale on the car shortly after. Great price, and even better service all throughout my experience. I would recommend this place any day of the week.

Do not go here. Stopped in for an oil change that took them 8 hours. They needlessly took my car on the freeway and told me my drive axle was going out because it shakes on hard acceleration . First off, I don t drive my car like that at 200k miles. Secondly, they had no business taking my car on the freeway. Third, I went to do an oil change myself this morning and the dipsh*t that bolted my oil drain plug completely stripped it. Do. Not. Go. Here.

Once again satisfied with my service, had the guys replace a few things and do a fuel service to track down a check engine light. Car runs amazing but the check engine light came back on. Just need to find a place with a OBD1 scanner to figure it out. Will continue to do business with these guys again

So I took my car in for an oil change and a consult. It was vibrating when braking. This is the 3rd place I have had look at it, each place told me something different. The estimate that I received prior was good for the amount of work. They were able to get me right in the same day I called and did the work quickly. Now my car drives like a dream again and I owe it all to Scott and the guys at Goodyear. Thanks guys!

I ve worked with Eric (Store Manager) and his crew for many years. I ve always found him to be honest, kind, and caring. The work done on my car has always been excellent. The communication of the repair process has always been wonderful.
