The Gerber location intentionally provides a low initial estimate to attract you to choose them for repairs. After you leave your vehicle with them, they will continuously contact you to inform you of additional damages they have found. Despite the minor damage to my front bumper, my final repair bill ended up being almost $8000, while the initial estimate was only $798. If someone doesn't consider this a scam, then what would they consider a scam?It takes at least one month for everything to get done here. I waited for one month to receive a repair estimate, another month to bring in the vehicle for repair, and yet another month to have the vehicle fixed.

MVA unfortunately, but they got my sons car in fast and did the estimate pretty quick. I am overall very happy with their customer service. MVA are no fun and they took a lot of my stress away. Thank you for your amazing compassion and stellar customer service.I called other places and was told 2-3 months out to even accept a tow in!The car was a total loss and we settled with insurance pretty quick thanks to Gerber for doing their part expeditiously well.Happy customer!Thanks again Gerber

My car was finished ahead of the projected deadline, with outstanding quality. I was given regular updates via text about the status of the repairs along the way and have never seen a better paint blend. You can't see where it is at all and the car looks pin straight down the side (someone drove into the side of me and destroyed a door and the back quarter panel). I couldn't be happier and will be returning if I have any further need for body work on my car.

Had a car accident and sent my car to Gerber collision. Despite some wait time on some backorder parts, they did a fantastic job on the repair. I waited almost for two months for estimating, and they canceled in day of my appointment, without any apologies. Probably they have a plenty costumers and don t care about new.

Absolutely the best customer service! Coming out to my car and realizing someone broke into my car and smashed a window was not the best way to start my day! They made everything so easy and took care of it all. Had everything from the window fixed and the inside detailed and was ready for pickup within 24 hours!! Definitely recommend them!

Best customer service I've ever experienced. I shopped around at 5 different shops and decided to go with them because of pricing, their communication with going over the quote and what needs to be done, and the overall comfortable feeling the staff and office gave me. When I picked up my car they had washed it and cleaned the inside. They made my car look better than I had imagined and worked with me on everything.

Great customer service. I was well informed of the status of my vehicle the whole time (text and phone calls). Which put my mind at ease this being my first accident. Even before they had the claim information there was a plan in place. Professional sent Enterprise the claim information (great experience) that they needed. Our vehicle looks good as new also.

Great experience. Jason assessed my car damage and took care of it immediately and for a good price. Then, in a fun surprise, he gave the car a quick clean up inside and out! I was so pleased. Very honest. Highly recommend Professional Collision and Jason.

The reception staff and Jason made the process of dropping my car off, getting a rental, and picking up my car extremely easy and efficient. They were very flexible with my schedule and had my car ready quickly. The repairs they performed were excellent, and they even went above and beyond to make a nasty scratch on my rear bumper almost unnoticiable! I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.

My car was rear-ended so to the body shop I went. Having no clue, I chose Professional Collision from user ratings that were highly positivr and plenty. Fast forward 6 weeks and finally the insurance got off the dime and made a decision to total the damned thing. All that work and the body shop didn't get to do the repairs. No complaints, they were very understanding and took care of my rental car (for 6 weeks).Great people and fantastic service.Rate A!

We've been going here for over 20 years. Y they integrate with our insurance company so well that all we have to do is schedule an appointment, drop off the vehicle, then pick it up when it's ready...no fuss at all and we've never had any extra costs. Their work is top notch and they really care about doing a superb job every time. Why would I go any where else?

I went around searching different companies to get some repairs done on my Subaru after sliding into a snow embankment after snowboarding one night. After multiple estimates from multiple other companies ranging from ~$800 to $2000 I decided to go with Professional Collision. They weren't the cheapest but the feeling I got while getting the estimate felt more important than the price. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do and their attention to the small details was impeccable. They didn't try to say I needed more than I really did and were willing to work with me in how I wanted my car repaired. Should something unfortunate happen to my car again that requires bodywork I will be more than happy to leave my car with them having full confidence in their work.

I picked up a girl for a lunch date. Date was amazing! She loves working for this company and says how great her managers are. When I need a shop, I will definitely consider these guys first.

I highly recommend this place. After having a miserable experience with getting the other parties insurance to pay for my car... I have to say that Echo was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure my car was going to be taken care of. She was my liaison between my insurance and the other and After 8 long months....I finally got my car fixed and let me tell you it looks new! I wrote that because its not just about getting the car fixed, that's the easy part. This place will truly take care of you. Thanks to everyone at PC for their customer service, it was ON POINT!

They fixed my car but added in all these extra charges. I didn't pay (my insurance did), but I got the impression they were adding on charges just to get more money. I would advise insurance companies audit them.

Worked with Jason to have a previous repair from a different body shop corrected. Very good at keeping me updated and the final outcome is perfect. I'd definitely come here again, hopefully won't need to.

Listen UP folks. There s no where else you need to go. I got into a hit and run that left some minor damage. Mainly it was paint from the other car and a small dent or two. I was in a bad mood cause this was going to cost me $1500 buT THEN the guy doing the estimate said he could get the other car s paint off of my car fOR FREE. ZERO MONEY. Who says no to free? Not me. And he absolutely delivered (Shoutout Marcus). After he was finished you could barely tell I got hit. I still have the dent, but cars don t stay new forever, am I right? Yes. And you will be too when you choose this place for your repairs. They ll give you all of your options and do whatever they can to help. 10/10 I m recommending them to all of you right now.

Gerber repaired my Subaru in one day. I brought it in covered in dead leaves and bird droppings after parking under a tree, and Gerber gave it back cleaned outside and in. Very happy.

Oh my, what can I say. Not only were they awesome, they were on time for my repair, washed my car and windows, and vacuumed my floors. It looks like nothing ever happened! The customer service is off the hook!
